Precision work (certainly relentless) which transports us to new flavors. Wonderful. The welcome and support during the meal contribute to the right moment.
20/09/2024: Impossible to describe this culinary experience, there are no words, only emotion. The taste buds see all the colors! Very professional and very friendly staff. The owner of the place is discreet and humble, even if he works under the eyes of the guests. The setting is sober but warm. In short, a real moment of happiness in one’s life! Everything is thought out, gourmet, from the welcome to the coffee... Thank you for delighting us with quality well beyond its price.
Seasonal dishes, varied, colorful, fresh herbs, tasty vegetables, a home-smoked haddock, a stew of deer hunted in Ariège (once is not customary) with the flavors of my grandmother's game in sauce...
For dessert, a Basque cake, pure marvel, the best from here on the Basque coast (legacy of chef Arrambide **)
