08/09/2024: Many beer options available. There was no 405 beer, but they suggested blond, which tasted similar to it. It was fine. The price is also satisfactory.

09/01/2025: Très déçu , pas a la hauteur d un restaurant étoilé. Très cher pour la qualité du service et du restaurant . Le service super rapide limite le temps de finir car nous etions les seuls dans le restaurant.
Je ne recommande pas .
18/12/2024: Endroit cosy, et déco sobre. Des assiettes pleines de saveurs, c'est bien le produit qui est mis en avant. Le tout pour un prix correct compte tenu du standing et du quartier.

22/07/2024: Pas mal mais pas exceptionnel. "Menu découverte" entre amis ( 6 convives): Langoustines rôties bien. Rouget barbet sans intérêt, accompagnement minimal. Fromages: microscopiques! Grand dessert: pourquoi pas... Petit pot vanille-chocolat: le même qu'il y a deux ans !

09/09/2024: C’est une bonne surprise ! Venus par hasard parce que le lundi beaucoup sont fermés, nous avons pu découvrir le Mondrian. Un accueil courtois, un cadre riche en détails remarquables, des chaises de Prouvé un comptoir sans doute de Droog Design. Mais évoquons la cuisine. Exceptionnel, je ne sais pas ce que ça veut dire, créative assurément, savoureuse à l’envie, de l’entrée jusqu’au dessert. Même le café est choisi. En prime la musique diffusée par une enceinte Marshal qui reste discrète pour préserver vos conversations mais bien la pour vous isoler. Il faut faire le détour par le 1 quai Claude Bernard.
07/09/2024: Food is crazy good. Best risotto I ever had. Place is a bit too artifically "retro" to my taste. But worth it for the food.

29/11/2024: It seems like every employee signed a contract stating "must make people laugh or offer a free shot if the joke falls flat." Result: a friendly atmosphere where you have the impression of being invited to a friend's house... a friend who knows how to handle the shaker like an artist.

30/08/2024: We came for the first time, to enjoy unlimited frog legs. What a surprise we were to see that we could only order a menu only for the person who ordered. Not only was the price high but the parsley was tasteless and the thighs were bathed in oil. As for the fries, certainly cooked in well-used oil. We had a white wine Entre deux mers for 22 euros which was of no interest whatsoever. As for the dessert of the moment, I was told apricots with crumble, as a crumble I saw the wafer arrive (cone style), in pieces with 2 mumps and liquid whipped cream. RESTAURANT TO AVOID

Very disappointed with our attempt to make a reservation at the Brasserie Lyon Métropole. Our call, taken by the hotel reception, was transferred to the brasserie, but no one answered despite a long wait. For a brasserie in a four-star hotel, this lack of professionalism is unacceptable. It gives the impression of a serious decline in terms of service and standard. We weren't even able to experience the dining experience. Very disappointing.

30/06/2025: The meal was good, although a bit pricey in my opinion. The service, however, left something to be desired. We had to wait 45 minutes at our table before a server came to take our order. 2 different servers came to serve us dishes that weren't ours and served our dishes to the next table. It's a shame because the setting is nice with the terrace by the pool.

29/09/2024: je suis déçu de ce restaurant , je suis végétarienne et j ai demandé avec ce que l on peut appeler des frites , me mettre en plus des légumes grillés , ce que l on m a refusé , je reviendrai jamais dans ce restaurant , je paie et j ai pas ce que je veux , on nous oubliais aussi , il fallait les relancer , vraiment déçu , ne pas aller dans ce restaurant, après vous faites comme vous voulez
