24/09/2024: Disappointing. Stewed dishes, desserts from the freezer (ordered at the start of the meal). A catered meal. There is no shot! The value for money is not there.

30/05/2025: We came to eat on Ascension Thursday. The service was perfect; the waitresses were smiling, pleasant, and helpful. We had a great time. However, when it came time to pay, we had meal vouchers (which stated they could be used on weekends and public holidays). The owner initially refused, but eventually agreed to only take two of them, even though there were five of us. He claimed that he didn't take them on public holidays, telling us that he was overcharged for meal vouchers. Exchange was impossible. We were planning to leave them a tip, but given this attitude, we left. We find this unacceptable.

03/12/2024: Brasserie ou restaurant il faut choisir! Recevoir un groupe avec des tables réservées en parallèle dans la seule salle disponible n’est pas raisonnable! Une ambiance où personne ne peut mener un repas serein en toute quiétude!! Ambiance brasserie pour ma soirée !

16/01/2025: As usual during the week, daily specials are offered, never the same, always excellent for a low price. In the evening it's a choice from 5 or 6 crazy plates, very good too, a bit of a shame that he doesn't renew his choice of crazy plates from time to time. Pizzas and burgers also available. In a very pleasant, friendly and cozy place. In the summer, outdoor tables under a shaded arbor. Great restaurant 👍👍

01/11/2024: Visited with my husband this month. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely helpful, especially with booking restaurants and giving guidance on the town. If you can, have dinner at the hotel restaurant. A wonderful experience. We were also upgraded on arrival. Will be back.

05/09/2024: Cadre très agréable en terrasse près de la piscine. L'équipe est très professionnel et sa sympathie y est pour beaucoup dans notre satisfaction. C'était vraiment un excellent moment. Les plats délicieux et surtout ne pas manquer en fin de repas le super mille-feuilles ! Nous reviendrons.

01/08/2024: Trouvé par hasard et bonne surprise. Bon accueil chambre très bien, beaucoup mieux que dans un Ibis budget pour le même prix ! Décoration soignée et notre chambre avait une terrasse table chaise. Lieu tranquille même si l'auberge est près de la route. Il y a parking et climatisation dans les chambres, salle de bain avec fenestron pour l'aération. Des petites choses qui comptent. La piscine est très agréable et tranquille. Nous avons mangé sur place. Bon repas. J'ai pris un tartare en plat et la viande vraiment excellente !! Belle présentation, beau filet de truite, un bon gratin dauphinois pas gras ... Un bon petit déjeuner, oeuf dur jambon viennoiserie confiture pain etc .. Je recommande

11/12/2025: After several visits to this establishment, which had previously impressed us—both with the quality of the food and the attentive service—we unfortunately had two very disappointing experiences in quick succession. The first incident occurred upon arrival: the official opening time was announced as 7:30 p.m., and two customers, who had entered at 7:25 p.m., were asked to leave and wait outside. The atmosphere immediately soured, and no one dared to enter before 7:40 p.m. Once at the reception desk, my friend and I stood for about fifteen minutes waiting to be seated, a particularly long wait for someone with a disability. I had specified a gluten-free diet when making the reservation. Despite this, we were brought three small gluten-free rolls… but no regular bread for my friend, who ended up eating them since nothing else was offered. The result: I had to order another batch—another twenty-minute wait—this rationing giving a rather disconcerting impression of pettiness for an establishment of this caliber. Another surprise: the bottle of wine we ordered was simply placed on the table, without the traditional tasting beforehand, a basic courtesy in a restaurant of this standard. As for the dishes, the verdict was painful: lack of seasoning, bland flavors, and a culinary signature that seems to have lost its former brilliance. As luck would have it, my wife and I returned the following Saturday to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, both the service and the food confirmed a decline in quality that is hard to ignore. The experience was nothing like the one that had so captivated us during our first visits. We retain the memory of a restaurant that was once remarkable, but it must be said that the standard is no longer there. We sincerely hope that the establishment will be able to recover, but as things stand, our assessment is significantly lowered.

09/12/2025: It was good, but I expected something more refined for the price. The portions were generous, and the service was pleasant. However, there are two dining rooms, and I would certainly have enjoyed the experience more if our table of 15 had been seated in the other room. Our smaller table would surely have had a more enjoyable evening.
