16/09/2026: The food there was so good, the thieb is the best, you have to go there, and it's fresh

16/09/2026: Disgusting, absolutely no taste. Avoid at all costs 🤮🤮 I ordered the chicken thieboudienne and tilapia with allocot on Uber Eats, and nothing was good. Even the alloco was inedible. I ordered a chicken thieboudienne on Uber Eats, and it had absolutely nothing in it. It seemed like there was nothing else besides tomato, not even salt. Plus, they poured a bizarre tomato sauce over it; I've never seen anything like it. It looked like just tomato and oil, nothing else. I also ordered the braised tilapia with alloco. It had no taste whatsoever. Even worse, the alloco, which is so easy to make, was made with rotten plantains. How can I describe it? It was greasy and sticky, all piled on top of each other. It was truly horrible and inedible. I couldn't imagine ever seeing a plate of allocot that I couldn't eat. And the chili pepper that came with it was awful. The only positive point is the price compared to other African restaurants. But I would honestly have preferred it to be expensive and well done.

14/06/2026: Nothing to complain about, we've been three times and it's always top-notch. I recommend it.

01/06/2026: It's a disgrace! €9.30 for a tiny kebab and a handful of fries. At that price, you expect a proper, filled sandwich, not a half-empty piece of bread. The toilets weren't clean. I'm done going there; I'm done with fast food.

09/10/2026: Every time I go there it's cold and at the drive-thru there's always a product missing and they don't care when you tell them next time, that's it, I won't go anymore.

07/10/2026: Thanks Ba and Noémie, the rest needs improvement: McFlurry not filled, cold fries, wait of over an hour

14/10/2026: A warm welcome. The service was very quick and the menu met my expectations.

20/09/2026: Clean and fast service! A nice bonus: we brought our dogs, who even got their own water bowls! ✌🏻😁

01/09/2026: By far the best fast food! It's much healthier and so much better than McDonald's, Burger King or any other chain.

23/08/2026: Hello, During my visit, two young saleswomen were present. One was smiling and welcoming, while the other seemed grumpy about working on a Sunday. (She was the taller of the two and, I believe, had tattoos.) I simply asked her to add a few more pickles. She replied that she could only put six slices per person. However, in every Subway I've ever been to, no one ever mentions slices; it's ridiculous. Besides, I pay for a 100% customizable sandwich. She seemed annoyed by my request and said, "Well, I'll add two more since I'm not a wimp." What an inappropriate remark! I'm not usually a difficult person, and small details are trivial to me. But people's lack of customer service makes me lose patience.

16/10/2026: Why is it that only in Montluçon are the fries soggy and not good? 😭

11/10/2026: The waiter in the McDonald's clothes was very nice. I want a bonus for him. He was easily recognizable because he was wearing McDonald's clothes.

17/10/2026: Needs improvement: a restaurant must be clean, that's non-negotiable. And even if some customers are dirty and lack manners, leaving their trash on the floor and tables, it's not up to the customers to clean up or put up with the lack of cleanliness. The state of the restrooms can sometimes be appalling. The staff must take responsibility, clean up, and reprimand the disgusting customers.

17/10/2026: It's supposed to open at 9am on Saturdays, but it doesn't, not even at 9:10am...

29/07/2026: The American Sandwich is really worth it, come and try it, you won't be disappointed by the surprise.

05/09/2026: For the price, it's frankly outrageous, very little choice, expensive even very expensive for what it is, you might as well bring home some food...

05/09/2026: €15.90 For a meal without a drink. No sauces available except mustard… The fries are soggy and barely lukewarm. The burger is average. €3.90 for a 33cl Coke after the deposit. €2.60 for a coffee. That's outrageous. Avoid this place.

16/08/2026: It's a shame the quality of the ingredients, which used to be emphasized, has changed. It's 100% Metro brand, and the meat is halal…

25/07/2026: Poor ingredients and a significant drop in quality (for example, supermarket-style round bacon). My girlfriend, who is intolerant to cheese, ordered a "cheese-free" burger from the website and received one with raclette cheese, and I ordered a burger with cheddar and also received raclette cheese (which I don't like at all...). For your information, we ordered an hour before closing time, and we were the only ones in the restaurant, so it wasn't a mistake. By the way, don't bother choosing a salad; you'll get iceberg lettuce anyway. I'm very disappointed because I used to love eating homemade burgers, but it's pointless if I can't eat them...

31/08/2026: A special thank you to Dominique, the waiter who seated and served us. Friendly but not obsequious, quick, smiling, efficient, and attentive. Thank you! We'll be back!

21/08/2026: Excellent food, family-friendly service. Highly recommended! Thank you.

17/09/2026: As a loyal customer, I'm shocked by the price changes. €11.30 for fries and a portion of steak tartare... and when I ask for an explanation, I'm told €6 for the tartare, then another person tells me €6.90 for the tartare... even though it says steak tartare sandwich for €6... I say that's impossible, that it's cheaper in a sandwich, which is logical. He replies, "Yes, but there are no fries in a sandwich..." Even though I paid for the fries separately. Anyway, I've been coming here for years, but this is the last time.

12/09/2026: I ignored the negative reviews and I'm so glad I did! I wasn't disappointed by my fries; they were delicious 🍟

04/06/2026: Fresh and very good sandwiches, pastries too.

24/05/2026: Hello, I came to your bakery at 7:00 this morning and it was closed?! Regarding the opening hours, it says 6:30 on Sundays...

25/10/2026: Honestly, the McDonald's in Labège is outrageous 😡 I've ordered through Uber Eats several times. And of course, we never get the sauces! I'm getting fed up 😤😤 It's already expensive for what it is, and every time I order, I never get the sauces! €1 at a time until the end, it's a free-for-all!!! I'm coming tomorrow 🤬🤬🤬

24/10/2026: We went to the drive-thru and ordered an extreme cheddar jalapeño burger WITHOUT bacon because the young woman told us it was possible to remove it. The result: we waited a long time and when we finally got to the burger, there was no sauce or jalapeño, but there was BACON!! Unacceptable considering the price.

02/11/2026: Good evening, I ordered two BT21 meals this evening, including the plush toys, but I only received one of the two (even though they cost extra when you buy the meal). What solution do you suggest?

01/11/2026: WARNING: CHARGING STATIONS ARE OUT OF ORDER. COPPER THIEVES HAVE BEEN HERE.
