26/03/2026: I went to Culture Pain to buy a Chinese bread. The person at the counter was not at all pleasant. I go there often, but since she took over, it's become unpleasant. I asked for sugar on the bread. She poured three drops (I've attached a photo). I pointed it out to her, but she replied, "Do you want your receipt?" It was a lovely way of saying, "Stop bothering me, goodbye." Disappointed, I won't be going back.

11/12/2025: Upon arrival, we weren't even greeted. The only thing they rushed to say was, "We're full." Even though the restaurant was practically half empty. Perhaps we arrived too late (1:05 ​​PM), but in that case, they might as well have told us we weren't welcome because of the time. This is the behavior of a restaurant that doesn't need new customers. Disappointing.

21/11/2025: Very friendly staff! A beautiful green setting with hiking trails starting nearby. Homemade meals. Lovely setting: an old mill with a preserved waterwheel in the guest room area.

12/04/2026: We came as a family for Easter brunch on Monday. When we arrived at our table, we ordered eggs, and 45 minutes later, they finally arrived… It was far too crowded, the organization was a disaster, the brunch area was tiny (the online videos are fake), the products were frozen (pies, cakes, pastries, bread), there was no water to boil your own eggs, the buffet was constantly empty, there were no plates, no bowls, and the manager brought back pies that weren't even cut and asked the customers to help him! Unbelievable. The setting is very nice, but everything else… leaves much to be desired!

11/04/2026: I was really looking forward to trying the brunch at Les Granges aux Ormes, a place that looks amazing online with its stunning setting and enticing marketing. I went with friends… and what a disappointment! The setting is indeed beautiful, but that's clearly not enough. The brunch itself falls far short of expectations: limited selection, mediocre quality, and nothing to justify the advertised level of service. You expect a truly gourmet and high-quality experience, but it falls far short. The worst part is the state of the restrooms, which are filthy, something I find unacceptable in an establishment of this type. It completely ruins the image and the overall experience. I also find myself at odds with some of the positive reviews I've read, which seems surprising given our experience. It's quite astonishing to see such a discrepancy between the online image and the reality on the spot. A huge disappointment.

28/02/2026: Passing through Thionville for a sporting event, and guided completely by a friend, this was a wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. The setting, while relatively classic, is well-executed and of good quality, conceals a successful and efficient cuisine, particularly the daily specials. Everything is executed cleanly, without unnecessary frills, yet the presentation is quite elegant and practical. Special mention goes to the quality of the service and the attention paid to the customer. A successful and conclusive experience.

I purchased four pizzas for a total of €43.60. However, they were sorely lacking in flavor, and the crust was particularly hard and tasteless. This level of quality is unacceptable given the price paid and your reputation. I hope that my complaint will be addressed, and that the quality of your products will be improved. Sincerely.

12/03/2026: This morning we had breakfast for €5.10, which included coffee, a baguette, and orange juice. Giving only a 10g pat of butter and a small container of jam for that price seems very expensive. I asked for a splash of milk in my coffee, and they told me I'd have to upgrade to the next option for €6.10 – not very customer-friendly.
