26/09/2026: Appalling customer service! I waited an hour for my Deliveroo order and received 3 drinks and 3 hamburgers out of an order of 8 meals! An hour later, still nothing and no compensation whatsoever. I was referred back to the platform, which, in this case, handled things well.

04/10/2026: We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for an order, I had to cancel it, and even then it took them 20 minutes to cancel! Avoid at all costs!

04/10/2026: I've never set foot in such a pathetic McDonald's. The service is incredibly slow, all the tables are filthy, the clearing counter is overflowing with garbage, and I waited an hour for an incomplete order. It's Sunday, and the McDonald's is practically empty. This is the last time I'm coming here.

03/09/2026: The tacos were so bad they were like something you'd find in a school cafeteria; I found cartilage/bone inside... Hygiene was appalling, the floor was sticky. There were very few drinks available. The waiter could have been warmer and friendlier, especially considering the price of the meals... I didn't finish my meal, which was a shame... It used to be a great place, but it's not what it used to be.

29/09/2026: Order placed at the kiosk at 6:14 PM, payment taken at 6:31 PM, and finally at 6:57 PM, the order arrived after an unusually long wait. Unfortunately, three ice creams were missing, extending the wait until 7:04 PM... Back home, all the sauces (included and paid for) were missing. For a Big Mac with only one patty, maybe I should have ordered a new Big Mac? Strange, I didn't see the ad! ...Three Coca-Colas, one of which was sugar-free, were served, along with three regular Cokes... A disastrous Saturday night meal...

19/09/2026: I am very disappointed with my Uber Eats order placed today, Saturday, September 19th. I had the unpleasant surprise of finding a hair in the middle of my large fries. This is an unacceptable lack of hygiene for a business like yours. Please ensure you adhere to basic health and safety standards and monitor your food preparation.

31/07/2026: A nightmare! No complaints about the waitresses, they do their best. However, the kitchen staff are a different story; they're unpleasant! The quality is lacking. The prices are high. The portions are small and tasteless!

16/09/2026: Worst McDonald's ever. I paid at the kiosk: no paper receipt. Then, there were only two people in the kitchen for 50 impatient customers waiting at the counter, and at least 20 Uber Eats scooters. The poor manager almost broke down twice; the pressure was truly awful for him. After waiting 50 minutes, I was so sleepy that I went home (no one was available at the counter to give me a refund). The next day I came back: no refund possible without a receipt. In short, a manager who understaffs his McDonald's even though it's the only restaurant open after midnight within a kilometer, to the point of making his employees cry, and then doesn't take responsibility when there are complaints. Coincidentally, this is one of the worst McDonald's ratings in France. Fire them ASAP!

28/06/2026: The "chocolate" cake (which turned out to be lemon) must have been a week old. It was bone dry. Inedible. We threw it away.

25/09/2026: A terrible experience at the hot drinks counter. I arrived and simply asked politely if this was the place to order a hot drink. The immediate response: "We're queuing like everyone else." Of course, a simple "hello" is out of the question at Exki. Surprised, I explained that I wasn't trying to cut in line at all, but simply trying to understand the system: there were two registers on the left where customers were queuing to pay for their food, and two registers on the hot drinks side where there was no one. So, I naturally assumed that drinks were ordered directly from there. He replied: "Yes, that's exactly what you're doing, trying to cut in line." I repeated: "No, not at all. I simply thought that the drinks area was separate." And then, again: "Well, yes, but you're trying to cut in line. Do you understand?" “ Naturally annoyed by the way she spoke to me, especially since I was simply asking a question, I pointed out that her manner of addressing customers was inappropriate. Her colleague then intervened, asking me to lower my voice and speak to her differently. It's a shame to have to resort to this over a simple request for information. People capable of becoming so aggressive in a matter of seconds don't seem to belong in a customer service role, where they have direct contact with customers. We are at Orly Airport, a place where travelers from all over the world pass through every day. Those on the front lines also contribute, in their own way, to the image of customer service in France. Unfortunately, greeting people with such aggression over a simple question doesn't exactly paint a positive picture. Courtesy and respect should be the foundation.”

22/09/2026: It has been many years since I experienced this level of rudeness from employees of a business. After addressing the cashier’s poor attitude with her, she had a complete meltdown. This cafe should be shutdown. They treat customers like cattle. The only saving grace was that the manager seems like a decent person.

13/09/2026: We ate with the children this Sunday afternoon. The service was very unpleasant; many items were missing from our trays. The staff were irritable, almost as if we were bothering them, even though there was no one else there. Everything was dirty, not to mention the drinks, which instead of Coke were tap water.

31/08/2026: How ironic! The toilets were filthy, extremely dirty on both sides with slippery floors, the bins were overflowing, and the tables were dirty and sticky. I complained, and it was the person preparing the drive-thru order who came to my rescue. In short, thanks but no thanks.

12/08/2026: Very expensive for two tasteless ice creams. We sat down and the staff went outside to smoke loudly next door, completely unconcerned that it bothered us. The water glasses they served contained dirt. We won't be back.

30/08/2026: After my initial feedback on the quantity, quality, and the significant price difference compared to the Rouen Saint Sever location, I was politely told that my opinion had been noted for improvement... The result? The price of the salad has gone up again! €17.50 for the salad menu versus €11.50 in Saint Sever!!! And you should see the amount of salad in the box; you shouldn't be too hungry... Isn't it the iceberg lettuce that's expensive? The wrap still wasn't rolled properly, like they were in first-grade folding class, which shouldn't be too complicated. I really think this is the last time we'll order from this restaurant. We're listed on the receipt as "loyal customers," with over 50 orders 😮... Never a gesture of goodwill or anything. Truly, the service is nonexistent 🤮
