22/07/2026: For a birthday celebration, we reserved a table for 23 people, and we weren't disappointed. The service was impeccable; the waiters were smiling, friendly, and pleasant, even though there were only two of them that evening. As for the meal, it was excellent, refined, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.

22/07/2026: We had a wonderful time! You can immediately taste the chef's passion in every dish! The food is not only delicious and beautifully presented, but the flavors are also perfectly balanced. Excellent value for money: the freshness and quality of the ingredients are top-notch, all at a very reasonable price! The setting is lovely, and a special mention goes to the dessert: my children absolutely loved the Tagad Ice! 🍨 A great place that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

03/08/2026: We visited here one Friday evening without booking as were staying nearby (on route heading to southern France). We walked by late afternoon and it looked closed. We told the hotel owner we didn’t know where to go for dinner and she said Auberge de Flo would be open and it was relaxed and very good. We returned about 8pm and it was open ! We had the best meal at Flo’s during our time in France. The proprietor (presumably Flo) was lovely. I tried their potato cakes which were delicious. One of the other diners (we learned it family of Flo) came to help us throughout our meal with translations into English. We were made very welcome as were our children. We sat outside and then went afterward to look at the sunset over the valley. A memorable moment and fantastic food and hosts.

30/05/2026: Reservations are recommended. The welcome was very friendly. Before our reservation time, we were able to have a coffee, and then it was time to eat in a very clean dining room. The service was quick, and the portions were generous. The set menu was €19: starter, main course, dessert, and coffee. There is also the option to eat on the terrace.

27/07/2026: A very pleasant stay at the Auberge de Grange Rouet; the service and cuisine were top-notch. The staff are warm and very friendly. Vegetarians will also be delighted, as they are offered a truly complete and delicious meal. I highly recommend it!

22/03/2026: Dinner on a Saturday evening at 8 pm, I decided to try the beef tartare!! Big mistake!!! I don't think anyone in the kitchen has ever eaten it at any other establishment!! I think management should remove it from the menu or teach the kitchen staff what beef tartare actually is!! Goodbye capers, gherkins, onions, egg… a complete mush!!! As for the service, I think they have a problem with cutlery!! Always waiting for either a knife or a fork, and dessert without a spoon!! Mistakes with orders, missing dishes… etc.
