02/11/2026: Excellent cuisine, generous and flavorful, with particularly welcoming service. One small drawback, however, concerns the seating comfort: even in a traditional Lyonnais bistro, a little extra comfort would be truly appreciated. This doesn't detract from the quality of the food!

04/11/2026: The service was excellent and the atmosphere was just like a traditional Lyonnais bistro, but our little table was a bit cramped. The savory dishes were exquisite (starters: terrine and poached egg in red wine sauce; main courses: sweetbreads and quenelle), kudos to the chef! However, all the desserts were truly disappointing (the crème caramel was really not good, and the tarte tatin was awful, probably microwaved judging by the texture of the puff pastry...). What a shame the desserts weren't up to par, because everything else was fantastic!

11/10/2026: Excellent savory crêpes (mushrooms and cheese, spinach, ham and cheese) and sweet crêpes (chocolate and sugar). I also tried the delicious St. Marcelin cheese in a small but cozy shop. The service was good.

14/10/2026: We were looking for a place to eat amidst all these restaurants. We stumbled upon Bouillon Maurice. We weren't disappointed. Warm interior, very fast service, and excellent food! And really inexpensive! It was absolutely delicious: duck and dauphinoise potatoes with a praline crème brûlée. It was perfect. €41 for two. Thank you for the warm welcome.

23/08/2026: On Google maps the place is said to be opened until 23:30, the poster on the door says that they are open until midnight. But in fact they were closed already at 22:30 (at least on 04.06.2026; Saturday)

22/09/2026: A very nice restaurant serving dishes that appeal to a fairly diverse clientele. The interior is very cozy for a dinner with friends and is truly conducive to relaxation. The waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and friendly. A really good place to enjoy a delicious meal.

20/09/2026: A traditional restaurant offering excellent, hearty, and original cuisine in a friendly atmosphere with very attentive staff. Special mentions go to the sea bass fillet, the seafood casserole (pictured), and the chef's madeleines.
