17/03/2026: This is the first time this has happened to me. I just got home, I ordered a meal for myself and a kids' meal for my son. I didn't check the bag, and when I got home there were no nuggets or fries. So, no meal for my son except for a yogurt and a drink, so he's not going to eat anything, and zero fries. This is the first time this has happened to me at any McDonald's I've been to. It's unbelievable but true. Really pay attention and check your bags at the drive-thru because the service is terrible.

16/03/2026: I ordered takeout from the drive-thru and they laughed so hard at my name, saying it wasn't a normal name. Your employee should work in a circus; there they can laugh at people. Sorry, this is inappropriate.

24/03/2026: BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT in all of Seine-Maritime (76)! Clean, super fast service; you barely order before they call you back and your order is ready! The taste is simply incredible for every dish, especially the goat cheese and honey escalope. I highly recommend it. The staff is top-notch, super friendly, and you can go without hesitation. It's welcoming and has plenty of space for children. 🥰 The drink selection is just amazing! Very clean!!!!! In short, go try it! 😂

20/03/2026: I ordered 10 minutes ago at the drive-thru. I repeated my order several times because I asked for two meals, and they kept saying "sandwich only." I repeated, saying "two meals," waited 30 minutes, and when I got home, it was "two hamburgers"—what a joke! I immediately called, and the man told me his colleague said I ordered hamburgers, even though I never said "hamburger." The patties were half frozen and half cooked. No solution was offered. A complete lack of professionalism, and this isn't the first time! 😡😡😡 I've decided to post my review and never go back! 😡😡

15/02/2026: A very warm welcome despite our group of six and our arrival after the other restaurants' kitchens had closed. The selection of dishes is excellent and the food delicious. But most importantly, we were greeted by Philippe and his team of professionals. They were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. This restaurant is definitely among my favorites and I will be back. Thank you, Philippe, and see you soon! A very friendly welcome even though we were six and arrived after other restaurants had closed. The selection of dishes is very good and the food tasty. Most importantly, it was the warm welcome that Philippe and his team of professionals offered us. They were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. 08/03/2026: Subject: Reporting Security Guard Behavior I am writing to inform you of an incident that occurred on March 8, 2026, around 1:00 a.m. in front of your establishment. Upon my arrival at the entrance, the security guard asked for my age and identification. Before I could even answer or show any document, he immediately adopted a particularly aggressive and hostile attitude. Without attempting to assess the situation or engage in a normal and respectful conversation, this guard became aggressive and intimidating. The situation escalated when he grabbed my shoulder to pull me away from the entrance, even though I was not displaying any aggression and there was no reason for physical contact. I fully understand that an establishment may refuse entry to someone and request identification. However, what is difficult to accept is the manner in which this was done. Refusing entry can and should be done calmly, politely, and respectfully, as is standard practice in any establishment concerned about its image and clientele. Furthermore, I am acquainted with influential and well-informed individuals in this field. My experience will be shared with my network and on public platforms so that the way your establishment treats its customers becomes widely known. I leave it to you to consider the potential consequences for your image if no action is taken. This report is therefore intended to alert you to the seriousness of this situation and to encourage you to review your staff's behavior at the entrance. 22/03/2026: I wanted to share my opinion about this McDonald's restaurant in Saumur. The food is a matter of taste, you either like it or you don't. I wanted to highlight the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the service, thanks in part to the lovely gentleman who comes to clear your tray when you're finished and cleans all the tables. Well done to him! Perhaps this could give other restaurants of the same chain some good ideas?

20/03/2026: We were pleasantly surprised. Definitely McDonald's new concept (decor). Very nice and clean. The floor was clean, the tables were clean, the restrooms were clean. The service was quick and the food was hot. So, for a top-notch McDonald's! The staff was very kind and friendly. We were served and our plates were cleared too! It was really great. And the children's play area is huge, separate, and sheltered.

13/12/2025: What can I say... I often pass by, and today I decided to stop in for a bite to eat before work. And I don't regret it at all! The Savoyard sandwich was delicious and very generous! The bread was excellent and flavorful. The welcome was very warm, and the owners are incredibly kind! I'll definitely be back! 😋
