But the worst part was the staff's behavior regarding my 100 euro note: they refused to accept it, even though the refusal was unjustified. When you work in an establishment that receives the public, the least you can do is know the rules and, above all, respect the customers. I would have simply appreciated my order being complete and my request being handled properly, without having to insist. 13/09/2026: A real tourist trap, keep walking. The pizza is simply inedible: a dry, cardboard-like crust covered with a pile of dry, tasteless ground meat and no cheese to salvage it. It looks like a simple, crumbled hamburger patty hastily thrown onto a lukewarm base. Visually and in terms of taste, it's scandalous to serve this in a pizzeria.

19/09/2026: Living in Cabourg and being a regular customer, I go there a few times a year. Today I went and asked for a 33cl can of beer, and they quoted me €2.50. I understand inflation, but €2.50 is more expensive than a bottle of Hawaii Hawaii beer in a store, even if it's €2.10 for a 2L bottle. That's ridiculous! I won't be going back. You've lost a loyal customer, and in my opinion, with this comment, you're going to lose more than one. €2.50 for a can? What's the deal? It depends on the customer. Don't be ridiculous.

28/04/2026: We had lunch on the terrace. Ordering is done online using a QR code, which was quite quick. We found the dishes simple but high-quality. The price-to-quality ratio is more than acceptable for a restaurant on the slopes! There was a DJ. In my opinion, the concept is better suited to a group of young people.

25/08/2026: They promise spectacular entertainment all season long on their website, but in the end... there's not much. No real shows. I booked a nice mobile home, which I paid quite a bit for. We arrived, and it was dirty and damaged. The water park was nice, though. The restaurant 🤣 You call, they tell you a 20-minute wait... you wait 40 minutes, and when you go to pick up your order, they tell you another 20 minutes. Then you end up waiting 2.5 hours. And they keep taking orders, always announcing a 20-minute wait... in the end, there's a queue of people who are losing their minds. Two-hour wait! And I should mention that it's fries, paninis, pizza... pasta... it's fast food, and yet... I can't find where to give it 5 stars except for the pool.

24/08/2026: We ordered at 7:15 PM. They told us there would be a 20-minute wait, and after 30 minutes without any news, we went to the restaurant. They told us there was another 15-minute wait, which wasn't too bad. Then we decided to wait there, and it turned out the 15 minutes had turned into an hour and a half. They continued taking orders, telling other customers 20-25 minute waits, creating an endless queue. People who had ordered before us still hadn't been served. When it was finally our turn, they took our payment and, of course, gave us the wrong order, LOL. Guess what? We had to wait another 20 minutes before they finally started our order. And let's talk about the food, hahaha. The fries were dry, the calamari tasteless. The o-bowls, oh my, the o-bowls... the cheese sauce was just plain sour cream. No seasoning, the fries were the same, no taste. Anyway, first and last experience.
