23/02/2026: The room was beautiful and spacious, well-equipped, and the heating was efficient. Breakfast was of decent quality. The spa is lovely, but the hammam lacked warmth. Furthermore, the spa was often crowded, which detracted from the relaxation experience, especially when people were talking loudly and laughing outside the hammam and sauna entrances. Small signs posted throughout the spa reminding guests of the importance of respect and silence would perhaps be a welcome addition.

01/03/2026: Lovely establishment. We appreciated the new atmosphere following the change of ownership, even though we already liked the place before. As for the food, we devoured every last bite... They have excellent farm-made and organic ciders worth trying.

07/03/2026: The wait was too long and it was very noisy, with no coordination. The pasta wasn't fresh and the meat wasn't great. I wouldn't recommend it. The food was too expensive.
07/03/2026: Keep walking... Noisy restaurant... Unfriendly waitress judging customers... Told us they couldn't remove ingredients from a burger because they were understaffed in the kitchen... But the restaurant was packed and the waiters were wandering around... Disgusting burger, cold chicken... Three different cooking methods for the steak, but the result was the same... The fries were barely edible.

21/02/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner tonight, what a treat!
Everything was excellent, the service was impeccable, the music was just right—not too loud, not too quiet—and the decor is really lovely. Bonus points for the ribeye steak and profiteroles, which made the meal truly exceptional. Plus, we booked through TheFork, which sometimes offers discounts in the evening. We'll definitely be back.
20/02/2026: A perfect welcome for my daughter and a friend. We were seated in a great spot for a quiet chat. Meat was the main dish on the menu, but delicious (I'd love the recipe for the braised chuck roast). The homemade fries were a hit... Whether for a business lunch or a family meal, it's a great choice. The staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. A lollipop for my daughter 😉
