12/12/2023: Delicious and generous dishes, top service (professional and efficient, without fuss). We had 3 different dishes and we all enjoyed it, we will come back.

16/11/2023: Cela faisait des mois que je venais boire des bières de temps en temps et par cette belle matinée de fin juillet, le cœur léger, je me suis offert trois heures de terrasse à boire et manger. Et là, le Burger du Café est une véritable tuerie. J'ai pris ensuite une salade de chèvre chaud merveilleuse et un moelleux au chocolat. Je me suis fait plaisir en bières et un rhum en digestif. Je fais ça une à deux fois par an mais quand on se fait plaisir, on ne compte pas. Accueil sympa et humour au rendez-vous. Merci au patron donc merci Christophe !! 🍔🍮🍺🍺🍺🍺🍦, mais vous avez contribué aussi à ce que je trouve la vérité dans le vin et donc ça, marin d'eau douce. « Devoir encore parler comme pour une prochaine fois et se sentir plus que jamais proche du tout-puissant qui a comme l'air d'être présent à ce moment-là et alors juste au-dessus de toi sinon mais le sentir ici pour faire acte de présence et se faire tout petit aussi car il est à l'image de l'homme sinon et ainsi jusqu'à même pouvoir dire après alors qu'il avait été comme, présent.»

26/04/2024: We wanted to have a picnic near the restaurant but they chased us away. This establishment is only there to make money; lovers of nature, skiing and good atmosphere, go your way.

24/04/2024: BEST service in the whole of the valley, along with the reasonable prices (for the area). The food was delicious, best tartiflette, will come again next year - highly recommend.

24/08/2024: The owners welcomed us with kindness. The dishes were tasty and served generously. Several times during the meal, we were asked if everything was to our liking. Excellence is rare but in the time of one lunch we achieved it.

19/08/2024: Rather welcoming restaurant, however most of the glasses are dirty. Regarding the dish I had a croziflette with chips as decoration on the dish?? Original, certainly. In addition, the bread was given to us in a paper bag. I find it rather scandalous and shameful to give that to customers. I strongly advise against it if you don't want to get sick afterwards knowing that the dishes are not very good.

31/08/2024: It's Saturday evening ok but quite long service... decent tomato tartlet. Raclette quite salty, quantity of potatoes very good but lacking in cold meats... to try again on a calmer day perhaps. Value for money, a little expensive, unlike its colleague.

29/08/2024: Do not dine in this place. I have never experienced such awful service with a waitress who chooses whom she wants to serve. These places should not be allowed to be in service. Firstly the waitress had an attitude refused to acknowledge me and sit me at a table. When I sat down myself she ignored me for 15 mins and handed many menus to the large table next to me . I asked for one she said sorry we don’t have enough. The table next to me were kind enough to give me one. Then I called her for an order she refused to serve me stating I had to wait for the large group to order first have their meals served and then I can have mine. It was clear she had issues in serving me , didn’t want to serve me and was downright rude and under her breath used a nasty racist slur. Appalling excuse of restaurant!

18/08/2024: As for the pizzas: a good basic. The welcome needs to be reviewed: not smiling and after warning us as soon as we arrived about the service time (we almost left immediately!) the waitress left us on the doormat! So we settled in on our own and did him a favor by only having a pizza! Atmosphere: the room and the terrace are nice: cozy decor, beautiful table, very clean and well located with parking right opposite.

19/09/2024: Well, at 1 p.m. I wanted to have the dish of the day but there was no more... no problem, I settled on the specialty... There were more…. I finally had some pasta… so a slight disappointment even though it was quite decent.

06/09/2024: The old Patrons were much better and the bar was very clean.. This one is quite the opposite.. I won't set foot there again...

30/12/2023: Lovely, friendly hotel. Perfect for a stopover en route to to the Alps. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Car park is gated at night and felt safe.

31/03/2024: Après en avoir entendu parlé plusieurs fois, curieux nous sommes montés un midi. Buffet à volonté 25 euros par personne: soupe du jour, entrées, poisson, viande, légumes, frites, tartes, fruits, boissons chaudes... Très bons produits, bien cuisinés et bien assaisonnés. Equipe fort sympathique et très serviable. Ça donne envie de les encourager. Ambiance détendue près des pistes en terrasse, et on mange bien.

04/09/2024: Accueil super chaleureux et dynamique, carte réduite qui pour nous est gage de qualité … et c’est le cas ! Burger et frites maison succulents et pour finir un crumble pommes chocolat dont mon homme s’en lèche encore les babines ! Bref allez y !

24/08/2024: Au top ! Les plats sont copieux et bons. Nous avons pris des burgers et n’avons pas été déçus, le lard est grillé et de bonne qualité, les steaks hachés façon bouchère et le fromage est également bon. J’aurais une préférence pour les oignons grillés que crus, mais cela est personnel. Le service était très agréable. Je recommande vivement.

01/05/2024: Ordered the Pierrade for 2 persons, which was a first for both of us and we had more than enough food. The sauces were incredible, generous portions, fresh ingredients, and an enjoyable experience to share. Quirky cabin decor, that felt cozy and whimsical. As an English speaker it was easy and experienced good service- friendly, accommodating and no pressure. We walked in on a whim and luckily got a spot- it was a busy restaurant and quickly understood why. So happy we chanced upon this spot!

20/04/2024: Very cool authentic restaurant with a good vibe and very nice interior design and cultural atmosphere. As a vegan I did not have a good experience but the rest said the food was good. They definitely need to up their game in the vegan dishes for vegans to enjoy as well as the rest of the people who eat cheese and meat. Staff was very friendly and nice.

24/08/2024: We discovered this restaurant during our stay in Aime 2000, we ate very well (lunch, afternoon tea and dinner) the staff is really very friendly the dishes are very good and the children's menu is a change from the usual restaurants and that's a true +! A great discovery Looking forward to coming back 😊
