03/02/2026: Always a wonderful experience! From the service and the ever-improving selection of natural wines to the top-notch homemade cuisine, Le Troquet is a true delight! The little beef cheek croquettes are simply melt-in-your-mouth sweets. The fried chicken, a modern twist on karaage, is perfect. And even the desserts, including homemade chocolate mousse, are fantastic, with a particular favorite being the walnut and praline cream tart—wow, I recommend ordering one dessert per person! They offer excellent advice on wines and pairings, always with great suggestions. We simply had a wonderful time. A must-visit for tourists and locals alike! It's one of the best wine bars in Lyon. Bravo!

28/11/2025: My favorite restaurant in Lyon for years: sophisticated cuisine, always with just the right amount of boldness. They often have game, but also more classic dishes, and they're very welcoming to vegetarians if you let them know in advance. The service is impeccable, attentive, and discreet, and the setting is lovely: hardwood floors, a French-style ceiling, and plenty of space. A hearing-impaired member of our group actually had a great evening at a restaurant there for once!

25/02/2026: So...while some bouchons are disappointing in terms of food quality...this one is truly excellent. They respect their customers through the quality of the dishes and flavors. We had oeufs meurette and andouillettes. Top-notch with fantastic value for money. The servers are lovely, and we will definitely be back.

28/02/2026: We had dinner (4 people) after the theatre. There was a good selection, everything was homemade, tasty and beautifully presented, and the prices were very reasonable. The service was pleasant and efficient. A great find.

27/01/2026: Opening hours incorrect. Takes twenty minutes to change for the owner, but for some reason updating them seems a bridge too far. The ice creams are ok.
