25/12/2025: Excellent catered meal! Excellent quality and quantity.

21/12/2025: The welcome was very warm and the food excellent; there was absolutely nothing to criticize about the quality of the dishes. However, a major drawback was the noise level: too much noise, a lack of discretion from some groups, and a lot of laughter and very loud conversations. This clearly spoiled part of the meal. A small gesture of goodwill from the establishment would have been appreciated to apologize for the inconvenience.

26/12/2025: Absolutely perfect! We booked the entire restaurant for a private company meal, and the food was excellent, the service impeccable (no small feat for a group of 40 people...), and the atmosphere perfect (Olivia was fantastic and knows her stuff). A huge thank you from the whole team!

10/01/2026: The service is still impeccable, especially thanks to the waitress who was there yesterday, who was quick, efficient, and pleasant. The only downside is the food... I don't know if the chef has changed. I ordered a medium burger, and the meat was overcooked. 🙄 The prosciutto was such poor quality that I couldn't even cut it. ☹️ In short, I don't want to go back.

08/01/2026: We went there for lunch today (a table of three) for a company meal. We opted for the €140 per person set menu, which was simply divine. The variety of dishes and the presentation were just perfect. There were plenty of small amuse-bouches, each more beautiful and delicious than the last. The main courses were as visually stunning as they were delicious. This restaurant truly deserves its first Michelin star. The staff, from the managers to the apprentices, were incredibly kind and professional. A huge thank you and congratulations to them all.

07/11/2025: After a 15km hike from the inn, we enjoyed a delicious country meal. The patia (a regional potato and cream dish) was a real delight. We received a warm welcome in a welcoming setting. The server was very professional and attentive. We ate very well; we'll be back.

As for the dining room service and the welcome, I think they are of a "level" equivalent to that of the "Colette" restaurant at Domaine de la Plagnette (Les Salles).
