12/02/2026: A fantastic discovery! In a city where it's easy to get lost, this place is a real gem. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from start to finish, and the chef took me off the beaten path with dishes full of personality. Always smiling, both in the kitchen and while serving, he takes the time to explain his creations. A little tip: be sure to book ahead, as seating is limited! Thank you, Chef, for this excellent evening.

09/02/2026: Simply the best. Delicious, exceptional, attentive service. It's one of the few restaurants of its kind in Marseille, perhaps the only one. And it's been top-notch every time for the past four years.

29/08/2024: J’adore ce glacier, l’offre est incroyable mais les sorbets sont un cran au dessus, surtout le parfum Kalamansi. La serveuse Anais est une perle , souriante, dynamique. J’ai passé un excellent moment de détente face à la Bonne Mère 😉

The service was impeccable from beginning to end: attentive, professional, and always with a smile. We really connected with the owners, who are lovely, passionate, and very welcoming people. We had a wonderful evening, full of good cheer and delicious flavors. A huge thank you! We will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant without hesitation! 14/11/2024: Une magnifique découverte dans le centre ville d’Arles. Dès l’accueil, on est assuré de passer un bon moment, car on sent l’authenticité et l’originalité. La terrine chaude de sanglier est un délice, les rognons parfaitement bien maîtrisés, et le dessert est classique, mais généreux. On est dans un « restaurant de copains », où l’on se sent comme à la maison et où l’on retrouve les valeurs de partage, d’excellence et de convivialité. Merci pour ce délicieux moment magique et hors du temps.

01/02/2026: Lunch for €29: starter, main course, dessert (two choices for each). Quick and efficient service, pleasant staff. Nice, tasty dishes. The desserts were a little less impressive. Overall, though, the price was still satisfactory. The setting is very classic, Provençal style. The close proximity of the tables can be bothersome. Privacy and confidentiality are difficult. The interior dining room is quite noisy. Parking is very difficult.

I'm from the Pau region and I'm 64 years old, and I assure you we know what it means when it comes to a good meal in Béarn... I was in Marseille to see OM (European Cup). Imagine, this convivial moment spent at Café BOVO almost made me forget the thrashing I received the day before against Liverpool!!! Can you imagine???? Now, on a more serious note, a truly wonderful moment of pure and simple JOY! Long live Café BOVO, and don't change a thing!!! A little tip: The waitress is lovely, but don't even think about teasing her because she has a sharp tongue! JUST NATURAL AND BRILLIANT, NO FUNNY GUMS!!!
