28/12/2025: Disappointed. Expensive, not great. Dirty toilets. Buffalo Grill would be better for a meal at €9.90 per person. The kebab menu was €11, a panini with three small strips of chicken was €10, and a tiny tray of meat was €7. I understand there were no customers when we arrived. We even complained about the toilets and the food. It's unprofessional to close it down; the hygiene department should definitely come, if only for the toilets. The premises need improvement.

20/09/2025: Arrived today 6.15pm to find it closed and locked up despite website and signs on door saying open at 6pm. Very disappointed

19/06/2025: I ordered by phone, and the person who answered was far from pleasant. I specifically told them on the phone that I didn't want salad in my sandwich. I got home, started eating my kebab, and then I realized there was salad in it, hardly any sauce, and don't even get me started on the meat—it was dry and tasteless. It tasted like it had been cut at least three hours earlier. It's really a shame. In any case, I won't be going back. I wish you all the best.

17/02/2026: I came on February 14th with my partner. Cecilia was fantastic, very attentive, and answered all my questions. The location was perfect, with bars and restaurants nearby, as well as parking. The room was spotless, nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness! I highly recommend it, and as I told Cecilia, I will definitely be back!

12/10/2025: A deplorable experience. The woman who runs this store is incredibly rude, aggressive, and completely disrespectful to customers. Her behavior was unpleasant from start to finish: no sense of service, no politeness, only meanness and gratuitous aggression. Furthermore, she refused to give me a receipt despite my repeated requests—which is unacceptable and highly suspicious. She spent her time criticizing her boss in front of customers, which paints an even more dismal image of the establishment. I strongly recommend against this store: avoid it at all costs.

05/01/2026: We ate in (two crêpes and a panini) and simply asked for a glass of water, which was refused. We found this very disappointing. Beyond the legal aspect—it seems to me that an establishment has an obligation to provide free drinking water to customers who consume it—this attitude clearly lacks business sense. Furthermore, the tables weren't clean when we were seated, which only added to our dissatisfaction. This experience leaves a bad impression and doesn't make us want to return.

24/12/2025: Worst place ever, absolutely disgusting, and for the price, they're ripping us off. The hygiene is appalling. Honestly, I still don't understand why it wasn't shut down and inspected. The atmosphere is disastrous, and the servers, whether they're the big shots or the little guys, are completely incomprehensible. You can't even sit where you want because supposedly it belongs to the other café, but it's the place next door that prepares and serves you. The atmosphere is awful, the prosthesis needs work, and the prices are outrageous. Leave! Don't be stupid enough to sit and order there!

09/03/2026: The worst McDonald's in Nîmes! My son couldn't eat today before school. He waited over an hour for two meals, and they weren't even complete in the end. I arrived at 12:00, ordered, and paid after a 17-minute drive (just 8 meters) and finally picked up the complete order at 1:10 PM. They treat us like idiots, making people wait after payment. The queue should be there beforehand. You arrive thinking there won't be many people, you push forward, and then you get stuck because they park at the exit to make you wait, even though if there are too many people, you can go somewhere else. You're deceiving people, and it's really dishonest. From now on, I urge everyone not to move forward until they've collected their orders. I'll do the same from now on. This will bring order to things. I don't even think it's legal. No order, no movement. I was there ordering 225 today

07/03/2026: The restaurant was filthy (floor, chairs, tables) in the middle of the afternoon. No one had cleaned, and it was difficult to find a table to eat your snack. I ordered a sundae, and since it was the most expensive, I got peanuts. My friend ordered the small sundae, and surprise... we thought it would be smaller than mine since it was much cheaper, but no, the difference was that it didn't have peanuts! As for the product information on the kiosk, it's a mess... apart from calories and allergens, there's no information (as evidenced by the sundae). The same goes for the affernato sundae; we didn't know what it was. The same problem exists with the difference between the Ranch and New York wraps... what's the difference? The servers were friendly.

11/01/2026: Comicly badly run. Staff giving out the wrong items so you need to read your receipt and request extra items like sauces that you have paid for. In my case I even had to give back items they were giving me I had not ordered. The food is soggy and cold. My burger had almost no sauce or ingredients. Despite this they over charge at this place. Go anywhere else!

28/12/2025: If there is 0 stars, i will put them. Do they have a manager to handle them !!!!!! They're very slow, the employees fought infront of us, no prestige, they are working without gloves, nothing.....hey manger wake up or you're involved in this too, Macdonald where are you !!!! Come and see what's going on !!!!!!!! Incroyable mais c'est vrai.

22/01/2026: Refused a large coffee! Okay, why not. So I ask for an espresso in a large cup with a pot of hot water, refused!! Okay, bye.

06/01/2026: The prices are expensive, especially a latte for 3.90. Better to go anywhere else in the area.

30/11/2024: Scam. Not fresh. No service. Very expensive, no quality, no service.
