27/03/2026: The dining room is magnificent. The menu is very appealing. But in the end, the food was bland. The saffron risotto had no real flavor, and the confit garlic sauce tasted like a typical meat sauce. I feel there's a disconnect between the menu descriptions and what you actually get. They offer gravlax salmon, which is supposed to be raw, but we received cooked salmon. The chocolate pistachio tartlet, Dubai-style, was too simple. The chocolate was good, but the pistachio tasted like a sugary dessert. In short, I was rather disappointed, especially considering it's a place that's often been recommended to me.

24/03/2026: We had booked a table for a family meal. We had to call ahead to place our order even though the restaurant was far from full. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We expected much better considering the prices.

21/12/2025: We went there based on a recommendation from a colleague. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the price was unexpectedly low. We'd definitely go back.

20/04/2026: We waited 20 minutes before being served, while the next table arrived later and their order was taken immediately. The food was bland, and the cooking temperature was far from ideal. My friend's pizza was so thin you could see right through it. A couple near the kitchen were even less patient than us and left before eating. I will never return to this establishment and I strongly advise against it. Everything needs to be redone. They need a manager to coach the staff in the dining room and kitchen. Everyone is scattered and disorganized. We left without ordering dessert or coffee, which was a bit of a loss for them.

20/04/2026: My partner and I have visited this establishment twice already and have had a wonderful time each time. The setting is beautiful, the food excellent and good value for money, and the staff are friendly. We highly recommend this place.

06/01/2026: The food is very simple but really good! Too bad about the rest... We were freezing the entire meal; it was so cold in the restaurant! When we pointed it out, they simply told us, "Yes, it's because our windows are old, and we're tenants... we can't replace them." 🙈 We were seated near the entrance, and there wasn't a single radiator around us. Every time a customer entered or left, there was an icy draft, and the door took ages to close. A tired bellhop held it shut. As a barrier against the cold, there was a thin curtain that offered no warmth whatsoever. We ordered a bottle of wine, and they didn't even let us taste it. We weren't served; the bottle was just placed on the table! As for the service, one waitress was quite pleasant and smiling, but the other, the younger one, had a sour look on her face the whole time. So many positive reviews... we expected much better when we came! Really disappointed...we won't be back.

19/02/2026: A disastrous experience. We waited an hour and a half for a simple steak and fries, which is completely unacceptable. The fries were hard, dry, and inedible, and the steak was nothing special. The worst part was the service: unpleasant staff, no apology for the wait, and no consideration for the customers. I am extremely disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and I will never return.

10/04/2026: The best brioche, soft and warm. We bought one to try, and a little while later we bought 3 more!

08/04/2026: Huge disappointment. The brioche was sold warm/undercooked. We realized after 10 minutes that it had completely collapsed in the bag. When we went back to the bakery and explained the problem, we were brushed off. The saleswoman said she had clearly explained that we had to keep the bag open and that it was therefore our fault. There was no offer of a replacement because "we'll have to throw it away if we take it back." So we arrived at our friends' house with our squashed brioche, but luckily we had some chocolates from Maison Caffet, which saved the day.

07/04/2026: Always great service at the Flunch in Fameck. The menu is quite varied and regularly updated. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I recommend the rösti burger. Thanks to the whole team!
