28/08/2026: I think the decor at this McDonald's is really, really good. It's the first one I've seen with this style. I hope to see the same thing soon in Nantes. The fries were hot, which is worth noting because that's not always the case. The cleanliness of the tables and floors left something to be desired, and we weren't even there during peak hours.

27/08/2026: Filthy from the entrance to the restrooms. I've never seen a McDonald's in this state. The reusable dishes were disgusting too, stains, old food stuck to them... Never again.

25/08/2026: Friendly staff, perfectly cooked fries, decent kebab. A bit of a wait to eat in, but nothing too bad. We were happy with our lunch break.

25/06/2026: I ordered a three-meat taco; I didn't ask for hair in it. Please provide a hairnet. Avoid this place.

27/08/2026: This restaurant offers fairly quick service, which is very convenient when you're in a hurry. However, I noticed that the cleanliness could be improved for a more pleasant experience. The food itself is what you'd expect from this chain. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the staff seemed efficient and courteous. Overall, it's a decent option for a quick bite.

27/08/2026: Absolutely awful experience at this McDonald’s. I wish we had read the reviews prior to coming here as it took 58 minutes from the time we ordered our meal for it to arrive. We were in the middle of a 6 hour drive and this added significant time to our journey. Even then, we did not receive all the items we paid for. No compensation was offered. I suppose we are simply just meant to accept this level of incompetence?

28/07/2026: I ordered a savory chicken crepe. The taste was quite good, although the salad didn't seem very fresh. Overall, the meal was okay. However, about 30 minutes after eating, I started to get stomach pains, and then 45 minutes later, I had severe diarrhea. I should mention that I hadn't eaten anything else for the previous five hours. I've been taking medication for the past two days. Furthermore, my wife found a hair in her crepe just as she was about to finish it. It's really unfortunate.

26/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, beautiful location, the staff are super friendly and efficient. The crepes are delicious!

01/09/2026: Disappointed by my Caesar salad! Two reconstituted pieces of chicken, rocket, croutons and a hint of parmesan!

29/08/2026: Very disappointed. I came with a voucher for a free Happy Meal, and they told me the voucher wasn't valid there, even though it was issued by them.

13/09/2026: We've been waiting for 20 minutes, this isn't fast food anymore, it's more like slow food.

10/09/2026: A very bad experience today. First of all, part of my order was missing, which is unacceptable when you pay for a complete order. But the worst part was the staff's behavior regarding my 100 euro note: they refused to accept it, even though the refusal was unjustified. When you work in an establishment that receives the public, the least you can do is know the rules and, above all, respect the customers. I would have simply appreciated my order being complete and my request being handled properly, without having to insist. Between the missing items and the refusal to accept my 100 euro note, it was a particularly disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will think twice before returning.

28/05/2026: I ordered a drink at 2:30 PM with a small bag of chips and was told off for having a bag of chips by the very unpleasant and unbusinesslike owners. Avoid this place!

14/08/2026: I ordered the worst pizza of my life here… avoid at all costs!

12/08/2026: Eating at this kebab shop was a bit disappointing. The taco was good, but ordering an "American" with just sauce and steak inside meant getting a panini with cheese and nuggets from the not-so-great kids' menu.

02/09/2026: It's nice but there's too much noise, too many people, not enough tables, and it's too expensive too.

30/08/2026: I stopped at McDonald's with my son for ice cream. I ordered two McFlurries with table service. The restaurant was practically empty: two customers were already seated and being served. One employee was emptying the trash, another was preparing a takeout order, while two servers were chatting quietly with an acquaintance. We waited… 5 minutes, then 10 minutes. Still no ice cream. In the meantime, the two servers had disappeared. So I finally went to ask for my order. The employee looked for her colleagues, couldn't find them, and finally asked me what I had ordered. She served me the two ice creams very kindly; I have no complaints about her service. However, the McFlurries were only half full. So I pointed out to her that, at €4.75 per ice cream, it was starting to get expensive for half a McFlurry. She replied, very politely and visibly embarrassed, that those were the guidelines. Granted, she's just following instructions and isn't responsible. But when you pay €4.75 for a McFlurry, you still expect a decent amount of product in the cup. Between the 10-minute wait in a practically empty restaurant, the staff who seem more interested in chatting than serving customers, and now smaller portions at full price… This McDonald's is really getting worse and worse.

20/08/2026: They really think customers are suckers. The "best of" menu was mediocre, the fries were cold, the Big Mac was pathetic, only the beer was decent... Two meals for over 30 euros is outrageous! This isn't the first time, so next time we'll go to the cafeteria at the Super U next door. At least for the same price we'll have eaten our fill. Avoid at all costs.

19/05/2026: Aside from the lovely view, a very disappointing experience! Extremely high prices for food that was barely passable…

28/04/2026: We had lunch on the terrace. Ordering is done online using a QR code, which was quite quick. We found the dishes simple but high-quality. The price-to-quality ratio is more than acceptable for a restaurant on the slopes! There was a DJ. In my opinion, the concept is better suited to a group of young people.

25/08/2026: They promise spectacular entertainment all season long on their website, but in the end... there's not much. No real shows. I booked a nice mobile home, which I paid quite a bit for. We arrived, and it was dirty and damaged. The water park was nice, though. The restaurant 🤣 You call, they tell you a 20-minute wait... you wait 40 minutes, and when you go to pick up your order, they tell you another 20 minutes. Then you end up waiting 2.5 hours. And they keep taking orders, always announcing a 20-minute wait... in the end, there's a queue of people who are losing their minds. Two-hour wait! And I should mention that it's fries, paninis, pizza... pasta... it's fast food, and yet... I can't find where to give it 5 stars except for the pool.

24/08/2026: We ordered at 7:15 PM. They told us there would be a 20-minute wait, and after 30 minutes without any news, we went to the restaurant. They told us there was another 15-minute wait, which wasn't too bad. Then we decided to wait there, and it turned out the 15 minutes had turned into an hour and a half. They continued taking orders, telling other customers 20-25 minute waits, creating an endless queue. People who had ordered before us still hadn't been served. When it was finally our turn, they took our payment and, of course, gave us the wrong order, LOL. Guess what? We had to wait another 20 minutes before they finally started our order. And let's talk about the food, hahaha. The fries were dry, the calamari tasteless. The o-bowls, oh my, the o-bowls... the cheese sauce was just plain sour cream. No seasoning, the fries were the same, no taste. Anyway, first and last experience.

22/06/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but enough is enough. The Royal Bacon was anything but royal and barely bacon. Not even a sauce for the fries. The Caramel KitKat McFlurry? Look for the caramel; there's hardly any, if any at all, and the KitKat is hardly something to choke on… A complete rip-off considering the price… A very bad experience. I can't wait for Burger King to open in Gray to have some competition.

12/09/2026: It's quiet and air-conditioned. There are many menu options and a friendly staff.

27/08/2026: Whether in the dining room or at the drive-thru, but especially at the drive-thru, there is always a very long wait, regardless of the time.
