13/09/2026: I came to your restaurant for a friend's birthday. We were a table of seven, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. First of all, the service was particularly slow: we were at the restaurant for two and a half hours. I would like to mention, however, that the waitress was very friendly despite the wait. However, I also had a problem with my meal. I ordered the same dish as another person at my table, but we received two very different plates. One of the dishes was generously portioned, with plenty of sauce and meat, while mine was very dry, with very little meat and no sauce. I informed the waitress, who brought me a small plate of meat as a supplement. Unfortunately, this was nothing like the dish I ordered and was mostly fatty. Finally, despite this problem, no compensation was offered, which is all the more regrettable given the circumstances. I have sent several emails to customer service, who completely ignore them. I will not be returning.

07/09/2026: Meal for a birthday celebration. The food was good, the service very smooth, the staff pleasant, and the setting nice. Indoor or outdoor dining available. It's a shame it was so hot that day; the air conditioning should have been better.

07/09/2026: Rudeness personified! Terrible welcome, arrogant and annoyed attitude (we had two children and didn't speak fluent French). We specified that even though it was noon we wanted breakfast, they sat us at a table they said was set for lunch. They removed the place settings (silverware), served coffee, and while we were still eating, the very friendly owner literally snatched the paper napkin from under my hand and entered the restaurant. I told her, shocked, that I had already used it, and she replied that she had thrown it away, that the table was set for lunch, not breakfast. I told her that we had clearly specified that we wanted a petit dejeuner, and she responded with a seraphic smile that her colleague hadn't understood. So what? You take away a napkin I'd already used during breakfast out of spite? I'm speechless! I've never seen such rudeness.

31/05/2026: I stayed at this hotel on May 30, 2026, a day of extreme heat. It was impossible to lower the air conditioning in the room below 30°C because the system is outdated, with three click-button zones and a manual thermostat that isn't even electronic. Furthermore, there was only one bottle of water, and it wasn't cold, for two people on a sweltering day, for a room costing €124. I find this very stingy. I reported these two issues to the staff, who told us, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." A better response would perhaps be appropriate, given the price and the standard that a Mercure hotel should normally offer, from a national perspective. This establishment tarnishes, and does nothing to improve, the reputation of the Mercure group.

16/09/2026: I arrived on September 16th at 7:30 PM for my break and the establishment was closed. There was no sign on the door, and the parking lot was blocked off with barriers. Is this a temporary or permanent closure? 🤔

08/09/2026: This is a very friendly roadside restaurant with excellent food and service. The parking lot is quite large, and the opening hours are very convenient for truckers. The showers and restrooms are clean. I recommend this roadside restaurant.

06/06/2026: Disappointing Mother's Day meal. Slow service, mediocre presentation, frozen fries... for a €45 menu. A shame, because the food itself is good.

14/09/2026: It was really great, everything is homemade, the waitresses are lovely, the food is really good, however I won't be back due to lack of funds, not lack of desire! The only downside is that this restaurant isn't very budget-friendly, but despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! I sincerely recommend it.
