22/05/2026: As a local resident, I can't stand this drive-thru! I've been stuck in the line several times, even when there's no one there at 5:30 PM! I'm done with McDonald's! The McDonald's in Beaune is terrible at this! Don't even think about using this drive-thru if you expect to be out in 15 minutes; allow at least 20 minutes, no matter the season. The worst part is that when you knock on the window, there's no response... so you have to knock HARD. Absolutely terrible.

22/05/2026: Click & Collect order: I went to the kiosk, scanned my card, and nothing happened. I had to walk around the store to find my assigned numbered spot. Once home, I noticed an error in my order; a €4.50 item was missing. The restaurant is unreachable by phone. I filed a complaint on the McDonald's website. Three weeks later, still no response. Great...

27/05/2026: Everything went well... Just a slight error in the preparation of one element.

24/05/2026: We celebrated my son's birthday at McDonald's today, and everything went very well. The staff was welcoming and patient, the decorations were fantastic, the organization was seamless, and the kids had a wonderful time. Despite the heat 😅 My son went home with a huge smile 😊 Thank you again to the whole team for this great time! And thank you again to the manager. ☺️

11/05/2026: I understand that Lourmarin is a tourist destination, but still... €7.50 for a chicken and chips sandwich. Two pieces of chicken, three and a half fries, and above all, a lot of bread. Nothing else. That's quite expensive for a baguette.

24/05/2026: Absolutely terrible! We had to wait almost half an hour, the service was incredibly slow, the food was lukewarm at best, and we had to exchange the fries because they were cold and inedible.

14/05/2026: That May evening, I came to eat a 280, and to my surprise, the chef dropped the entire container of onions into my burger—not one layer, but four layers! I went to the till to get an explanation, and to my great surprise, the manager replied, "That's the point of a 280." That was my last 280 in Munster. Have a good evening.

06/05/2026: We wanted to use Click & Collect to be served quickly and feed our children on time. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes in the designated Click & Collect area, my partner went to check on our order. The response was, "We don't have anyone available for Click & Collect before noon." Luckily, we went to check, otherwise we'd still be there. The service was beyond terrible. Of course, the ice cream had already been made, so it had melted in the meantime, and the sandwiches and fries were cold. A completely ruined meal. And to top it off, three Happy Meals for the same price of £3 each—fantastic! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

05/05/2026: We went through the drive-thru, we made a mistake in the order, we asked to cancel a wrap, she sighed, we told her we could hear her sighing, she replied "we're on a stopwatch", without smiling, in a haughty tone!

27/05/2026: Alone in the drive-thru queue, 30 minutes passed between our arrival and departure with a small order. You can't be in a hurry, that's for sure.

21/05/2026: One of the cleanest I've ever had, however always served lukewarm.

20/09/2025: Arrived today 6.15pm to find it closed and locked up despite website and signs on door saying open at 6pm. Very disappointed

19/06/2025: I ordered by phone, and the person who answered was far from pleasant. I specifically told them on the phone that I didn't want salad in my sandwich. I got home, started eating my kebab, and then I realized there was salad in it, hardly any sauce, and don't even get me started on the meat—it was dry and tasteless. It tasted like it had been cut at least three hours earlier. It's really a shame. In any case, I won't be going back. I wish you all the best.

13/05/2026: An hour's wait for one meal, about thirty people waiting for their orders, while literally three employees stare blankly at each other, look at their phones, and do absolutely nothing. They're completely bewildered. "Fast food," they said. What a disgrace!

12/05/2026: How come a McDonald's only has two employees in the evening? That's incredibly slow, it's not fast food anymore.

14/05/2026: They don't include all the toppings, and they don't add the toys or ice cubes.

13/05/2026: A real McDonald's like in the old days, with products that arrive hot at the table, generous amounts of sauce, and very pleasant and attentive staff.

27/05/2026: I've rarely seen a McDonald's like this! Frequent product shortages that last for ages! Items are regularly missing from drive-thru orders; you have to check every time! Appalling!

23/05/2026: They made a mistake with our order but they graciously offered us the sandwich we hadn't ordered.

11/04/2026: On our way back to Perpignan, we wanted to grab a bite to eat and we're so glad we stopped here. The owner is incredibly friendly, the vintage decor is fantastic, and the portions are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful time spent at your place.

20/02/2026: We went to eat with a friend at HK. When we arrived, he was condescending but chatted with us while we ate. The tacos were more than questionable, tasteless, and there was no cheese sauce, just Gruyère cheese. He mixed all the ingredients together in the taco and added an extra charge that we hadn't asked for, resulting in a rip-off of €1.50.

20/05/2026: Simply the worst pizza of my life, a rubbery, tasteless cheese, a crust so hard it could break your teeth, and a sauce as dry as the desert.

19/05/2026: Nice setting for eating, however the pizza left much to be desired. The crust was one of the worst I've ever seen—burnt, too thin, and not really good at all. The salad was passable, but nothing special. The only advantage is that the prices are affordable, even though they don't accept credit cards (how strange). Avoid this place.

31/05/2026: What a shame. I've been going to this kebab shop for years, but lately the meat has become inedible, like plastic. We couldn't even finish the kebab, it was so bad. The fries were the same, soggy and tasteless. Very disappointed.

03/04/2026: Tacos not very good... Undercooked fries, dry tacos... Disappointed...

05/01/2026: We ate in (two crêpes and a panini) and simply asked for a glass of water, which was refused. We found this very disappointing. Beyond the legal aspect—it seems to me that an establishment has an obligation to provide free drinking water to customers who consume it—this attitude clearly lacks business sense. Furthermore, the tables weren't clean when we were seated, which only added to our dissatisfaction. This experience leaves a bad impression and doesn't make us want to return.

24/12/2025: Worst place ever, absolutely disgusting, and for the price, they're ripping us off. The hygiene is appalling. Honestly, I still don't understand why it wasn't shut down and inspected. The atmosphere is disastrous, and the servers, whether they're the big shots or the little guys, are completely incomprehensible. You can't even sit where you want because supposedly it belongs to the other café, but it's the place next door that prepares and serves you. The atmosphere is awful, the prosthesis needs work, and the prices are outrageous. Leave! Don't be stupid enough to sit and order there!

07/05/2026: Our McDonald's account got hacked, and the manager, I don't know why, took a picture of our car. He called the police, and we said OK, fine, we'll leave, but we're not bringing anything back to you. On top of that, they didn't give us our order, and everything was cold. It's a real nightmare. The McDonald's in Courbessac is the worst; don't go there. So we went from 425 points (€425) to four points, but apparently, that's normal with them.
