15/09/2024: Very beautiful setting, well-arranged rooms, well-spaced tables, perfect air conditioning, impeccable service, very extensive menu, choice of quality wines, first-rate gourmet cuisine, sought-after and varied with a high-end visual. The staff is really very friendly and competent without any false notes. Special mention for the head waiter Bernard Berger! So nice and unique! 😉

01/09/2024: Everest is our favorite restaurant in the region, the welcome is impeccable, the restaurant is very classy without being flashy, and the cuisine is just perfect, we have since time taken a look at the various menus, dishes, starters and desserts and everything is excellent. The price is very reasonable since everything is homemade.

15/09/2024: my construction site was finished a month ago I came regularly at the end of the week and on weekends the boss the first time it seemed like he knew me meals very varied large quantity never disappointed there is an end to everything for the at the moment I will not have the opportunity to come back I eat a lot in many restaurants there is no photo in relation to quality and price and good luck in your work

23/09/2024: Ne pas tenir compte de l’avis de Nadège, très bonne table, service impeccable, nous étions dernière cette personne qui était odieuse tout le long du repas en comparent la nourriture avec le KFC ( c’est pour dire le palais et la référence culinaire de cette personne) sans parler de ces remarques déplacées sur les clients du jour et son scandale auprès du maître d’hôtel.

22/09/2024: Quelle DÉCEPTION ! La renommée actuelle de cette établissement est nullement méritée ! Au guide Michelin??? De quand date la dernière visite! De grandes tables rondes pour 4 ou 2 … trop grandes pour 2 , la salle ne s adapte pas aux réservations, on est perdu. 9 serveurs, sommelier, maître d hôtel pour 12 tables, un ballet incessant d’allées et venues, certains sans mission apparente, les mains vides à l allée et le retour…on se suit, se poursuit, se bouscule même en se croisant… spectacle fatiguant … personnel tellement sérieux , tellement triste… on peut faire bien son travail avec le sourire c est tellement plus agréable … ça ne respire pas le bonheur de travailler dans cet établissement ! Les mets…. Des mélanges complexes , peu harmonieux de goûts contradictoires…je n utilise pas volontairement le terme « saveurs » car peu ou pas de saveur, sans doute des produits bas de gamme … ou de si mauvaises associations… honteux! … 82 euros le menus… on s est ennuyé… on a choqué en osant dire que nous n avions pas apprécié , le maître d hôtel m a agressée verbalement en reprochant ma «  Bourgeoisie » , que je n étais pas assez du cru et pas assez paysanne comme l ensemble des convive ce soir là… qui insultaient-il??? …il m informe de ses 36 ans d expériences…et alors! …me dit qu un chef 1 étoile était venu déjeuner ce même jour et qu il avait apprécié ce Fabuleux menu… c est certain que ce chef étoilé n a aucune inquiétude quant à la concurrence potentielle de cet établissement… l étoile est bien loin encore… ou alors je crée mon restaurant… A fuir… sans doute que le « petit prince » fut une belle adresse… malheureusement il ne faut pas vivre sur ses acquis… résumé : diner sans saveur, et agressée pour avoir osé donner mon avis…passez votre chemin, la région Roannaise a tellement de belles tables savoureuses et accueillantes!

30/07/2024: Having come for the Olympic Games, in St Étienne, we ate in this nice restaurant. And what a very pleasant surprise. First of all, the very warm welcome, then the setting, vintage and this backyard, where you immediately feel at ease! The meal was simply excellent and really very plentiful (starter, main course, cheese and dessert on the menu, just that!!!). Small mention to the server, very available. Thank you again for this great moment...

10/09/2024: As a big fan of Indonesian cuisine (I fell in love with satay skewers when I was little), I was delighted to have a quality restaurant near me in my new city. The fact is, the cuisine is excellent (and beautiful), and the service to match. Despite these undeniable qualities, it remains a little expensive for me. This does not prevent it from being successful: it is advisable to reserve.

11/08/2024: Gift for my 50th birthday on the day of the coronation of Charles of England in 2023. A very beautiful sunny day to discover this fabulous establishment of the Troisgros family. After Roanne, the new setting of Ouches is fabulous, you find yourself here in the heart of nature, the pillars of the glass room blend into this wooded landscape. The room and the atmosphere are magnificent. What can we say about the kitchen! A real family discovery where all our senses are awakened. We had the honor of having a little chat with M.Troisgros, it's always nice to chat with a celebrity. To do at least once in your life! I also received a little attention for my birthday, which was also very nice. Visit the park after lunch or have coffee outside if the weather is nice. A lovely digestive stroll.

11/08/2024: Everything is done to make the moment memorable for both the taste buds and the eyes. Almost as many staff as customers, allowing for diligent, discreet and very competent service. All you have to do is let yourself be guided and favor a food-wine pairing to exhilarate yourself with flavors, culinary daring and tastings in full consciousness (with your eyes closed, it's even better!). Note the very warm welcome from the chef (father and son!), a tour of the kitchen and a tasty aperitif in the park of their new address.

08/09/2024: By chance in the area, I was pleasantly surprised and might come back just to eat at this restaurant again. From the preparation of the dishes to the reception it is flawless, a reduced but accomplished menu, fine and mastered seasoning of the dishes. Thank you and well done!

16/09/2024: What a wonderful discovery that of the Château de Bobigneux! On vacation in the region, we had lunch there last Monday. The weather conditions being unfavorable, the terrace was not open but we clearly understood how pleasant it must be to eat there when the weather permits. After being warmly welcomed, we took our seats inside, in a room with a warm atmosphere. The atmosphere was serene, with visibly all around us a clientele composed mainly of regulars (which is obviously always a good sign). We opted for the seasonal menu with both an oyster mushroom puff pastry as a starter, then a guinea fowl supreme, to finish with a cheese plate on the one hand and a verbena ice cream on the other. The portions were generous, everything was very good, really well cooked (aside from cheeses which had been duly selected). The wine we chose also accompanied our meal perfectly. In the dining room, the ladies present were as pleasant as they were efficient. We mainly dealt with Fanny (whose first name was pronounced by one of her colleagues, which allowed us to note it) whose professionalism, kindness and great sense of welcome can only be highlighted. . Suffice to say in these conditions that we had an excellent time at the Château de Bobigneux. So, above all, don’t change anything!

09/09/2024: In a completely renovated decor, you will enjoy seasonal dishes prepared using quality ingredients. We went there on a Sunday lunchtime and opted for the €45 menu. From appetizers to dessert, not forgetting the cocktails, we all greatly enjoyed our meal. A Montbrison address to visit without ANY hesitation. Thank you for this beautiful moment
