10/10/2026: We loved this restaurant, which we stumbled upon while strolling through Lyon. There were three of us (two adults and a 10-year-old). Chatting with the waiter and the chef brought back memories of Martinique... A nice little planter's punch or ti' punch to set the mood, followed by original dishes, a mix of sweet and savory. (It's just a shame there wasn't a children's menu.)

23/10/2026: Friendly welcome, nice decor but a bit "cold". Light, flavorful, and spicy cuisine. Beautifully presented. Expect to pay around €30 with a glass of wine.

25/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to have lunch at Le Conflu. Homemade dishes with fresh ingredients and a touch of Asian influence. A large, shaded, and very peaceful terrace. A very friendly team. Top-notch!

16/09/2026: Don’t get fooled by the 4.5 star rating. This ‘Authentic’ restaurant is definitely not that. Disappointed, especially as Lyon is known for its great food. We got the l’agneu, canard, seafood dish and l’entrocote. No bread was served. Servings were huge and expensive. But, not delicious. We all got sick after eating the meal.

25/09/2026: A truly disappointing experience for an establishment of this caliber. We came to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with a bill of around €200. I first pointed out that there was no more toilet paper in the restrooms. Forty-five minutes later, absolutely nothing had been done. So I had to mention it a second time and literally ask for paper towels just to be able to use the restroom. It's understandable that a roll might be temporarily empty. But to inform the staff and then forty-five minutes later, no one has taken two minutes to fix the problem is much harder to comprehend. At this price point, ensuring the restrooms are properly stocked seems like the bare minimum. And having to ask for something to wipe oneself with during a birthday dinner seriously detracts from the experience.

14/10/2026: I absolutely did not enjoy the sardine on the €155 menu; this dish has no place in a Michelin-starred restaurant! Otherwise, everything else was perfect! Especially the dessert with the figures. A restaurant to recommend.

09/10/2026: We are outraged. During our meal, we were the victims of an intolerable error: a piece of wire over 5 cm long in our dish! We pointed it out to the waiter, who explained that he would speak to the chef. We never saw him again; the evidence disappeared in his hands in the kitchen. Is it normal to receive such poor service in a Michelin-starred restaurant? And the receptionist asked us why we hadn't reported it, even though that's exactly what we did. She told us: "Sorry, the waiter has left; he's finished his shift." Well done on this completely unacceptable work. If someone had eaten that piece of wire, I can assure you it would have been extremely serious, and I mean it. No explanation or apology was offered. Honestly, no explanation or apology was given. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. Deplorable! What is the world coming to?!

Everything was seamless, welcoming, and perfectly organized. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and personable manager.

15/10/2026: The oysters were perfect, but the scallop dish was defrosted, a ridiculously small portion that wouldn't even cover a dessert plate. They were also so tiny we wondered if they were actually scallops. The service was impeccable.

06/10/2026: €20 set menu (main course and dessert) 30-minute wait to be served even though the terrace wasn't full (and there was no one inside) One dish looked more like a children's meal or a starter (ravioli in a tiny dish, see photo), small portion, overcooked, and no sauce left... I absolutely do not recommend it. P.S.: The dessert did absolutely nothing to redeem it; despite the waiter's claim to the contrary, the chocolate mousse looked like a mass-produced one.

04/10/2026: Order errors throughout the entire service, a rather unpleasant waitress (not the young one), and the starters from two different menus arrived with the other dishes, meaning two people received their meals after everyone else had finished eating! No apologies and not even a complimentary coffee! A terrible experience!

02/11/2026: A disappointment! With the price of the menu, you expect fine cuisine, yet unfortunately, it's just okay, lacking seasoning and quite simplistic… the side dishes arrive lukewarm, and the portions should be larger… The dessert was a plus, and the staff remained friendly and professional, but we won't be back.

01/11/2026: Overall, overrated. We were crammed five to a small table for four in a corner of the room. The cervelle de canut (a cheese spread) was very good, but the pâté en croûte (supposedly a 2009 world champion) left no lasting impression. You can easily find better ones at the Paul Bocuse market. As for the quenelle with Nantua sauce, it was too large and lacked flavor; three small quenelles would surely have been preferable. Was this lack of flavor due to the fact that Chef Joseph Viola wasn't in the kitchen that day? It's possible. In any case, there are much better options in Lyon for a similar price or just a little more. The service was also rather disappointing, mediocre at best, but at least it was authentic.
