26/08/2024: I can't say if the food is good there...since I stayed at the door!!! in fact on Sunday evening I waited 30 minutes in front of the restaurant which was supposed to open at 7 p.m. except that it never opened!! when we call the phone we are told that the number is busy and that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays 🤯 in short... given the seriousness and professionalism of the establishment I prefer to abstain

18/08/2024: You have to make reservations otherwise you will be sent away, without trying to find a solution, especially when you come from a really unfortunate region....

29/08/2024: The place was so so, but what was really unacceptable is the attitude of the head waitress. The wine served in that place was full of deposit and no solution was offered, no apologies, nor compensation. According to the waitress the wine was totally fine and I was wrong to complain about it! I don't recommend eating there unless you want to end your evening literally with a headache. Waitress is rude and acts like she is knowledgeable and we are not. I recommend the restaurant next door "George Blanc Bistrot" on the other hand is really good and service is excellent

13/06/2024: When you want to drink a round of Coke and you are served a can...and charged the same price, a shame...where is the real bar service 😥not ready to set foot there again🙃

06/04/2024: We stayed with our dog in this hotel and we are very satisfied, everything was perfect! Everything was there to start the vacation right from the start! The room was quite spacious, clean, good bedding. The staff is adorable and attentive to our needs. The restaurant and breakfast are also great. Nothing to say except that we are very happy to have been able to spend the night with our dog and in great condition 😊

10/09/2024: Very good food. Very good advice from the sommelier for food and wine pairing. Some adjustments to the service: a shame not to let us finish the aperitif before serving the starter.

06/09/2024: Certes l’endroit est sympathique, vue sur le jardin, le personnel est agréable; les plats sont bons mais le menu à 59€ ne vaut pas ce prix. Au pays des escargots, on aurait aimé en avoir plus de 6 en entrée. La terrine de volaille est correcte mais pas exceptionnelle. Bœuf ou poisson en plat avec accompagnements; desserts classiques. Bien présentés. Le choix d’un restaurant est très limité dans le coin à moins de faire des kilomètres…

26/07/2024: La place est très jolie. Dommage que la serveuse est désagréable et qu'on ne puisse pas boire un verre l'été à 18h30 alors qu'il y avait des places disponibles.

16/07/2024: Great location in the square provided a lovely view of Santenay Ville. The food was excellent after a long cycle. We chose the pepperoni pizza and a croque monsieur. Wonderful!

15/09/2024: La planche apéritive est chère, les cocktails sans plus. Le serveur est agréable. L’emplacement est sympa et agréable.

07/09/2024: Horrible ! Les toilettes étaient dignes des égouts, l’odeur se répand dans le restaurant à vomir . Les œufs meurettes étaient des œufs en soupe aux vinaigre…. Extrêmement déçu depuis la prise en poste des nouveaux gérants .

18/08/2024: I really enjoyed my lunch in this restaurant. As it was my first time in Burgundy and curious what the local cuisine is like I ordered their their Burgundy menu. It was heavenly tasty. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Not all spoke English nut they always manage to help if I needed and behaved very friendly and with constant smile on their faces.

24/09/2024: Bad experience for me. I had a pancake with sugar and cinnamon that I couldn't eat.... and finally the cider was stale!

16/09/2024: We stayed there 2 nights. We enjoyed the discussions with the staff. On the kitchen side, less impressed. And the less nice side is the sound insulation! The quality/price ratio remains very correct.

15/09/2024: Des amours, located on the route of the Burgundy bike tour, we stopped to warm up because it was raining. Very good coffee and tea, they agreed that we could pick up pains from the bakery opposite and eat them at home. I can only recommend the bar side!

26/08/2024: nous y avons diné deux fois étant clients du château hôtel du domaine. Cadre très sympa, calme, on peut se parler, service efficace et décontracté, bonne table, bon rapport qualité prix- a recommander surtout le soir de son arrivée

21/08/2024: Nous avons choisi ce brunch par rapport à la notoriété de l'endroit. Nous avons été déçus par les plats proposés. Entrées :Carottes râpées dans un saladier, avec bol de vinaigrette à part. Taboulé. Salade de pommes de terre. Tomates /mozza. Pâté en croûte. Rosbeef froid. Croissant et pain chocolat. Céréales. Plats chauds : Rosbeef. Sèche ou calamar ? (rien n'était écrit donc on ne sait pas forcément) Pommes de terre et courgettes (vapeur ?) Fromages : 1 morbier, 1 chèvre,1 brie. Desserts: gâteau chocolat. 3 autres choix mais nous n'avons pas reconnu car rien n'était indiqué. Pas de carte des vins (seulement feuille A4 pliée en 2 et imprimée avec les boissons). Pour etre habitués à faire des brunchs dans la région pour le même budget, nous avons été vraiment déçus de ce brunch qui est plus digne d'un restau de galerie commerciale que d'un établissement de ce rang. Dommage car l'endroit est très joli.
