14/07/2026: A warm welcome and a rather pleasant setting. The restaurant is actually the dining room of the Mercure hotel next door. There are several areas for improvement, in my opinion: For my starter, I chose the sea bream ceviche: very bland and tasteless; a little salt and pepper at the base, and perhaps some Espelette pepper and lime to awaken the taste buds, would have been welcome. For my main course, I chose the sea bass fillet: the fish was cooked well, however, the accompanying vegetables were also tasteless. For my main course, I ordered the cheese platter, which was my favorite part, with a special mention for the Savarin, which was delicious. Service: I had to ask for my glass of wine during the meal, which made my dish seem cold. I wasn't offered any bread at all during the meal, except when I ordered the cheese, of course. I even had to ask for more because one tiny roll for a cheese plate is just not enough. Customers shouldn't have to ask for things; I hope this will be improved. And finally, I ordered a glass of Burgundy Pinot Noir, and while I was served Pinot Noir, it wasn't actually Burgundy! What a shame, I let it go. It's worth noting that the bread consists of reheated frozen rolls, and the tea/coffee served comes from the automatic machines used during breakfast at the hotel.

21/06/2026: Add a rather pleasant lunch at the restaurant, but the Caesar salad was clearly from the day before. The ingredient burned by the vinaigrette, and with anchovies! What king of Ceasar salad has anchovies?

24/05/2026: Oh dear, the welcome!!! Oh dear, the service… On Sundays it's even worse, it reaches new heights, not even a bag when you leave with several loaves of bread!! Go see what happens at "Le B" or "Le Pain de chez Cibo" and you'll see the difference in service! Furthermore, the baguettes are overcooked and inedible the next morning! Otherwise, the bread and pastries are good too.

14/05/2026: Excellent bakery, just one small drawback: if you want a sandwich, you shouldn't come before 11 am! I think that's a shame for people who want to buy lunch on their way to work or school…

29/11/2025: We had an absolutely remarkable time at Château de la Cueillette. The spa and hammam offer a soothing atmosphere, perfectly designed for relaxation and well-being. Everything is clean, calm, and very well maintained. But what makes the experience truly memorable are the massages. The professionalism is evident from the very first minutes: controlled movements, attentive listening, quality of touch, precision… you feel you are in the hands of passionate and highly trained professionals. It's not just a simple relaxation massage, but a true sensory and therapeutic experience. In addition, the bistro/restaurant attached to the establishment was a superb discovery. The dishes are flavorful, refined, and the balance of tastes is remarkable. The portions are generous without being excessive, elegant without being pretentious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, especially considering the culinary level on offer. In short: a refined, welcoming, and relaxing place where everything is harmonious and thoughtfully designed. Whether for a massage, a relaxing spa experience, or a gourmet meal, I recommend it without hesitation.

01/05/2026: The room reeked of stale tobacco. The drain was clogged at the sink. In the middle of the night, we were woken by the foul odor coming from the drains, forcing us to sleep with the window open.

27/03/2026: As tourists, we stumbled upon this place by chance because our hotel was right next door; it was an electro/groove night. Entry was €10 on a Friday night. The bar was reasonably priced, with drinks and snacks available all night long. Check out their menu on Facebook. The place, with its vaulted cellars, is stylish. We received a very warm welcome, and the music was fantastic! We had a great night and met some lovely people. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Dijon.

30/07/2026: Terrible reception! Yesterday I booked a table for 2 for this evening and confirmed with my creditcard. When arriving this evening they said I did not have a reservation. I did not recieve any fault message when booking, which is normal in these cases. The lady was very unfriendly and made no effort whatsover to try to give us a table. Very very disappointing for a restaurant with this standard. As they had all my details, they could have had the decency to call or mail me. Very unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this restaurant at all, as she probably knows very well it is very difficult to find a table this time of year, without a reservation. Typical “old school” French behavior.

28/07/2026: The food was very average. Too many choices on the menu. Too many set menus. Restaurants usually only offer three to five choices, that's all.

26/07/2026: Extremely long wait for dishes that didn't even require cooking. The chicken was a single, poorly plucked, and skinny thigh. The vegetables were tasteless, and the unprepared steak tartare was served with a nearly empty bottle of store-bought ketchup. The desserts, however, were quite good, despite (again) a far too long wait for a simple scoop of ice cream. I would say that if you want to eat at this place, you should plan to take a day off work.

12/07/2026: Service: appalling. We were left waiting with a menu board that hadn't been cleaned and had been rewritten on. Food: Are you kidding me? They advertised fries. They were potato slices. No cooking whatsoever; I can make better at home. A parsley sauce isn't complicated. Overall: A haughty owner who doesn't care about the customers. Unprofessional. He blames the customers. The dessert: a scoop of ice cream and some fruit swimming in water. Accompanied by what looked like sliced ​​bread, also soaking in water. In short, food that reflects deplorable management.
