19/07/2026: Best place to eat well and delicious food at very reasonable prices! I've tried several items on the menu and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly. The portions are generous for the price. You leave feeling completely satisfied. Very often I can't finish my plate because there's so much. I go back often and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

11/07/2026: I ordered two 33cm pizzas to take away: a Margherita and a Mexicana. These pizzas had very few ingredients, the mushrooms were burnt, and the crust was really thick. I had to wait almost 40 minutes, and I should mention that I was served after two customers who arrived 15 minutes after me. There was no apology for the wait and no gesture of goodwill. I will never order pizza from this establishment again. Maybe I'll try their sandwiches and tacos.

01/07/2026: Tuesday, June 30, 9:45 PM 25-minute wait for a simple King Fusion ice cream!!! The order management was a disaster; all the customers were complaining about the wait and the mistakes in their orders. Some had paid extra for customization and hadn't received it, and others got their orders cold. I've never seen such chaos! And don't even get me started on the floor littered with crushed fries and all sorts of trash. And the worst part is that the two employees behind the counter (one of whom was apparently the manager because she was wearing a white shirt, completely incapable of handling the situation) were just twiddling their thumbs—unbelievable! Not even a word of apology when I finally got my ice cream after, I repeat, a 25-minute wait in the middle of all this mess! I will never set foot in that Burger King again, where they literally don't care about their customers and the franchisee is incapable of hiring competent young people! It's night and day compared to the Burger King at the Ravennes roundabout in Bondues! How can there be such a difference between two locations of the same chain?

27/05/2026: We placed an order on Uber Eats and, to our surprise, the order was incomplete; the drinks were missing. A small detail, you might say, but still, it was important. I contacted the restaurant, and they told me, "Next time, next order," then hung up on me. We ordered a "gourmet platter," but everything was mixed together in the box: warm salad, meat, fries, and two sauces. It was disgusting, which is a real shame because it didn't look bad. Plus, the chicken was burnt.

06/06/2026: The food is amazing 🤩 the service is super fast, the atmosphere is so cool, there's room for everyone, I highly recommend it. I recommend the Original Jacks and also the milkshake, just expect to spend at least €20 but it's really good quality.

29/07/2026: We came on Tuesday, July 28th. The first order went smoothly. My daughter placed another order for a drink before heading home. 20 minutes later, she asked a server where her order was. He replied, "It's coming." Still nothing. We asked for another server, who asked for proof of the order. My daughter showed him the receipt, and that's when we realized the waitress had forgotten to prepare our coconut water. No apology for forgetting it, and to top it all off, the coconut water wasn't fresh at all. Especially since we had asked for ice cubes. We wondered if they had given us a stale coconut water. When you forget or make a mistake on an order, you should apologize.

14/07/2026: Very good steak, the rest of the dishes we ordered were 3/5. The vegetables with the salmon were a bit too salty, chosen somewhat randomly.
