14/07/2026: The staff were very pleasant, patient, and smiling, and they helped us with our choices! I came on Monday at lunchtime, and despite the crowds, I received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. It was my first time eating at Subway, and in addition to the delicious food, the restaurant was very clean! I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back! ☝🏻

12/07/2026: Far too long a wait this Sunday, 15 minutes wait for two ice creams, two drinks and 6 churros. After 10 minutes I went to see the manager who told me that they were short-staffed and that it was because of the churros, which were served cold.

10/07/2026: We had such an incredible dinner here. The owner is so incredibly kind, and the formule complete was actually delicious. My partner and I had the duck and the beef, and wow it was just so good, especially for the price. Really recommend the formule complete with a carafe of wine (my partner who does not typically enjoy wine loved the rose!)

03/07/2026: We came to McDonald's for dinner as a family and wanted to take advantage of the "Special Offer" with the McFlurry for €2.50. When we inquired at the register, we were told that this promotion was no longer available after 11 p.m. However, the offer is advertised as being valid until midnight. It's really unfortunate to have received incorrect information. A better understanding of the promotions by the staff would prevent this kind of disappointment for customers.

03/07/2026: I came to eat with my family today; it's the "one deal a day" period, so the McFlurry ice cream was €2.50 at 11:30 PM. The man said we couldn't order it anymore because it had to be done before 11 PM, even though they close at midnight! Unacceptable!

16/07/2026: This place is tasty and reasonably priced, but take the escalator right up to the second floor to the restaurant with the chicken drawing that starts with 'po'; it's cheaper and better. And absolutely do not go to the Pizza Hut on the left side of the Burger King entrance.

13/04/2026: My friend and I came in April and ordered the veggie wrap and cheese naan. It was excellent, I highly recommend it! It smells amazing and looks so appetizing! I'm not used to Indian restaurants, but this one is really inexpensive and a sure bet!

28/03/2026: It was incredibly disrespectful to serve me this! As a regular butter chicken customer, I wanted to try this Indian restaurant, and it was anything but butter! And don't even get me started on the naan, which was burnt and disgusting! I didn't eat a thing; it all ended up in the bin! When I came in and asked for butter chicken, I overheard one of the employees say to the owner, "But we're out of butter chicken?" He replied, "Yes, we are." That should have been a red flag, and I would have preferred them to be honest with me rather than serving me some leftover mess! I was very disappointed, especially since I was planning to eat somewhere else and was very hungry. I should have just walked away.

20/07/2026: Went to the drive-thru tonight for 3 meals, quick service, everything was in the order and a free cheddar sauce! Thank you to Solene for her smile and efficiency!

18/07/2026: Fifteen minutes to prepare an order—of course, the burgers were cold and burnt to a crisp. The manager should stand at the counter like a customer; he'd see the slowness, the nonchalance, and above all, the complete lack of desire to serve from the entire staff. I won't be returning to this place.

15/04/2026: I went to order takeout at the kiosks, and I was simply refused entry because of my small dog, without explanation, without any solution, just rudely shown the door. As a result, I was forced to order via Uber Eats even though I live right upstairs, with completely absurd extra charges. And to top it all off, the food was a disappointing experience. I was sick all night. Frankly, between the reception and the service, there's a serious lack of consideration for customers. In Grenoble, there's no shortage of alternatives.
