26/02/2026: Everything is perfect. Absolutely everything is homemade, with quality ingredients, flavor, and care. The service is always exceptional. I come regularly and I'm never disappointed. For people with intolerances or allergies, everything is clearly written on the chalkboards, so there's no need to stress about searching (or rather, no need to search for it). My favorite restaurant in Pézenas!

The result is an original menu and discoveries that define this restaurant's signature. The chef's presence is appreciated and adds a sense of connection to the place, as does that of the sommelier, who boasts a wonderfully original wine selection. We'll definitely be back!
