13/11/2025: Very comfortable rooms and a restaurant that's worth a visit.

31/08/2025: Even though we were just passing through, we felt at home here. The owner informed us about a week in advance that there was a "big party" happening that weekend. That's service. There was a mini-fair in the market square. We were given extra earplugs. And the motorcycle was put in a garage. The dinner was really good and delicious. We'll stop here again on the way back from the Pyrenees. The four pugs are also funny. We had a lot of fun.

29/11/2025: A restaurant with refined menus, average price €30, tables set with a vintage feel, especially the glassware. The decor isn't very welcoming. The chef's approach is excellent.

04/11/2025: The place is very cozy and the food is very good. The presentation is also excellent. The waiter is very friendly. I even discovered a really good hot sauce. Just one small drawback: the kitchen noises are a little noticeable!

01/12/2025: What a great place! We booked a night at La Cigogne and what a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, as was the bathroom. The bedding was also excellent! We received a very warm welcome from the friendly owners! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

10/12/2025: A must-try! An inn nestled beside a river that cools the air in summer, under the shade of trees, this restaurant is both unique and welcoming! The food is incredibly good; the chef has a real knack for flavors. From coq au vin and roast beef to apple fritters, everything is homemade. He works alongside his sister in the dining room, interacting with customers with her kindness and warmth, creating a truly family atmosphere. A must-visit if you're in the area; it's best to book in advance as it's often full.

03/10/2025: A small inn you absolutely must discover. Home-style cooking, very simple, everything you love, without any fuss, in a traditional setting... Will definitely be back with the family, it was fantastic!

23/11/2025: We had a fantastic meal and the service was even better! Sarah is a wonderful waitress, incredibly friendly, efficient, and so sweet in the way she takes care of the customers. Go there without hesitation!

24/01/2026: The food was very good, but the service was a problem. Two waiters, judging by their manner of serving us, should have changed jobs and gone to the market. The only other waiter was acceptable towards the end of the meal. The service was quite slow, 5 hours, perhaps because there was a small wedding taking place at the same time. We dined there in early January as a group.

11/01/2026: We had booked a table at Glasgow for a large group of 18 people. However, despite the very pleasant setting, the service was slow: the dishes arrived at different times, with a significant wait between each course. For a restaurant that offers fairly high-end service, we were rather disappointed, and the somewhat lukewarm attitude of some of the servers didn't help.

05/10/2025: I met up with friends on the weekend of October 3rd. The welcome was perfect, the owner was smiling and attentive. The chef's cuisine was excellent, with quality ingredients and the right amount of food. The room and the entire building are very good. I recommend it without hesitation. For that, it's a good restaurant or a good host.

24/10/2025: The buffet menu is 35 euros, which is really expensive. The food is decent, but the price is not appropriate.

19/02/2026: Conveniently located for a stopover, this cozy establishment offers several menus, along with a very extensive wine list, including several draft beers. The daily menu features three starters, two main courses, and several desserts, including homemade options. The courteous service can seem overwhelmed during busy weekdays, and reservations are recommended, even though there are two separate dining rooms divided by a few steps. A semi-private terrace is available when the weather is nice.

26/08/2025: High prices for average quantities! Warm goat cheese salad lacked ingredients; nuts or other ingredients would have been welcome; very minimal for 16 euros. Basic chocolate mousse for 6 euros!! Very kind waitress.

26/06/2025: UPDATE: I tried again at lunchtime with a 1.5-hour break. Despite this extended time, it was still impossible to get served for a main course and dessert. The waiter was alone, and the service was still slow. I specifically asked not to be charged for the desserts, since they weren't served and weren't eaten. The waiter assured me this would be taken into account… only to end up charging me exactly the same price as for a full meal. ➡️ This is therefore a lie, and in my opinion, a dishonest, even abusive, practice. If you consistently apply a set menu, then at least have the honesty to clearly state it—or make sure you can deliver on your promises regarding service. Like many, I don't appreciate being taken for a fool, and I won't make this mistake again. This was the last time. ---- My colleague and I visited this restaurant several times last summer and appreciated the manager's warm welcome, the terrace, and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, our last two visits were much less positive. On both occasions, we were charged for the entire menu when we only ordered the daily special, as we didn't have time for the rest (it's impossible to eat in an hour there). Beyond questioning the legality of this charge, it's simply not good business practice to charge full price to someone who doesn't order the entire menu, especially when it's mainly due to the speed of the service. Given this practice, we probably won't be going back, which is a shame considering our initial positive impression.
