12/04/2026: The food was generally good. A decent crêperie. However, the service could use some improvement, both in terms of organization and friendliness. The concept is to eat with your fingers and get brushed off. The listening is haphazard... One of the waiters is a reflection of his stature: he's condescending: just... arrogant!
We ordered coffee with dessert. We never saw it, nor did we ever smell it. In short, while the food lives up to expectations, don't go there expecting pleasant and professional service. What a shame!
We must have caught them at the wrong time...

I recommend it 100%.

28/05/2026: Passing through this charming little village during a hike, we were greeted by a very friendly person who offered to refill our water bottles and gave us a tour of the restaurant's interior, which is quite lovely. We wish this establishment all the best for the future!
11/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at Auberge du Daguet.
From the moment you step inside, you feel transported back in time: exposed stone walls, ancient beams, stained-glass windows, medieval decor, and a warm atmosphere give the place a real soul. The setting is exceptional and completely immersive, especially being right across from the church in Vieux-Moulin. You could almost believe you're in a castle inn.
The food is a true delight. The dishes are refined, generous, and prepared with passion. The chateaubriand was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, accompanied by an excellent traditional gratin, and I thoroughly enjoyed the dessert: my father's tart 😋
The service is attentive and genuine, with a passionate owner who loves to share the history of the place.
A rare find these days, full of character and authenticity. 👍

04/06/2026: This truck stop restaurant treats us like we're lepers. Yet it's the drivers who transport the food, cook it, and keep them in business. Shame on the owner! Truckers with refrigerated food, don't stop here. You'll be kicked out of the parking lot.

23/02/2026: We had a wonderful time yesterday celebrating my husband's birthday.
We chose the "gourmet" menu (6 small appetizers + 1 creative main course + 3 mini desserts), which allowed us to discover several perfectly prepared flavors.
The service was excellent and very professional.
We enjoyed chatting with the two servers and the chef.
It was truly a delightful experience, from the ambiance and service to the delicious food! I highly recommend it!
11/02/2026: Disappointed with the value for money. The main course was very greasy (the vegetables were swimming in oil) and lacked flavor. The food didn't live up to the setting. There was a lack of heating in the dining room where dinner was served. This restaurant did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel.

23/05/2026: A truly traditional restaurant, just the way we like them!
The welcome is warm, the atmosphere convivial, and the cuisine authentic.
The food is excellent, with generous portions prepared with care.
Special mention goes to the "ficelle picarde," a perfectly executed and absolutely delicious regional specialty. The ingredients are high-quality, and the flavors are spot on.
If you're looking for a good place in Beauvais to enjoy traditional French cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend Les Halles restaurant.
An excellent experience that I will gladly repeat!

24/04/2026: Delivery made this afternoon. The delivery driver was kind and friendly, as was the person on the phone. However, the fries were overcooked, so I only ate a few. The pizza was okay, which is the highlight, but the speculoos tiramisu was something I wouldn't recommend.

31/05/2026: Lunch this Sunday, Mother's Day. Very pleasant setting and excellent, unpretentious welcome from young waiters who weren't necessarily ultra-professional but attentive and very considerate.
31/05/2026: The setting is very beautiful, the establishment ideally located, but where it falls short is the service. The young people, full of good intentions, are not professionals. The crepes and ice cream are generally good; with a team of professionals, it would be a great little place for a break.

24/04/2026: Avoid at all costs: incompetent waiter, uninteresting food, and exorbitant prices.
02/03/2026: We ordered several pizzas to take away. When we got home, we noticed that one of them (the seafood pizza) smelled extremely strong. We tried to taste it and realized there was a serious freshness issue. The place reeked of low tide. We went back, politely (and with a smile) explaining that there must have been a problem. The waiter replied, "I doubt it." The owner arrived, displaying astonishing bad faith, and insisted he couldn't smell anything. He sent the pizza back to the kitchen, making faces that clearly showed he was mocking us. The waiter said, "You know, tastes vary. If you don't like mussels, you might find it smells strange." To which we replied that if we didn't like them, we wouldn't have ordered it. And tastes vary, so it doesn't usually apply to spoiled food. In short, no apologies, just contempt and arrogance. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but having such a condescending attitude when selling fish that isn't fresh deserves to be called out.
PS: The smell permeated my clothes and my car, which I had to scrub with Sanytol…
