25/08/2026: On holiday for two weeks in Val d'Isère, we regularly visited this bakery. The products are decent, but nothing extraordinary. As for the service, it depends on the day, or rather, on who serves you. One person stands out, but not in a good way: a man who seems either very tired or depressed, or both. He doesn't respond to greetings and glares at you when you want to buy something else, even though he's already gone to the till! Finally, the prices are exorbitant and don't reflect the quality of the products. In my region, organic bakeries are much cheaper and of far better quality. The organic label doesn't justify everything, especially if the quality isn't there.

06/07/2026: It's worth coming here for the culinary experience and the friendly, almost family-like welcome. We were 4 adults and 3 children and we were even more pleasantly surprised as the children enjoyed the Raclette, Fondue, which they offered to chew on so it wouldn't stick, Escargots and Pierrade (one of the children taking over the hot plate to cook the beef, turkey and vegetables on the menu). We highly recommend it.

04/07/2026: We came to eat there on the evening of the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) and were very disappointed. The prices were exorbitant for such poor quality; the rump steak was incredibly tough, the vegetables were barely enough for someone with a weak tooth, and the starter was decent but overpriced. We left without ordering dessert; we felt ripped off enough as it was. As for the atmosphere, well, there wasn't any, but that wasn't the biggest issue.

14/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in Chambéry, the dishes and desserts were truly top-notch, ideally located near the castle, with young and friendly staff and an original menu. The main course was perfect, creative, and delicious. The dessert was also very, very good. As for the starter, the terrine was really good, but the gherkins didn't complement the pickled onions. It would have been nicer to use only homemade pickles rather than these gherkins, which ultimately detracted somewhat from the starter itself. The trout gravlax was excellent, although the portion was a bit small for a starter on the menu. Regarding the wines by the glass, we wanted to try the rosés; the one that was closer to a white wine was excellent, while the second, a rosé, was quite average. Overall, a very good experience, a pleasant setting under the plane tree and parasols, and despite the sweltering heat, we had a very good time.

13/08/2026: Passing through on vacation, this place is worth the detour. The food was excellent (quality ingredients), the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service impeccable. I highly recommend it.

13/08/2026: A very mixed experience!!! The terrace is nice, as is the young waitress. What else can I say... We ordered two veggie burgers, which we wanted modified because the ingredients seemed unappetizing (vegetable patty + pesto + arugula + parmesan), especially compared to the other burger offered at the same price (€23.20, no less). Our request was rather curtly refused by the owner... Disappointed by this response, especially since we had heard a neighboring customer place a very specific order for their traditional burger, which had been accepted without any problem. No matter, we ordered the veggie burgers, thinking they would surely be very good nonetheless. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They were very dry, with no sauce, just a few shavings of parmesan as the only cheese, and a vegetable patty that gave the burger a taste of cold soup. The homemade fries were good. We were hungry after a long bike ride, so we ate everything. The friendly waitress asked for our feedback on our meals as she cleared the table. I replied, just as politely, that we hadn't particularly enjoyed the burgers, but the fries were fine. Nothing to make a fuss about... ...but that was without taking into account the chef's temperament. He came to demand an explanation in a very unfriendly, almost aggressive manner. I gave him my explanation, which he didn't accept, and he told me there were plenty of other restaurants in the resort. The atmosphere was tense; we weren't there to cause any trouble. We were really tempted to have dessert anyway, but in the end, we decided against it. I sincerely think the chef knows his craft and makes good food; at least the customers at the other tables seemed to be enjoying their meals. So I wonder if the owners have a bit of a problem with vegetarians, or if it's just a certain difficulty in accepting criticism.

30/03/2026: A warm welcome with a cheerful "hello" and a smile. The interior is inviting, with a fireplace for cooler, dreary weather. The service is quick and the local dishes are hearty. The only downside: prices remain high at this altitude, a well-known fact.

25/08/2026: A lovely place, in a very pleasant indoor and outdoor setting. Good home cooking, with vegetables from the garden (the zucchini blossoms in fritters are highly recommended), eggs from the house henhouse, spit-roasted pig in the summer... Located in a beautiful spot.

Everything is in place for an exceptional experience. The service is remarkably high-quality, impeccable in its precision and discretion. Every detail is perfectly executed, every thoughtful touch elegantly considered. The amenities are simply perfect, without a single flaw. The hotel is sumptuous, magical. It exudes a unique atmosphere, both warm and refined, which makes all the difference. An exceptional place that one returns to with pleasure and never tires of.

24/03/2026: We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, right in a prime spot that makes everything very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Having direct access to the slopes was a big advantage and made our trip even better. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety and fresh options every morning. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

20/03/2026: After the first visit ,I came here 2 more times. The wine list is impressive, but being alone I stuck to wines by the glass. The service from Camille was commensurate with the wine list – exceptional. I was greeted each time in a friendly and professional manner. Everyone spoke beautiful English, but I’m sure that my experience would’ve been even better (if that’s possible ) if I spoke French. The charcuterie board was artfully laid out, and the burrata salad and roasted vegetables excellent. I wish I was here longer to experience more of the menu . Highly recommend.

11/03/2026: A delightful time shared with friends who are regulars. We enjoyed a tasting of a very good St. Joseph Gripa, recommended by the owner. The shared meal was fabulously delicious. We'll be back to treat ourselves again.
