We're thrilled to know she's already received a warning because she speaks very loudly in front of customers, which means the hot dog arrives cold. And the customer is ignored because she says, "I'm leaving now, I don't care." A very bad experience. You should seriously rein in your employees...

11/01/2026: I always receive a very warm welcome at Kusmi Tea CNIT! The team is always very friendly and helpful. Every time I visit, I feel truly welcome. After my purchases, I often receive samples and regularly have the opportunity to try new blends, which is a real bonus. A top-notch customer experience; I highly recommend it!

23/07/2026: I wanted to thank Cecilia (if I remembered her name correctly) who took such good care of me without me even asking. My nose started bleeding during the meal, she noticed immediately and brought me ice cubes in a gloved handkerchief and some tissues. She also helped my son get the ice cream and brought it to our table. She was wonderful, very friendly and pleasant. She made me want to come back. Thank you so much!

03/07/2026: I stopped at this restaurant on July 2nd, 2026, and had a kebab, fries, and drink combo for 10 Euros. So good! I came from Montbard, 70km away. Not disappointed. I'll definitely be back!

20/07/2026: Order placed on Uber Eats, not the first time. I ordered corn from the menu, but I never get corn; I get fries instead. If you don't have the item ordered, our number is on the receipt. The least you could do is ask what we want instead, because automatically getting fries is unacceptable.
