15/08/2026: I was very disappointed by the service and especially disturbed by the way the employees were treated. They were openly insulted in front of customers. Yesterday, August 14th, I witnessed a surreal scene: an employee hit one of his colleagues. The poor woman burst into tears. I was utterly shocked by the situation. I advised her to file a complaint, as such behavior is completely unacceptable.

02/04/2026: A major disappointment for a dinner costing over €100 per person. While the decor, inspired by the castle's interior, is remarkable and the drinks excellent, the food is mediocre. For example: the grey shrimp (from frozen), the foie gras ravioli were completely tasteless... or the salty caviar was so overpowering it was almost painful to eat. In short, more pretentious than delicious.

05/05/2026: I rarely leave Google reviews, but the poor quality of this pastry shop compels me to do so. I have rarely tasted such bad pastries. I usually go to Tourbez in Gouvieux, but unfortunately, they are closed on Tuesdays. So, I opted for this highly-rated pastry shop in Chantilly. I bought Paris-Brest pastries, a crème brûlée, a chocolate éclair, a red fruit tiramisu, a rum baba, and some financiers. Basically, everything ended up in the bin! The crème brûlée had a lumpy texture and, of course, no vanilla flavor whatsoever. The choux pastry of the Paris-Brest and the rum baba were practically cardboard-like. The tiramisu was far too sweet, with a biscuit base that resembled sponge cake crumbs; it was detestable. The chocolate éclair was overly sweet and cloying. As for the financiers, they were vomit-inducing—a lump of sugar with no almond flavor. After the first bite, only a greasy sensation remained in the mouth! I don't understand why this pastry shop is still open… maybe for its bread? Stéphane Aubert, a customer who won't be repeating the Pascal Nopé experience.

27/08/2026: Excellent restaurant with great value for money. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The waiter was really friendly, smiling, and pleasant. Plus, the setting is lovely with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful time, I highly recommend it!

25/08/2026: My daughter ordered a medium-rare steak... she received a completely burnt steak (I've attached a photo). I pointed this out to the waitress, showing her and saying it was inedible because it was black and tasted like burnt fish... she told me, "I'll tell the cook"... no compensation whatsoever, even though my daughter couldn't eat her meat... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

11/07/2026: Very, very good! There was a bit of a wait, but he was the only one serving! I'll definitely keep this address in mind!

08/07/2026: In addition to fuel theft at this restaurant, the owner won't let us park on the roadside and makes inappropriate remarks. Having known the restaurant for a while, you shouldn't be in a hurry to eat there. Avoid this place; there are other restaurants nearby that deserve to earn a better living.

07/08/2026: Excellent welcome and a divine meal. This restaurant operates by reservation only, and the owner kindly prepared a menu for me at the last minute. A memory that will remain etched in my mind from my trip.

21/06/2026: A family-run restaurant and bar with simple but tasty food. The prices are very reasonable. There's air conditioning inside, which is a welcome feature in hot weather. The staff is very friendly. Good value for money, I recommend it.

15/08/2026: Avoid this place if you have food allergies or intolerances. The list of ingredients for each dish is not complete nor accurate. When this was brought to their attention, they neither apologised nor offered a discount for the food not consumed.

25/05/2026: The waitress was very unpleasant. The wait was long considering how few people were there. It was very dirty. An internship at the Louvroil branch might be beneficial, if only for the smile and the welcoming atmosphere.
