10/12/2025: A must-try! An inn nestled beside a river that cools the air in summer, under the shade of trees, this restaurant is both unique and welcoming! The food is incredibly good; the chef has a real knack for flavors. From coq au vin and roast beef to apple fritters, everything is homemade. He works alongside his sister in the dining room, interacting with customers with her kindness and warmth, creating a truly family atmosphere. A must-visit if you're in the area; it's best to book in advance as it's often full.

25/05/2026: A wonderful discovery thanks to Passtime. A charming, authentic little inn that truly lives up to its name, "The School." The owners and waitress gave us a warm and friendly welcome. We ate in the schoolyard under the covered area, and despite the 30°C heat, we were very comfortable. It was lovely to watch children playing hopscotch. We enjoyed a delicious meal. From start to finish, everything was perfect, and the service was top-notch. We'll be back to try the frog legs! 😉

The best frog legs I've ever eaten! 🤤🤤 Those who chose the set menu were also delighted. Thank you for this wonderful meal. If I didn't live in Strasbourg, I would definitely come back. 😉 So yes, I highly recommend this inn.

31/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery! We booked based on other reviews and we weren't disappointed at all, quite the opposite. We were greeted by a very friendly and professional young man. We enjoyed a selection of delicious dishes, each more delightful than the last. They featured products rarely found elsewhere (sweetbreads, Velay verbena ice cream, etc.). Plus, the concept was fantastic: a mix of top-quality meats that we cooked on individual tabletop barbecues. Congratulations to the Chef and his team who work behind the scenes. We felt completely at ease. We will definitely return with great pleasure.

12/03/2026: A truly varied selection of crêpes, galettes, and salads! We ate there twice this week and received a very warm welcome, full of humor and kindness. They gave us excellent advice, and we even got to try their chestnut ice cream and Paris-Brest pastry. Nico and Christelle are wonderful people, and we also caught a glimpse of the chef, who is always smiling and very welcoming. One thing is for sure: next time we're in the area, we'll be back!
