16/10/2026: Disappointing bistro. A few months after an excellent meal at the fine dining restaurant, I invited some friends to the bistro. There were four of us seated at two large tables in the middle of the bowling green; it was very awkward to talk—especially since the restaurant is very noisy; the waiter bumped into me several times as he walked behind me. The food was nothing special. I didn't like the Pouilly-Fuissé on the bistro's wine list. Disappointing!

13/10/2026: A truly exceptional gastronomic experience, where every detail matters! We chose the fine dining experience at L’O des Vignes, and what a wonderful discovery it was! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the restaurant's warm atmosphere, which invites you to take the time to savor every moment. We opted for the eight-course menu, a succession of delicious, refined, and perfectly executed culinary discoveries. But I must give special mention to the chef for the first course: a combination of anchovies and beets. Two ingredients I don't usually enjoy at all, yet the chef managed to make me love them! In my opinion, this is where the true talent of a great chef lies: knowing how to challenge preconceptions and introduce new flavors, even to the most reluctant palates. A huge congratulations for this feat! What also distinguishes this establishment is its absolutely remarkable attention to detail. From the chef's own hand-designed knife to the sourdough starters used for the house-made bread, everything testifies to a genuine passion for culinary art and a quest for consistency down to the smallest detail. During our meal, we also admired a magnificent wine and spirits cellar, including bottles of Chartreuse, which further enhances the character and elegance of the establishment. L’O des Vignes doesn't just serve food: the restaurant tells a story through its cuisine, its ingredients, and its expertise. It's a place where technique serves emotion, and where you leave with much more than just the memory of a good meal. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this superb gastronomic experience. A truly wonderful place to discover in Fuissé, which I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of fine cuisine and those curious to be surprised!

14/10/2026: Really nice restaurant Excellent service And delicious local cuisine

01/10/2026: Not open every day. Closed on Sunday 27 and Monday 28 September. This is contrary to the text on Google. My wife and I walked around the restaurant on Sunday evening and Monday afternoon looking for the opening hours and could not find any announcement of a temporary, one-off closure. Apologies if we missed this announcement.

10/04/2026: Great atmosphere with a beautiful view of the city's cathedral. A pleasant place to spend some time and enjoy the surroundings.

18/03/2026: While in Chalon for a school trip, the wine bar on the square provided a fantastic evening for about twenty students! The bartender was generous, very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! If you're looking for a great place in Chalon, go for it! 🕺🪩
