Fresh, well-prepared food—a real treat. I highly recommend going to meet Ben, the owner, and his two lovely ladies, Felice and Yael; you won't be disappointed.

21/05/2026: Hotel with upgraded rooms. Overpriced for what's offered. The room wasn't cleaned between stays, the bed wasn't made... I didn't put up a sign to avoid them. The bathroom has just been renovated. The faucet is like a basket, the toilet flush mechanism has been kept but doesn't work properly. This company is going downhill; it's time to take action. ...

25/04/2026: I had a very bad experience on several occasions. During my visit, while other customers were being served at the counter, I was asked to sit on the terrace for no clear reason, and the staff became irritated when I explained that I was in a hurry. Another time, I was told that coffee was “not normally served at this time,” even though others were drinking it. I also heard negative comments about foreigners, which is very disturbing. This creates a strong sense of unequal treatment. It's all the more incomprehensible coming from someone who seems to be of immigrant origin himself. It's a shame, because I work nearby, but I won't be going back.

05/04/2026: It was good; I loved the veal liver with raspberry vinegar, and the braised endives instead of fries were perfectly cooked. The teenager also enjoyed his meal. If I had to find a fault: the glass plate on the tablecloth. I understand their use to reduce laundry and even ensure good hygiene, but it still detracts from the charm of the checkered tablecloths.

28/11/2025: Every time, you can be sure you won't leave hungry. The crepes, whether savory or sweet, are generously filled and delicious. Eric and Elodie are wonderful, as is the entire team... Not a single flaw at Crêperie Belle Isle! 😍😍

14/05/2026: The reception was adequate, nothing more. The furniture is clearly dated, even worn; some of the armchairs in the breakfast room even have holes, which is unacceptable. Also worth noting is a gathering place for cannabis smokers about thirty meters from the entrance, which detracts from the establishment's image and comfort.

26/05/2026: It's hard to find anything negative to say about the Hotel Florus. A survivor of the family-run hotel industry and the service that goes with it. Friendly, dedicated staff—a real pleasure. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't very soundproof. But I would still go back.

20/05/2026: The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but it's been renovated. The room was spacious and pleasant. However, the bathroom was quite small. The bedding was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, but only offered sweets, which might be a bit limited depending on your taste. The real drawback is the soundproofing: you can easily hear what's happening in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. The bathroom ventilation vent opens directly onto the street, which also lets in outside noise.

09/05/2026: I go there regularly and it's impeccable. The atmosphere is relaxing with calming background music, and the food is delicious, not to mention the kindness of the owners. Incredible, truly!

05/05/2026: On a Saturday afternoon, we arrived for lunch at La Tête Noire restaurant in Marnes-la-Coquette. Service was prompt, and we were among the first to order. The quality of the food was quite average, more in keeping with the standards of a brasserie/bistro with constant service. Small scallops, simply fried, with a plain, unimaginative mashed potatoes. Eggplant with ham on top. The elevated atmosphere of the dining room, the table setting, the staff's ceremonious manner, and the abundance of decorations raised expectations of fine cuisine, but the reality turned out to be a simple brasserie. It's important to note that this is the only "restaurant" in the area. Perhaps there's not enough competition. It could be better!

05/05/2026: Lunch on the terrace in the shade of the trees; the terrace is quiet and very pleasant. The pâté to share was very good. The duck breast was cooked perfectly. The rhubarb crumble of the day was delicious. The service was friendly and very efficient.

23/02/2026: For a Relais & Châteaux restaurant, we found the service very disappointing. Despite the number of servers, we had to ask several times for a carafe of water and remind them twice that we had ordered wine. It was finally served after our food had arrived. The dishes themselves were good, although the portions were rather small. The setting is pleasant, but this doesn't compensate for the overall poor value for money and a level of service that doesn't live up to the standards of an establishment of this caliber.
