16/12/2024: Catastrophic experience. As soon as I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the parking lot was full, even though I had called the evening before to have them confirm that there was indeed space on the day of my arrival. When I checked in, we were tired since it was 10 p.m. Everything went well, with Lucas who was very helpful. However, when I arrived in the room, the air conditioning was set to cold, what a great idea in the middle of December. I tell myself that it doesn't matter, and that I'm going to turn on the heating. Guess what? It doesn't work. So I find myself going down to reception, waiting 10 minutes, so that in the end someone gives me an auxiliary heater by hand. So I end up going back to the room, turning on the heating, and of course, to no one's surprise, it doesn't work either. So, here I am, back at reception again, putting the heater on the desk, explaining very calmly that my patience has its limits. To which the night receptionist replied: “there are no others”. Without obviously offering me any alternatives, and adding the famous and beautiful phrase that we all hear in hotels when we ask for a new room "the hotel is full". You will notice that at no point did I mention the word "excuse me", or "sorry". Fortunately, Lucas, still present, takes the lead, and assigns me a new room. So I find myself at 11 p.m. moving out with all my belongings, only to find myself in a room with a much smaller bed. I would have liked to have been warned. So I decide to stay in my initial room, and endure the temperature. I take the time to notify reception by telephone out of respect. Once this adventure is over, I tell myself that nothing more can happen. Unfortunately, it was too ambitious. What a great discovery I made when unrolling the bath mat, and discovered a pile of hairs (photo taken if necessary of course) right in the middle. Not to mention the many hairs found in the bed. I'm fine with you outsourcing your room service, but do it right. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and I am of course awaiting feedback from you to discuss these incidents. 04/12/2024: For years I have been coming to this brasserie for lunch when I stay in Puteaux. The quality/price ratio is perfect for a restaurant in the Paris region. the dishes are varied and plentiful. And above all the welcome is very pleasant, the waitress is smiling, friendly and full of humor, as is the gentleman who runs the bar. I always come back with pleasure.

The welcome was genuine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the managers and waiters for their professionalism. The general atmosphere is pleasant and traditional. I always come back with pleasure to this popular place every week.

29/08/2024: The creations of Mr Bernardé and his team are always as tasty and made with the know-how of a M.O.F. We await with greedy impatience what the Saturday cake will be. In the meantime, you can always enjoy macaroons, chocolates, caramels and other tasty treats, without forgetting the N.B cakes that you must have tasted at least once in your life. A small note, however, regarding the packaging that we now make the customer pay for. We are in the shop of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France all the same, with the prices accordingly. Imagine Hermés making you pay for the box of its square.

28/08/2024: I have been going to Nicolas Benardé regularly since his store opened. I am never disappointed whether it is with cakes including travel cakes, Saturday pastries or desserts for special occasions. Everything is good, right down to the garlic & chili hazelnuts and the cheese shortbread: my favorites for an aperitif! In addition, Madame Bernardé always welcomes you in a warm and smiling manner. In short, an essential address in La Garenne!
