Undoubtedly the best steak we have had the opportunity to eat, perfectly cooked, a treat. The meal was flawless from start to finish, the starter, the meat with its exquisite gratin and the dessert.
The price is very largely justified by the quality of the products, the welcome and the service, not to mention the superb setting which offers a breathtaking view of the Cevennes.
25/08/2024: The setting is nice, the food is very good.
But the price is unjustified compared to the quantities served!
The icing on the cake is that the restaurant will not take the credit card in 2024!
What a shame...

12/09/2024: After a mixed reception, we ordered 3 pizzas. More than mediocre quality (dough probably frozen,
taste of fish in a pizza with bacon...) and we had to ask to bring one back to the kitchen because it was inedible with the burnt bottom. Unfortunately for the boss we heard his first thought to the cook telling him "don't take it into account" (the customer is wrong). And his second when he brought us (without us expressly asking) 3 boxes to take our pizzas (boxes having already been used by the way) saying "it's going to end up like this anyway". All this is a shame because we trusted the many laudatory comments. The dishes are surely much better, but that won't be for another time.

14/09/2024: Menu of the week at lunch: perfect value for money, on the other hand the welcome is deplorable, the head waiter does not come to meet you and is too familiar (we don't know each other) limits a lack of respect towards the clientele. Fortunately the servers are very friendly.
