05/07/2026: On Crab Festival Day, we went to this chip shop. First of all, we found the prices very high, €6 for a large portion of fries, and what can I say about the fries themselves? I've never eaten fries so greasy and soggy. The burger, which was supposed to be in a faluche (a type of flatbread), was instead in a burger sandwich. That's not right. The bun underneath was soggy and couldn't even be held. It's just amateurish. I had a terrible meal, and I'll never set foot in that chip shop again.

09/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!! I sat down at a table and asked a staff member if it could be cleaned. He cleaned the table with a mop that smelled awful! What's more, the women's restrooms were full of excrement, which made me want to vomit before eating—fantastic! Plus, they don't accept virtual cards. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at! Outrageous!

06/07/2026: Out of stock several times. One day it's a type of burger, another day it's a dessert, and today there's no ice cream at all. In this heat, this is unacceptable. The service at the drive-thru is incredibly slow; with only three cars ahead of me, I waited 45 minutes! To top it all off, since I'm writing this in line, I ordered a donut instead of the ice cream I wanted. When I got to the window after paying, they told me they were out of donuts too... In short, avoid this place.

30/05/2026: Today: no air conditioning in the restaurant and no ice cream to offer...plus no smiles and a cold welcome....I left without ordering anything.

28/05/2026: Unfortunately, the service is very slow, especially at the drive-thru. The fries are overcooked, and sometimes there's not enough tomato in the wrapper. It's well located, but unfortunately, it always takes me more than 20 minutes to get my order, even when there aren't many people in line.

29/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this place if you can't handle 24/7 service. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish and a vegetarian wrap, and I received a double cheeseburger. I asked for my order again, the Filet-O-Fish had the wrong sauce, and the wrap wasn't even vegetarian. The night staff needs to be reviewed; they're incompetent! 29/07/2026 3:50 AM

13/07/2026: The waiter is unpleasant and disrespectful to both customers and employees. The food is terrible, and the fries they dared to serve us were burnt (black). When we asked for an explanation about the color and taste of the fries, the response was: it's the potato variety that's black. Half an andouillette sausage was served at the price of a whole one. This place, which used to be friendly and welcoming, is definitely one to avoid since the new owner took over. ⚠️⚠️THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT!!

22/06/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but enough is enough. The Royal Bacon was anything but royal and barely bacon. Not even a sauce for the fries. The Caramel KitKat McFlurry? Look for the caramel; there's hardly any, if any at all, and the KitKat is hardly something to choke on… A complete rip-off considering the price… A very bad experience. I can't wait for Burger King to open in Gray to have some competition.

02/07/2026: I've been to the drive-thru two days in a row and it's always the same mistakes: they forgot sauces (the server barely believed me), the drinks were lukewarm with never any ice, the fries and nuggets had the texture of cardboard, and of course, everything was cold. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the manager clearly told me there was nothing he could do. In short, avoid it.

28/06/2026: I've never seen such a disorganized McDonald's. You're completely alone inside, and you wait 30 minutes for an order even though there are hardly any customers. I placed an order at the kiosk and then went to pay to confirm it. The staff were behind me—there were three of them—and I was in front, like I wasn't even there. I waited at least 10 or 15 minutes before they even took my payment, and they kept cutting in front of me, like they couldn't see me at all. The drive-thru normally closes at 1:00 AM, but they put up barriers at 11:20 AM, and it wasn't even full. There were only three cars at the drive-thru. They couldn't even manage their orders. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They really need to rethink their organization and their staffing.

29/06/2026: I didn't get my ice cream, and when I asked, he said it wasn't a problem, even though I paid with my own money.

14/07/2026: After a 30-minute wait, I picked up half my order (which I saw at home), went back to get the rest, and then it was back to square one for another 30 minutes, and something was still missing. No apology, nothing. Check your orders systematically!

13/07/2026: An absolute disgrace. I ordered three Croque McDo sandwiches for takeout. When they arrived at my home, a 10-minute walk away, they were burnt to a crisp, bone dry, and, most importantly, completely empty, with no cheese inside, or very little! The bread was so hard and tasteless that it seemed like they were from the day before, hastily reheated, and then forgotten because they were burnt. This is nothing like the usual quality of other restaurants in the chain (like the one in Bordeaux two days ago). Serving this to customers is a complete lack of respect. I kept the receipt. My partner is disappointed, frustrated, and has a stomachache.

16/07/2026: Three people were stuck in the queue for 50 minutes in the drive-thru when there was no one else there. Incomprehensible... the young man at the register was running around everywhere. The rest of the team was completely inattentive. The organization was a complete failure and there was a serious lack of professionalism among the staff. Avoid this drive-thru at all costs!
