Max, the manager, is lovely, the atmosphere is warm, and the clientele is particularly friendly. Here, people chat, exchange ideas, and connect naturally, even if they don't know each other. A truly vibrant, authentic, and unpretentious place—the kind we wish we saw more often in Boulogne! I highly recommend it :)

01/09/2026: What can I say about the manager, who is simply appalling? I was in a good mood, meeting up with friends. I wanted to order something to drink, so I called this man over to order. And he said to me, "You think we do table service?" I've never seen such an odious way of speaking, in any business.

24/10/2026: A very good lunch with friends at 1 p.m. From the appetizer to the main course and dessert, everything was delicious and plentiful. The decor was simple and elegant. And the waiter was lovely.

10/10/2026: I stopped by today and had a good experience. As a regular at Portuguese restaurants, I found the prices to be about average, although I always find the prices of starters like rissois a tad excessive. I ordered the octopus feijoada. It was very well presented, with the octopus cooked to perfection. If I had one less positive comment, it would be that I found the presentation of the octopus a bit too detailed for my taste; beautiful, visible tentacles and a whole octopus would have been even more appetizing. Also, it would be helpful to mention the presence of coriander on the menu. It's a strong flavor that might put some people off, and specifying it on the menu would, in my opinion, be a good idea. Thank you again for the service. The waitress was fantastic and stood out for her motivation and service. I saw her in the dining room with a person with a severe disability, and her behavior was simply remarkable, with her kindness and dedication to finding a way to serve the person in the best possible way. And THAT is what I love to see in a restaurant ❤️. The five stars are well deserved.

21/09/2026: Coming from Toulouse, I appreciated the atmosphere, reminiscent of the southwest. The restaurant reflects the owner's personality: unpretentious, the andouillette sausage was excellent, and I was particularly impressed by the wine cellar. I also enjoyed the rums, as did my childhood friend :-) In short, a lovely restaurant to visit in Meudon.

15/09/2026: We went there as a couple on a Saturday evening. The food is excellent; you can tell they use fresh, well-prepared ingredients. If you arrive late, some dishes may no longer be available. Don't come during peak hours if you want peace and quiet, as the tables are quite close together and you can hear your neighbors' conversations. 😜 The only thing to note is that the order can take a while due to the number of people in the restaurant, however, the staff remains very friendly :)

26/05/2026: It's hard to find anything negative to say about the Hotel Florus. A survivor of the family-run hotel industry and the service that goes with it. Friendly, dedicated staff—a real pleasure. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't very soundproof. But I would still go back.

20/05/2026: The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but it's been renovated. The room was spacious and pleasant. However, the bathroom was quite small. The bedding was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, but only offered sweets, which might be a bit limited depending on your taste. The real drawback is the soundproofing: you can easily hear what's happening in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. The bathroom ventilation vent opens directly onto the street, which also lets in outside noise.

07/10/2026: We came for lunch this Monday and had a wonderful time. We ordered the set lunch menu. My husband chose bone marrow as a starter, followed by a beef fillet, while I opted for the chicken breast. We also had a fig cream dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Everything was delicious, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. We also loved the restaurant itself: it's very clean, impeccably maintained, and the decor is truly lovely. It's a very welcoming place. We left delighted with our lunch and wish the entire team continued success. We will definitely be back! Best of luck and see you soon!

03/10/2026: Excellent discovery in Boulogne; the food was very tasty, with different textures, not too much sauce and in reasonable portions; the menu has various options and the price is fair; the service was present but not pushy nor pretentious; the decor looked well designed although we had not reserved and didn’t get a chance to see the interior room. We will reserve for the next visit.
