14/07/2026: After a 30-minute wait, I picked up half my order (which I saw at home), went back to get the rest, and then it was back to square one for another 30 minutes, and something was still missing. No apology, nothing. Check your orders systematically!

13/07/2026: An absolute disgrace. I ordered three Croque McDo sandwiches for takeout. When they arrived at my home, a 10-minute walk away, they were burnt to a crisp, bone dry, and, most importantly, completely empty, with no cheese inside, or very little! The bread was so hard and tasteless that it seemed like they were from the day before, hastily reheated, and then forgotten because they were burnt. This is nothing like the usual quality of other restaurants in the chain (like the one in Bordeaux two days ago). Serving this to customers is a complete lack of respect. I kept the receipt. My partner is disappointed, frustrated, and has a stomachache.

28/06/2026: The "chocolate" cake (which turned out to be lemon) must have been a week old. It was bone dry. Inedible. We threw it away.

The rest of the team was completely inattentive. The organization was a complete failure and there was a serious lack of professionalism among the staff. Avoid this drive-thru at all costs!

12/07/2026: I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt despite being aware of the online reviews, but I've never been so disappointed in my entire life. The taco was swimming in oil, had no sauce, and the meat was questionable. I ordered a two-meat taco, but I only got one. Astaghfirullah, the taco was swimming in oil! The sauces were awful. Frankly, it's unbelievable that businesses like this still exist in 2026. It should be banned! The hygiene is questionable. Inspections need to be carried out as soon as possible.

12/07/2026: Disgusting tacos, very dry, no cheese sauce. €10.50 for a meal (two-meat taco, fries, and a drink) is an exorbitant price for only one meat (a cordon bleu that was fluorescent) of such poor quality. Sticky table. I strongly advise against going there, even for a drink, as the five drink choices are disappointing. Horrible.

05/01/2026: We ate in (two crêpes and a panini) and simply asked for a glass of water, which was refused. We found this very disappointing. Beyond the legal aspect—it seems to me that an establishment has an obligation to provide free drinking water to customers who consume it—this attitude clearly lacks business sense. Furthermore, the tables weren't clean when we were seated, which only added to our dissatisfaction. This experience leaves a bad impression and doesn't make us want to return.

You can't even sit where you want because supposedly it belongs to the other café, but it's the place next door that prepares and serves you. The atmosphere is awful, the prosthesis needs work, and the prices are outrageous. Leave! Don't be stupid enough to sit and order there!

I live nearby, but I have to go all the way to 7 Collines or even Auchan to get takeout. It's simply unacceptable. Besides, the discounts are only for the police academy, even though there's also an army station in the area. It's as if the military is worthless. In short, avoid this fast food place.

When I finally decided not to order anything, the manager refused to serve us, claiming that I hadn't ordered anything. We explained that we planned to have lunch at his establishment. His response was, "Have a grenadine or a mint tea!" in a particularly unpleasant, pedantic, and condescending tone. So we went to the neighboring restaurant, Le Perroquet, where we were greeted with a smile. We ate very well there, and I was able to order a long coffee without any difficulty. A disappointing welcome and a clear lack of customer service. We won't be going back.

I ordered a croque monsieur at 6:30 PM, and the waiter coldly replied, "No." I said, "Okay, no big deal, I'll have a sausage sandwich." 11/01/2026: Comicly badly run. Staff giving out the wrong items so you need to read your receipt and request extra items like sauces that you have paid for. In my case I even had to give back items they were giving me I had not ordered. The food is soggy and cold. My burger had almost no sauce or ingredients. Despite this they over charge at this place. Go anywhere else!

They're very slow, the employees fought infront of us, no prestige, they are working without gloves, nothing.....hey manger wake up or you're involved in this too, Macdonald where are you !!!!
