01/04/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Today was my third time dining at this restaurant, so I took the time and pleasure to review it. The French-Japanese fusion is perfectly executed! The flavors complement each other with precision and creativity. The menus are intelligently designed, showcasing high-quality ingredients, treated with care at every stage. From appetizer to dessert, the cooking is impeccable, demonstrating true expertise. A big thank you also to the service, which was welcoming and warm. The staff takes the time to explain the dishes, sometimes surprising, but always delicious. A culinary experience as enjoyable as it is memorable!

06/03/2026: A Michelin star, a magnificent dining room, beautiful glassware, and silver cutlery. Dinner promised to be a wonderful Valentine's Day! However, it was marred by several missteps. The cuisine was certainly creative, but stingy, using simple, inexpensive ingredients for four out of the six courses, and the desserts were disappointing. The cheese platter was excellent, though, and we didn't refuse it given the meager portions. From the very first bite, we encountered an ingredient we had specifically requested be avoided (in which case, why ask us a few days prior?), the wines were poor value for money, and the desserts were bland and uninspiring. Two members of staff were arrogant. Also worth noting: the only restroom in the establishment offered only cold water for handwashing. Only the chef seemed honest, although he was surprised that we weren't particularly impressed by some of the dishes. We expect better from this "starred" establishment, which would do well to improve. There are few reviews on Google, but I'm making the effort to prevent some people from having this very disappointing experience in the capital of French gastronomy!

16/07/2026: Excellent restaurant in the traditional Lyonnais style. I highly recommend the pâté en croûte, which is a real treat. The owner and servers are friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. A must-try.

09/07/2026: A very (too?) typical bouchon... Pretty average, except for the rather high prices. Probably due to the altitude! Very calm atmosphere during our visit.

20/06/2026: A true delight. A superb restaurant. It has two Michelin stars, and it's easy to see why: the dishes are flavorful and light, enhanced by exquisitely subtle broths and sauces.

17/06/2026: Takao Takano offers a meticulously crafted gastronomic experience, befitting its two Michelin stars. The service is distinguished by its remarkable professionalism: a perfectly coordinated team, discreet yet always present at the right moment, with a mastery of the meal's rhythm that fully contributes to the overall experience. One senses a true rigor, without ever sacrificing warmth or elegance. Special mention goes to the cheese trolley, a true highlight of the service. The person in charge of this section demonstrates an evident and infectious passion. Their explanations are precise, engaging, and reflect a profound knowledge of the cheeses offered. This moment becomes much more than a simple cheese selection: a genuine guided discovery.

21/05/2026: Straight amazing. The food you get for the price you pay is simply out of this world. I had the best meal of my life here. There was such a variety of greens and mushrooms used in my dish and the duck was amazing. I really appreciated the bread and how opinionated it was, it went well with the reduction that came with the dish You will walk out happy, and welcomed, wanting to come back again. I wish I lived in Lyon, just so I can go here more often

08/04/2026: This was our first time trying Lebanese cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and helpful. We ordered a variety of dishes; I had the Shawarma (really delicious) and it cost me 10 euros. They also let us try their falafel (a complimentary dish). I highly recommend it! Great prices 🥰

05/07/2026: It was a real pleasure to return once again. You can truly sense a cuisine full of personality, where Mexican flavors meet French gastronomy in a very creative and perfectly balanced way. The menu was original, refined, and above all, remarkably coherent from beginning to end. I particularly enjoyed the subtlety of the combinations, the skillful use of chilies, sauces, and textures, always with excellent balance. It's inventive, but never overly showy: everything on the plate has meaning. You can feel a real identity behind this cuisine, a great deal of talent, and a chef who dares to offer something personal and masterful. An address I sincerely recommend.

10/06/2026: This is a beautiful restaurant that mixes Mexican flavors and techniques with local produce and creates something outstanding. The tastes are surprising, especially the spices.

06/08/2026: We were looking for a fun place to go out with the girls during our stay in Montpellier, and we couldn't have found a better spot. Citrus has a really great vibe: music, atmosphere, lovely staff… The bartender and barmaid were incredibly welcoming and made our evening memorable. A place we'll definitely be keeping!

09/06/2026: This was our first time at the Yule Log as a family. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The host gave us helpful advice, listening to our feedback. We enjoyed the game (though our daughter didn't, as she kept losing). The beers were good and the food was quite decent. The only downside was that some of the tapas, like the ribs, were difficult to share while playing. We didn't try the downstairs rooms; we'll do that next time. Thank you to the whole team.
