08/05/2026: The hotel is a bit outdated. The room was comfortable, but not spotlessly clean. There was a very strong cooking smell coming from the kitchen in the hotel, and unfortunately, in our room as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to park for free in front of the hotel. It is located right in the center of Dol de Bretagne.

14/04/2026: Back again, drawn by nostalgia... The food is as delicious as ever. The service is always impeccable. 2024: A pleasant stay in a cozy and comfortable hotel located in a charming little town steeped in history. The food is excellent; the varied and flavorful dishes are served with care and a smile.

25/08/2026: It's a shame you can't give zero stars... Two cappuccinos (just calling them cappuccinos is an insult to Italians) and two empty croissants for €14... Avoid them, and if you're really hungry, find a nearby supermarket... After reading the owner's response, I'm led to believe he doesn't quite understand the text. The main criticism was the quality of the cappuccino, which was obviously made with a very cheap powder; they clearly don't know what foam is; no criticism of the croissants, as the comment suggests... The only thing that's evident is a natural tendency to react to criticism with arrogance and even rudeness... unfortunately, that's not how you improve. Best regards

21/08/2026: Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and not friendly at all, especially towards tourists. What I found completely unacceptable was that they took the cutlery away from our table even though we had already ordered food and were waiting to eat. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined our experience. I would not recommend this place and definitely would not visit again.

26/08/2026: Excellent lunch with very good value for money. I've had the pleasure of dining at ANCA restaurant several times and I've always been very satisfied, as have my friends and family. The owner/chef prepares delicious, beautifully presented cuisine, and the menus are well-balanced. The owner's wife is so welcoming and professional. What a great find on the Emerald Coast! Thank you for your professionalism and for offering such high quality at such an attractive price.

20/08/2026: A place you'll return to whenever you feel a little peckish. Two nights in a row at this restaurant, where the service was impeccable and the food was good, excellent quality, and very fast. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.

16/08/2026: A very nice and cozy hidden gem of Dol De Bretagne. We were served by a woman in a floral green sundress, who had a bright smile and a great attitude. She was very sweet and understanding of our requests like no cheese or bacon. The food was here in less than 5 minutes and tje drinks were here in even less. I was sadly dissapointed by the chicken burger. It was covered in seeds and tasted pretty bad overall. But i loved the atmosphere here and will definitely return when i visit Dol again! update: we just ordered dessert - excited!! update 2: the dessert was absolutely delicious! I definitely reccomend the kinder cookie!

25/07/2026: The drinks were nice but out waitress had a big attitude and was drowning 24/7. We were seated next to a storm drain which smelled terrible. They also charged us more than what the menu said it would cost us. NOT SATISFIED

10/12/2025: Excellent meal. The fish soup and Le Palis salad were delicious. I wanted something light for dinner, but the glowing description of the house-smoked filet mignon won me over! I have absolutely no regrets. The filet mignon was sliced ​​into incredibly generous portions, served with Breton andouille sausage, walnuts (not rancid, unlike those served elsewhere...), and confit gizzards in a subtle blend bursting with flavor, enhanced with a touch of raspberry vinegar. What more could you ask for? And all for a very reasonable price! Top-notch. I'll be back.

31/05/2026: We arrived this morning for coffee, and the manager of the Querrien hotel-restaurant told us the coffee machine wasn't working! It was 9:00 AM, and the hotel guests were enjoying their breakfasts. Our disappointment was matched only by our initial, indescribable joy... So, a word to those who value kindness, respect, and professionalism: AVOID the Querrien in Cancale without hesitation. The welcome is a disgrace, and on top of that, it's delivered with arrogance and an oversized ego! Fortunately for us, just a few meters away, we were received with the utmost respect.

28/05/2026: Warm welcome and very friendly service. But the food was 😞 not good and very expensive for what was probably frozen. We won't be back.

11/12/2025: A fantastic place, I highly recommend it! The food is excellent. The galettes and crêpes range from classic to more original creations I've never seen anywhere else. The artisanal cider is also excellent; we were able to try two kinds. I won't say any more and will let you discover it for yourselves—the owner will be delighted to serve it to you. To top it all off, the staff is lovely and very friendly. The interior is warm and authentic. I will definitely be back.

10/12/2025: A very good crêperie opposite the cathedral. The setting is calm and charming. The menu is very varied, with daily specials that are well worth trying. They also offer extremely good dry ciders. A great find.

07/09/2026: The meal was quite decent and good value for money on the €16 set menu. However, we were very disappointed when the bill arrived. There were two of us, and we also ordered a half-pint of beer and a glass of Chardonnay. The bill came to €43, without any itemized breakdown. Finding the amount rather high compared to the advertised price of the meal, we asked for a receipt after paying, simply to check the details. Our request was refused on the grounds that the receipt should be requested before payment. We find this practice regrettable. When a customer simply wants to know the details of what they have paid for, it seems reasonable to be able to provide them with a receipt, even after payment. It's a shame, because we enjoyed our meal and the initial welcome was positive. But the lack of transparency regarding the bill and the refusal to provide us with a receipt ultimately left us with a rather negative impression of the establishment.

11/09/2026: I came for a meal for a girls' night out. The meal was a delight from start to finish. The burger was delicious, the meat was excellent quality, and perfectly cooked. The kouign amann was generous and delicious. The owner is very attentive to her customers. I'll definitely be back.
