01/07/2026: Yes, I dared to give it five stars. But why, you might ask? Simply for the rarity of this hidden gem: the last quiet spot to have a drink in this glitzy, frenetic Neuilly. Churchill wouldn't have batted an eye seeing his name on the facade. Okay, it's true that the price of drinks and the coldness of the Horse Guard put off more than a few. But... the luster of a sort of Bonnes Mamans tea room is a welcome change from the good (and much less good) manners of my usual boorish saloons. The Vagabond of the Zincs.

15/07/2026: While the service and food are good, the place is very run-down. The blinds are broken and haven't been replaced, and the flowerpots are empty. The interior is in need of renovation. Everything is outdated and requires a complete overhaul. This restaurant's standards are no longer in line with current trends.

13/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in Paris, or even compared to other countries… Luckily, my company paid and not me. Several of us were disappointed, and we won't be recommending it to the agency again! The floorboards are rotten, the room is filthy, there was body hair everywhere… pretty much everywhere, even on the bed. I didn't feel safe sleeping in that bed! The ceiling looks like a hospital room with camping-style furniture (that doesn't bother me, but not in a hotel ^^'). You can hear everything in the other rooms! The room has no ventilation; one of my colleagues set off the fire alarm because of it, and it smells musty! I don't watch TV, but for those who do, I've never seen anything so small and archaic, perched on a tiny shelf high up… And the shower is scalding hot, almost dangerously so, you turn around a bit to get it cooler, to get it to the right temperature, and then it's immediately freezing cold. It's all or nothing, all while being in a small shower with a dirty shower curtain that clings to you. Plus, you can only be alone, otherwise there's no privacy, just a curtain separating you from the shower and the bed. Even when I was in student housing with a 9m² room, it was better! Breakfast is the same. Luckily, I didn't pay, but I think it's €7… for two slices of bread, a coffee, and an orange juice. You're better off eating somewhere else! In short, if you have no other choice, good luck, otherwise go somewhere else!

29/10/2026: Avoid this place at all costs!!! Bad business, unfriendly, terrible welcome, and food that's not even fit for pigs!! If you're looking for gastroenteritis, this is the place for you... and let's not even mention the owner who does everything she can to keep you from coming back. A visit from the health inspectors would be a lucky coincidence!

27/10/2026: I recommend the bluefin tuna, which was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. The ratatouille was also very good, with a touch of spice. However, I don't recommend the Milanese veal cutlet (one of the worst I've ever had in a restaurant: the breading was bland and didn't stick to the meat), or the pasta with "pesto" (I didn't see any pesto... just cream with a few herbs, no Parmesan, no pesto flavor: I didn't finish my plate). The service seemed a bit overwhelmed. Expect to pay around €22 to €26 per dish.

09/06/2026: A charming little neighborhood bar, just the way we like it. A friendly, cozy atmosphere with a lovely shaded terrace, sheltered from the noise and ideal for summer evenings. A warm welcome and prices far removed from the hustle and bustle of Courbevoie town center.

21/05/2026: I've noticed that the taste, texture, and smell of my favorite brand of cigarettes, purchased from them, have changed. Their cigarettes are very suspicious; they give off a horrible odor, like contraband cigarettes. I'm afraid they're selling counterfeit cigarettes from China.

14/03/2026: At 6:30 PM, the welcome was quite unpleasant. The "hello" was barely uttered, almost forced. I made my selection calmly, and despite the presence of tongs for serving bread, the vendor took my loaf with his bare hands, which isn't very reassuring from a hygiene standpoint. When it came time to pay, he was watching videos on his phone instead of ringing me up. Frankly, a very disappointing experience. Avoid it.

07/10/2026: The bread is good, which is what kept us coming back, but this time we bought three lemon tarts... and well, you can find better in the supermarket! What a shame

26/06/2026: This is the second time I've been sold stale bread! They reheat day-old baguettes, making them seem fresh from the oven, but once they cool down, the bread falls apart. It's shameful, you're dishonest.

26/08/2026: A fantastic experience at Restaurant Cépia! The dishes are truly delicious, well-prepared, and generous. Particular attention is paid to the presentation. The plates look enticing from the moment they arrive! Cocktails are available for aperitifs. You can enjoy the outdoor terrace if the weather permits. A very pleasant experience!

01/07/2026: I wouldn't recommend going there for lunch breaks during the work week. The interior is a true acoustic masterpiece, as you can hear every single conversation in the restaurant. The food is expensive but not necessarily high quality. The dishes are decent, but nothing to write home about (the chicken curry sauce seems to have been replaced with tap water)... a shame.
