01/10/2024: TO RUN AWAY!!! Came to the drive-thru and asked us to speed up because there were people behind, in a haughty and rude manner (you can see that there was no manager) I find it indecent to speak like that to customers!! I repeat, go fuck yourself.

21/01/2026: I placed an Uber Eats order today. The driver only gave me half of it. I only received the drinks, and when I called McDonald's, no one knew where my order had gone. The manager refused to give me a refund and told me to come pick up the order myself if I wanted (?!?) or to request a refund, but even then, I had to go to the restaurant! Luckily, I had complete faith in my Uber Eats driver, who made the trip back and forth to pick up the hot order on his own, wasting his work time. To top it all off, the small French fry and the Happy Meal toy were missing. Shameful! I'm a regular customer, and every time there are little things missing from the order—the Happy Meal toy or a French fry—I never complain, but this is unacceptable. It's simply unacceptable for a company like McDonald's to treat its customers this way.

20/01/2026: I ate lunch at my desk today. The fries were cold, and the BBQ sauce with the nuggets was missing. So I went back to McDonald's to get my sauce. Since I didn't have a receipt or a bag to "prove" I'd ordered, I couldn't get any sauce. I didn't even bother trying to justify myself any further; it was ridiculous.

05/01/2026: Shawan, the great chef of chefs. An amazing place to eat with friends, family, or even alone. I recommend the naan roll with extra cheese, which is reasonably priced.

31/12/2025: The chicken is wicked!! I swear it's so incredibly good, since 2021 I go at least once a month. I've even cried over the chicken, it was so delicious!!

08/12/2025: Looking for a good, affordable kebab? This is the place to be! No gourmet pretensions here, but they embrace the quality and the flavors are spot on. The portions are generous without being oversized, it's tasty, and most importantly, it's piping hot, even for takeout. If you're dining in, opt for the terrace, as the indoor seating area is small and a bit noisy.

07/11/2025: I come here regularly and honestly, I have nothing to complain about. It's one of the best in Nancy, the location is perfect. The portions are generous and the prices are more than attractive!

Well done ! I quickly gave up on the idea of ​​asking anything from this guy. It's a shame because I've always had a good image of fire guards.
