09/09/2026: 30-minute wait when we were alone, plus they forgot part of the order.

07/09/2026: Absolutely filthy, incredibly disrespectful and rude employees, cold food. I'm outraged! I've never seen anyone behave like that while working at McDonald's. Frankly, I'm not criticizing, but the customer is king in every situation. They kicked us out of McDonald's just because we'd finished our meal, even though it wasn't closing time. And we weren't disrespectful at all. I don't understand the reason for their actions.

31/07/2026: A nightmare! No complaints about the waitresses, they do their best. However, the kitchen staff are a different story; they're unpleasant! The quality is lacking. The prices are high. The portions are small and tasteless!

26/08/2026: I went through the drive-thru... they forgot about me and the manager served me a cold meal... what a joke! They were overwhelmed even though the restaurant was practically empty.

16/08/2026: McDonald's is appalling. Whenever I order from this McDonald's, items are always missing. For example, tonight my meal didn't include fries or sauce. I always have to double-check; it's infuriating when you pay 50 bucks for two meals! I wonder if I should slap them to make them understand. Anyway, go to Burger King; they forget fewer things. I'm absolutely furious! Awaiting their response. Sincerely

15/08/2026: Long wait before being served. The bins were overflowing and weren't emptied. The food was cold. I don't recommend it. Next time I'll go to Burger King next door. Meh.

12/06/2026: Excellent experience at HK Tacos! The portions are very generous, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the service is exceptionally fast. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, and served efficiently. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for generous and tasty fast food.

06/06/2026: Waiting an hour for two tacos is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend it, and to top it all off, the taco was burnt.

18/08/2026: They prevented us from eating in, even though we ordered. The manager made us feel uncomfortable and served lukewarm, watery milkshakes. I strongly advise against going there; avoid it at all costs!!!

16/08/2026: This is absolutely ridiculous, my steak wasn't even cooked properly and I slipped on the floor because someone spilled their drink. Worst burger of my life, never go there again, they're filthy. And on top of that, my daughter found a maggot in her burger. I'm going to file a complaint.

03/09/2026: The tacos were so bad they were like something you'd find in a school cafeteria; I found cartilage/bone inside... Hygiene was appalling, the floor was sticky. There were very few drinks available. The waiter could have been warmer and friendlier, especially considering the price of the meals... I didn't finish my meal, which was a shame... It used to be a great place, but it's not what it used to be.

28/06/2026: The "chocolate" cake (which turned out to be lemon) must have been a week old. It was bone dry. Inedible. We threw it away.

27/06/2026: I feel like this place is always open, very convenient for us. Also they have the best baguette in the area and staff is friendly.

27/04/2026: Contrary to what some reviews may mention, the staff is very helpful and available. The hotel is very well located and the rooms are excellent; I highly recommend it for a stay in Eze!

02/08/2026: 4:40 AM The door is full. We sit down with a child. The restaurant opens at 5:00 AM. We wait to order. The woman is more like a fishmonger and she's shoving everyone out... it's very appealing. Always a good impression at our airports. The oven is broken too, which seems to amuse her. So we'll manage without.

07/09/2026: The boss is extremely unpleasant, bordering on rude. A career change or early retirement should be considered.

05/09/2026: Total scam. €4.20 for a pepsi. They tried to scam others who already paid to tell them they didnt pay. Dont go here!

16/08/2026: Currently on site, the waitress with white hair is very bitter; her way of speaking and her manner are unbearable. Horrible experience!

11/08/2026: The worst McDonald's in the Gard region, avoid it at all costs. Nothing is right: the orders, the sandwiches, the fries are often cold and inedible, and sometimes they're even missing items. Hello, wake up! At the prices we pay, it's a disgrace. 11/08/2026: I was extremely disappointed and shocked after my visit today, August 10th, at 11 PM, due to an incomplete €80 order: it only contained drinks, with no burgers or fries! I spoke to a bespectacled manager, Ms. G.G., who was completely haughty, even insulting, and who didn't try to understand who on HER team had made the mistake and refused to reorder. I provided her with proof, the receipt, and even showed her what I had received (the drinks). Her only response was: "I won't reorder your order, as it's not our fault." So whose fault is it? In any case, I will never return, and I strongly advise against it given the very questionable hygiene.

12/08/2026: Very expensive for two tasteless ice creams. We sat down and the staff went outside to smoke loudly next door, completely unconcerned that it bothered us. The water glasses they served contained dirt. We won't be back.

11/01/2026: Comicly badly run. Staff giving out the wrong items so you need to read your receipt and request extra items like sauces that you have paid for. In my case I even had to give back items they were giving me I had not ordered. The food is soggy and cold. My burger had almost no sauce or ingredients. Despite this they over charge at this place. Go anywhere else!

28/12/2025: If there is 0 stars, i will put them. Do they have a manager to handle them !!!!!! They're very slow, the employees fought infront of us, no prestige, they are working without gloves, nothing.....hey manger wake up or you're involved in this too, Macdonald where are you !!!! Come and see what's going on !!!!!!!! Incroyable mais c'est vrai.
