30/10/2025: Top vibes, top staff in a stunning setting. Pool table, darts, arcade to keep to keep you amused but with a log burner to relax next to. No better place in Tignes to finish a day on the slopes - highly recommended

19/04/2025: Having paid €90 for drinks is it unreasonable to ask for a carafe of water? Apparently yes, you have to pay for bottled water.
Since January 1, 2022, a new anti-waste law has come into force. This text of law stipulates that catering establishments and drinking establishments (cafes, bars, etc.) have the obligation to offer a free carafe of drinking water to their customers, however, to accompany a drink.
01/04/2025: Very enjoyable evening. Very Alpine with fondues, tartiflette etc dominating the menu. Rustic setting. Very friendly service. Only point for improvement was that almost half of the wine list had been struck through - but maybe this reflects the late point of the season and they only refresh wine stocks at the start. Would recommend!

28/09/2025: If you rent the 25th Cret de l'Ours, run away. Apartment full of dust mites, dirty, no TV, no Wi-Fi, the sofa is dirty. In short, 700-800 euros for this accommodation, I might as well tell you that you're being ripped off. It's the worst accommodation in the entire resort and the owners aren't changing anything (review from the resort and former managers).

Unfortunately, the food is disappointing; even an undercooked fish was sent back to the kitchen without any apology.
The prices are very high for such a disappointing experience.
14/01/2026: The slowest service on the slopes. If you have an hour free that would be enough for the waitress to visit your table.

24/06/2025: This establishment is clearly designed for a British clientele: everything is in English, from the staff to the menu. We probably wouldn't have gone if the bar weren't located right at the foot of the ski lift, making it very convenient after skiing. We had hot chocolates, which were decent but nothing special. The place does the job for a quick break, with good value for money, but don't expect a typical or warm mountain atmosphere.

25/01/2026: The worst bar in Chambéry! The staff are incredibly rude, no greeting, no thank you, no human warmth whatsoever. Orders are taken 30 minutes after we arrive. And all this for the price of a coffee and a hot chocolate…!!! Avoid at all costs.

11/01/2026: I highly recommend this place! My family and I ate there: a Savoyard fondue, a warm goat cheese salad, and a raclette—everyone loved it!
We all left with full stomachs.
The staff was lovely.
If you want to eat a real Savoyard fondue and a real raclette, go for it without hesitation!

14/09/2025: A disastrous experience. As soon as we arrived, we were struck by the appalling state of the placemats: supposedly red, they were completely blackened with dirt. The welcome was very unpleasant, with no courtesy or effort to put customers at ease. We didn't even have time to order: after simply reading the menu, we decided to leave. And to top it all off, the waitress almost kicked us out!
Frankly, this is a place to absolutely avoid.
