01/06/2025: It was regulars at this brasserie who introduced me to "Le Bleu," and I'm delighted! And for good reason: a simple and friendly welcome (even though we arrived without a reservation! and right in the middle of lunch service!) immediately won us over... We were able to choose to be seated on the outdoor terrace, which was very pleasantly shaded on this sunny day (May 31, 2025), forcing the staff to set up an additional table and chairs, without any hesitation despite the busy service... Then it was a most harmonious lunch: excellent food (unanimously agreed by our small group!), service always attentive and well-paced, with no excessive wait between courses, all for a more than competitive price... In short, a place to remember! I'll definitely be back!

01/07/2025: I've been disappointed since the change of ownership. The food was mediocre and unprepared...and I'm not even talking about the service! Last time, our aperitif glasses remained on our table throughout the meal.

16/12/2024: Catastrophic experience. As soon as I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the parking lot was full, even though I had called the evening before to have them confirm that there was indeed space on the day of my arrival. When I checked in, we were tired since it was 10 p.m. Everything went well, with Lucas who was very helpful. However, when I arrived in the room, the air conditioning was set to cold, what a great idea in the middle of December. I tell myself that it doesn't matter, and that I'm going to turn on the heating. Guess what? It doesn't work. So I find myself going down to reception, waiting 10 minutes, so that in the end someone gives me an auxiliary heater by hand. So I end up going back to the room, turning on the heating, and of course, to no one's surprise, it doesn't work either. So, here I am, back at reception again, putting the heater on the desk, explaining very calmly that my patience has its limits. To which the night receptionist replied: “there are no others”. Without obviously offering me any alternatives, and adding the famous and beautiful phrase that we all hear in hotels when we ask for a new room "the hotel is full". You will notice that at no point did I mention the word "excuse me", or "sorry". Fortunately, Lucas, still present, takes the lead, and assigns me a new room. So I find myself at 11 p.m. moving out with all my belongings, only to find myself in a room with a much smaller bed. I would have liked to have been warned. So I decide to stay in my initial room, and endure the temperature. I take the time to notify reception by telephone out of respect. Once this adventure is over, I tell myself that nothing more can happen. Unfortunately, it was too ambitious. What a great discovery I made when unrolling the bath mat, and discovered a pile of hairs (photo taken if necessary of course) right in the middle. Not to mention the many hairs found in the bed. I'm fine with you outsourcing your room service, but do it right. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and I am of course awaiting feedback from you to discuss these incidents. 08/08/2024: Fuyez : nous venons de payer 85 €, soit 36 € pour le menu et un cocktail imbuvable à 13 €. Les plats étaient bons, mais il n’y avait que des amuse-bouche. Nous avons encore faim et avons l’impression de nous être fait arnaquer. Si j’avais su que le cocktail coûtait 13 €, je ne l’aurais jamais pris.
