12/12/2025: Excellent, refined, and generous cuisine. A real exploration of flavors—kudos to the chefs! Impeccable and discreet service. Wines by the glass are always a nice touch. The only very minor drawback is the ambient noise due to the low ceiling; perhaps sound-absorbing panels could be installed. I highly recommend this restaurant, and be sure to make a reservation as it's often full.

We had anticipated our 30-minute delay, and they were very understanding. We highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area!

26/06/2025: We tried it after visiting the Musée d'Antan, and we weren't disappointed—quite the opposite, in fact. The dishes were generous and the dessert excellent. And seeing the other dishes from the neighbors, we just wanted to go back very soon to order the other dishes. Very reasonable prices.

Special mention goes to the service: warm, attentive, and helpful. A particular thank you to the waiter who recommended an excellent bottle of white wine, perfectly paired with the meal, which truly enhanced the dinner. A must-visit in Montbéliard!

The restaurant is committed to environmental sustainability. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

03/12/2025: Arrived around 3 pm, 4 customers in the room, a waitress clearing a table and asking us from a distance if we were there "for a drink?" (very classy!!) Once seated, there was a wait to order...🥺 to get our drinks, another wait while the waitress finished chatting with her colleagues... no more customers and a total of 25 minutes just to "have a drink!!!". This isn't the first time I've heard this greeting at the office... perhaps a little reminder about a new system is in order... and there are some...

With a little extra for the frozen kirsch mousse on sour cherry compote ♥️ Between the welcome, the dishes, the service, everything was perfect! I recommend ++++

Homemade dish made on site, this is evident in the cooking and preparation. It was excellent and you get what you pay for. We had a pleasant evening. And we ate very well, we will definitely go back!
