04/04/2024: Our experience at the Auberge des Trois Provinces was simply remarkable.
Each dish we tasted was a true delight for the taste buds, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients. From starter to dessert, we were impressed by the chef's creativity and expertise.
The service was also impeccable. The staff was attentive, courteous and always ready to meet our needs.
Overall, our experience at Auberge des Trois Provinces exceeded all our expectations. This is a place that I highly recommend to anyone who loves good food and excellent service.

Other unmistakable signs: it's always full, it's better to book!
23/02/2024: We regularly go to this restaurant which we discovered by chance while passing through the area.
What is pleasant is the fresh local products which are cooked in a very simple way, without frills, where you really get the taste of the product.
The best part is really the fireplace cooking for part of the menu.
You really have to try the shellfish with parsley (a delight), the Muscadet sausage (for those who are really hungry), the grilled octopus (when it's on the menu) or the pork chop.
The service is really smiling and courteous.
The only downside, which is reflected in previous reviews, is the tendency for noise in the room. But let's still have a good culinary good time.

27/03/2024: Pleasant place, friendly waiters and waitresses, affordable lunch and dinner menus, and very good dishes...the only downside was the waiter who didn't offer what we wanted to drink during the meal. And apparently from next week Lulu Paulette is doing afterwork 😉!

26/02/2024: We were able to discover this magnificent restaurant thanks to a nice gift, and we were not disappointed!
The service was really superb, the waiters and waitresses were really friendly and professional.
The meal was delicious, we had the equinox menu in 7 acts, everything was superb.
(I admit to having a small complaint because we asked to remove the seafood and we had a dish with an oyster... fortunately the fish on the side was delicious.)
We stayed there for almost 4 hours and yet the time passed very quickly because we had a great time.
We will return to try the abbey brasserie because the epicurean's budget remains quite high.
