06/12/2025: Always packed, reservations are essential if you want a chance to have lunch. Excellent traditional French cuisine and top-quality meat. Without hesitation, if you're in the area, forget the restaurants at Les 4 Temps shopping center.

18/09/2024: Change of ownership: Glass was found in 1 of the dishes it was changed and offered. Prices have increased. The service team is always very good. The interior of the room became a playroom for teenagers, we had difficulty hearing each other. Seen: the new manager under the covered terrace drinking coffee with friends smoking cigars In short, very average

26/09/2024: Brasserie on the esplanade not really gourmet. Expensive prices for very average quality of cuisine. The chimichurri sauce was more oil than a real chimichurri sauce (especially when you know it). The cheese burger is ultra average. As much as the meat is good, the rest doesn't follow suit, including very bland fries. The bread is elastic. We were really disappointed. I don't recommend it and it's a shame for the servers who are really great.

28/09/2024: We had a great time at Polette’s! The team is smiling, professional and takes great care of its customers. We ate a delicious, perfectly cooked prime rib. In short, very nice atmosphere like at home and top cuisine, we will come back with great pleasure.

20/09/2024: Fabulous brasserie/cafe!!! The staff were welcoming and helpful. The wait staff really knew the menu and extensive wine list. We loved it so much we ate here 3 times during our week+ stay in Paris. It was a 15 minute walk from our hotel. The food was excellent each time. We tried different things each visit.

08/12/2025: Having been coming here for a while, we're disappointed with how the restaurant has changed: the manager's welcome is unfriendly, there are arguments between the manager and the servers (which the customers can hear!), and the seats are in terrible condition (they're falling apart). It's a real shame because we used to appreciate one of the waitresses.

30/11/2025: Very disappointing! Poor quality ribeye steak for such a high price. Dauphinoise potatoes were too dry... The Hippopotamus brand has gone downhill considerably. It's a shame, but I won't be going back.

28/09/2024: Very unpleasant experience when two of us came at 9:28 p.m. while the restaurant closed at 10:30 p.m. We were greeted by three people: 1 gentleman at the entrance, and the two waitresses near the kitchens. All THREE of us pulled an incredible face when they saw us arrive, probably to show their displeasure. However, we asked the young man if it was not too late and he said OK while pretending... If you don't want to welcome customers after 9:28 p.m., simply turn them away rather than making them uncomfortable throughout the meal. Or tell your employees not to make them uncomfortable... We ate in a hurry to leave before 10:30 p.m. the atmosphere was so heavy. Very bad experience and ruined dinner. Too disgusted with this unfortunate experience...

30/06/2025: Perfect off the main road cafe! Ishmael handled our large party with grace and SOLUTIONS;) Salads were awesome and the spritzes hit the spot! If I were a local this would be my spot!

28/06/2025: From the outside, it doesn't look bad, and the patio seating is nice. However, we were led into a covered backyard, which was horrible – right next to the restroom. The pepper and salt shakers were so greasy that you had to wash your hands again afterward. The food was correspondingly bad. Don't go there!
