18/11/2024: An absolutely unforgettable experience! We booked for a group of 20 people, and everything was orchestrated with impressive mastery. The service was simply exceptional: attentive, warm, and professional. As for the menu, a true festival of flavors: Each dish was a pure delight, perfectly executed, and we all enjoyed it from start to finish. The setting is also breathtaking, it must be admitted: a real invitation to travel. It feels like you're on vacation, the atmosphere is so exotic and neat. It is always a great pleasure to return to this establishment, whether for a group meal or on a personal basis. A big thank you to the entire team for this extraordinary experience. In Metz, this restaurant is an unmissable gem: go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed!

15/01/2025: I had an excellent evening in this restaurant with a magnificent setting. The dishes were excellent with quality products and impeccable service. However, there was a bit of a wait but nothing bad. I recommend it to you.

06/09/2024: I can only strongly recommend that you avoid Le Bistrot de G if you care at all about your evening. From the moment you enter, the tone is set: a service of mediocrity rarely achieved. The waiters, clearly in a hurry to get the day over with, didn't hesitate to snatch my plate from under my nose, even though I still had food left. But why worry about customers when you can treat them like dead weight to be dispatched as quickly as possible, right? And let’s talk about food… if you can call it food. For an exuberant price, I was treated to a steak worthy of a shoe sole. A real chewing test, and even then, I don’t think my jaw has still recovered. Clearly, here you are not paying for quality, but for the right to survive the culinary experience. The icing on the cake? We were literally thrown out at the end. Not a thank you, not a goodbye, just a good sweep to clear the horizon. A bistro where customer satisfaction is clearly treated as well as their dishes: poorly cooked and thrown away in a hurry. Absolutely avoid.
