17/05/2026: We regularly order through Uber Eats. Often, the items we receive don't match what we ordered.
The wrap doesn't always look like a wrap; there might be chili peppers we never ordered... Most recently, we received a salad with chicken, lettuce, and cheese, but no other vegetables 😮 (even though we had ordered tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, corn, and bell peppers...).
Furthermore, the price of the salad on Uber Eats is €5 more expensive than at the Subway in Rouen Saint Sever!!! That's a huge difference that seems hard to justify for a franchise in the same city.
15/05/2026: I ordered a sandwich with extra cheese, paid for it, and they forgot about it. I went back to explain, and they told me they couldn't do anything to offer me a free dessert. So that's it, I won't go to the one at the train station anymore, I'll go to the one in Saint-Sever!

17/02/2026: I came on February 14th with my partner.
Cecilia was fantastic, very attentive, and answered all my questions. The location was perfect, with bars and restaurants nearby, as well as parking. The room was spotless, nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness! I highly recommend it, and as I told Cecilia, I will definitely be back!
12/10/2025: A deplorable experience. The woman who runs this store is incredibly rude, aggressive, and completely disrespectful to customers. Her behavior was unpleasant from start to finish: no sense of service, no politeness, only meanness and gratuitous aggression.
Furthermore, she refused to give me a receipt despite my repeated requests—which is unacceptable and highly suspicious. She spent her time criticizing her boss in front of customers, which paints an even more dismal image of the establishment.
I strongly recommend against this store: avoid it at all costs.

11/01/2026: Comicly badly run. Staff giving out the wrong items so you need to read your receipt and request extra items like sauces that you have paid for. In my case I even had to give back items they were giving me I had not ordered.
The food is soggy and cold. My burger had almost no sauce or ingredients.
Despite this they over charge at this place.
Go anywhere else!
28/12/2025: If there is 0 stars, i will put them. Do they have a manager to handle them !!!!!! They're very slow, the employees fought infront of us, no prestige, they are working without gloves, nothing.....hey manger wake up or you're involved in this too, Macdonald where are you !!!! Come and see what's going on !!!!!!!! Incroyable mais c'est vrai.

19/08/2024: I went to the drive today at 1:36 p.m. to be exact. I have a large coke and a large latte. Not a complicated order. I already pay in cash, the young woman doesn't give me change because she forgets. Ok, it happens, so I ask him for my change. She gives me the wrong amount. Well, that's starting to be a lot. But what was my surprise on the road when I was drinking my latte to realize that I had been served... a large cup of hot milk. Yes, we also put coffee in a latte! That too has obviously been forgotten! €5.70 (and it almost was more!) for a coke (luckily he didn't miss it!) and a glass of great milk!
17/08/2024: Came this Saturday, August 17 around 3:20 p.m. my order posed a problem hot coke soft and cold fried macflurry half filled and all melted a shame in view of the exorbitant prices of McDonald's you are really spitting in the heads of your customers learn to work!!!!

26/07/2024: Wednesday 24! ; What was my surprise when I approached the entrance to the store to ask for information and heard the security guard (in red) yell: I quote “I don’t care about the customers’ balls!” Loudly and giggling with I suppose friends and banging on walls and table edges. Well done ! I quickly gave up on the idea of asking anything from this guy. It's a shame because I've always had a good image of fire guards.
