24/03/2026: Hotel and restaurant perfect for a stopover on the way to the Alpine resorts.

21/03/2026: The welcome was pleasant and the setting truly lovely, but unfortunately, the couples massage experience was a huge disappointment. The massage was rushed: quick, incomplete, and disjointed movements, making it impossible to relax at all. When I turned over, the light from the window shone directly in my face, further ruining what little relaxation I could achieve. Adding to the noise was the squeaking of sneakers during the massage… it was hard to feel truly in a calming atmosphere. I had visited twice before on my own and had recommended this establishment without hesitation. But after this disastrous experience, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend it. It's all the more regrettable because the setting is truly lovely, but paying €186 for a service of this caliber is clearly unacceptable.

29/03/2026: NOT WORTH IT! It's not a 5-star hotel, the service is reasonable, and breakfast is very slow. Location close to the center, but you need a car to go to the beginner slopes! The travel agency in Brazil made a reservation at the hotel restaurant, and when we went to dinner I realized it was seafood, but my granddaughters are allergic. They charged us a 1,750 euro no-show fee, even though we didn't eat or drink anything! At check-out I refused to pay, then a mercenary manager appeared who, after much discussion, still charged me 875 EUROS. Even though we were guests with a stay in 3 rooms! The management's attitude is absurd! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER HOTELS IN COURCHEVEL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL LE CHABICHOU

29/03/2026: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! The only good thing was the service from the transfer staff. The breakfast service was very bad and slow. We had a serious problem with the restaurant bill inside the hotel; they charged us 1750.00 EUROS for a dinner we didn't even have. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

20/01/2026: Fantasic place to chill and sip on a few beers. Charlie is great!! I'm english, my wife is spanish and our friends are french, and he could interact, speak and have a laugh with us all in our own languages! Top man!! We'll be back!

17/01/2026: It's become our favorite bar, with a great selection of beers at good prices. Language isn't a barrier here, especially with our favorite bartender, Charlie. You can speak Spanish, English, and French with him, and his professionalism and friendliness make all the difference. ♡

25/01/2026: It's in a beautiful spot next to a drag lift, with stunning views in both directions. The staff is friendly and speaks English. Reservations are recommended, as it's very small, and food is only served indoors in winter. We loved this place! We ended up going here three times during our vacation.

20/01/2026: Not worth the detour. Its lunch time and the restaurant is empty, but the lady said they are busy and its impossible to eat. Suggested to go to a different place - wonderful attitude and service.

27/03/2026: Nice hotel, good sized rooms, nice small bar, great access to the slopes. The issue which may be unique to the room we had was that it stank of cigarettes smoke each night. We spoke to the front desk but nothing was done about it. It really made the hotel stay of our holiday a let down. We will not stay again.

25/03/2026: A successful lunch break at this pleasant establishment. Their cuisine is homemade and very refined. The pork simmered in maple syrup is excellent. The servers are also very attentive. I recommend it.

24/10/2025: A friend and I decided to spend a week in Les Chapieux exploring the valleys and discovering the local flora and fauna. It wasn't until the third night that we decided to dine at the Auberge de La Nova. As soon as we sat down, the La Nova burger caught our eye on the menu, and we didn't even have to speak before the owner immediately guessed what we wanted! He said, "You'll see, it's amazing." Well, he wasn't lying. From the first bite, my friend and I looked at each other and it was indeed amazing! It was so good that we decided to come back every night of the week, and that's exactly what we did! The burgers are incredible. We also tried a few desserts, including the Pavlova and the chocolate fondant, which were also truly to die for. The welcome was super warm: the waiters, the cooks, the owner, and his wife were all lovely and friendly. It was heartbreaking to have to leave on the last day... but one thing is certain: we'll be back! And this time, we'll go every night of our stay to enjoy La Nova's delicious burger :) Thank you so much 🙏 Les Petits Suisses 🐍

27/09/2025: Basic auberge in Les Chapieux. It is probably the main option on this part of the TMB with the next hut “Refuge des Mottets” a good distance away. Big campsite in front of the auberge - campers welcome to utilise the facilities in the hut so get your showers in early. Dorms were a little crammed and beds very squeaky. Dinner was good and really hearty - Chicken Velasquez, rice, and a delicious soup. Breakfast might as well have not been served it was so pathetic. Packed lunch was good though.

29/03/2026: The hot chocolate was very good, however the welcome was cold, there weren't many people there yet, and there was a wait at the entrance. The table was sticky, and the bill was steep. Enjoy your meal.

18/03/2026: A tavern where the food has definitely improved... a friendly atmosphere, especially for themed evenings like country music! Friendly waiter and owner! I highly recommend it!

28/02/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, top-notch service and excellent food. The bar and restaurant are spacious and welcoming. I'm usually quite critical, but I'd give this place a solid 5 stars without hesitation. We'll be back.
