(Unlike the competition, who seem dejected when there are customers—I won't name names.) The owner is very kind despite all the work he has to do. Thanks again to Chez Machalle! 👍🏼

11/02/2026: Well, I'm a bit embarrassed because the staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional, but unfortunately, there's a catch... The dishes don't really reflect the prices charged. Eight stuffed mussels, no more, for €15, the same for panisses (chickpea fritters). Even the cheapest pasta dish is at least €27. Edible in my opinion, but simplistic, which is to be expected. The gorgonzola sauce was barely cooked... Other diners present that day had the same experience: bland meat dishes for over €30, and so on. The setting is relaxing and pleasant, but it won't become my regular spot. Please reconsider your prices.

08/02/2026: We went there for a birthday. The service was adequate, but the food was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I ordered a ribeye steak with fries and dessert. The ribeye was of poor quality, the sauce wasn't homemade at all, and the dessert was mediocre. Poor value for money... overpriced for the quality of the ingredients!

28/02/2026: It had been years since I'd been back, what a joy! The freshness, the exquisite taste of quality products, plus, for a foodie like me, a delectable homemade dessert—I won't wait years to return! And the service from the owner was so kind and elegant. 😉😉😉

04/02/2026: This is my second time having lunch at this restaurant and I'm still just as impressed! A simple menu and quality dishes served quickly! The servers are discreet and helpful! It's just as pleasant to eat inside as outside. I will definitely come back again. February 3, 2026: We returned for lunch with colleagues. There were seven of us and we were served very quickly! All the dishes were very good and always offered excellent value for money. We will be back again!

25/02/2026: We only tried the restaurant. It had a lovely, old-fashioned, family atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive, the menu was generous and appetizing, featuring quality ingredients. Children are welcome and can enjoy the outdoor area. Parking is easy. We'll be back this summer to enjoy the terrace and the pool.

09/01/2026: Don't be fooled by the fact that it's not very busy: this restaurant is clearly underrated. The dishes are excellent, generous, and served in very large portions. All this for a more than reasonable price, which is becoming rare these days. A very pleasant surprise that I recommend without hesitation.

17/12/2025: We came for a business lunch and had a wonderful meal! The food was home-style but very refined, with quality ingredients and generous portions. To top it all off, the staff were exceptionally kind! The team went out of their way to offer us a complete menu that fit our budget. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the background music was well-chosen. Highly recommended!
