02/02/2026: Unfortunately, I ate there several times for lunch and was very disappointed. A lot of pre-prepared, industrially produced food, a handful of defrosted vegetables, etc... And I won't even comment on the lady's friendliness...

17/01/2026: The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to the Olympe cable car and close to all shops. The owner is very friendly.

05/01/2026: Second consecutive year at this hotel. No more pitches for campervans. The hotel is noisy. The restaurant has changed owners and now serves frozen products, even the pizzas. A neighboring table returned one that was frozen... This is our last year at this hotel.

23/01/2026: By far the best experience of my stay in the 3 Valleys. From the service and the food to the atmosphere, I couldn't have imagined anything better. A huge thank you to the head waiter, Jérémy, and to Tom, who looked after our table, for their friendliness, professionalism, and warm welcome. I hope to return soon.

23/01/2026: Top-notch restaurant! The food was truly excellent, the portions generous, the quality top-notch, and the atmosphere super cool. Special mention to Tom, the waiter, who treated us like royalty: welcoming, professional, smiling, attentive, and incredibly pleasant. Honestly, quantity + quality + service + atmosphere = the perfect combination. We'll definitely be back.

21/01/2026: The servers were completely clueless, unprofessional, and not at all friendly. We waited over 45 minutes just to get a menu, even though we were outside on the terrace. The service was like something out of a Kitchen Nightmares episode. The pizzas are now much smaller, and the menu has changed.

23/10/2025: 2018. One star less... the prices are definitely on the rise... the lemoncello glass is €9... that stings. 2017. Annual pilgrimage site... the pizzas and Savoyard cuisine are excellent. Be careful, during the winter school term, you'd better make a reservation. 2025. Ridiculously small pizzas, sparing toppings, with a bonus piece of aluminum foil. I politely and discreetly point this out to the server, who relays the information to Maryse. Her reaction: she rolls her eyes... no excuses!! Dear Madam, don't worry, I won't bother you again!

03/02/2026: Hello and thank you for your warm and friendly welcome. Excellent value for money. The very quiet establishment perfectly lives up to its 4-star rating. Minor imperfections could be resolved if management simply took the time to test their own services: For example: Having breakfast and other meals only to realize that the food wasn't hot enough. Another example: Spending a night or two in a few rooms to correct the placement of some equipment. It must be said that the housekeeping staff do a remarkable job. This is just my personal opinion. 24/09/2024: Dinner Friday September 20. Out of 6 people, 3 were sick. The cause? The meat of Beef Tataki and Crying Tiger. How is this possible after so much attention, what if someone had any allergies, we ask, etc...? Not to mention that this tasteless fusion cuisine was really not good. Too bad because the place had charm and the owner was attentive.

04/07/2025: During a business trip, we booked a room at this hotel for its proximity and convenience. The room was functional and standard, suitable for one night, but a small refrigerator would have been appreciated, especially in the heat. We had been proactive in asking if we could check in a little early, as we might arrive very late. The staff was very understanding and accommodating, which is worth noting. However, a mistake was made when giving us the card: the wrong room key, which prevented us from entering. We had to contact reception to have someone let us in. Another small drawback: breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m., which is a little early, especially for a hotel. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and everything was already tidied up. Fortunately, upon our departure, we were kindly offered a croissant and a pain au chocolat, which we greatly appreciated. In summary: a practical hotel, with a good welcome despite a few awkward moments. Suitable for a short business trip.

01/07/2025: The young man at reception did everything he could to help us and resolve a problem with a door and key that wasn't working. He was very pleasant and friendly, thank you. The room was clean and quiet, with excellent air conditioning. I recommend it.

16/01/2026: A meal with colleagues, and we ate very well, with traditional and generous dishes at an excellent price. The food is homemade and will delight your taste buds; special mention to the cook. The welcome could have been a little more enthusiastic, but in the end, the waiter did a great job arranging our aperitif, which included peanuts—a rare treat in our region and a nice touch. We will definitely be back.

02/01/2026: We went into the restaurant to eat. The welcome was cold. The waiter seated us and informed us that half the menu was no longer available. We still chose two set menus from what was left, and after a 45-minute wait, the waiter came to tell us that what we had ordered was also unavailable. So we left without having eaten, and without any apology from them. This restaurant is to be avoided.

01/02/2026: The onion soup was long awaited but delicious, the second course, the chef's specialty, was also delicious.

24/01/2026: The servers were a bit rushed, it felt a little hurried. The raclette was good but on the small side; those with a big appetite probably won't be satisfied.

26/08/2025: Very poor reception: we arrived at 6:20 p.m., the restaurant was open, as was the bar. We were told that service was at 6:30 p.m., and therefore, we had to go outside and we couldn't wait inside for 10 minutes. It was raining and we had a one-month-old baby. Nothing to negotiate: outside!!!! Mind-blowing!!! Avoid the potato pancake, it's suffocating Christian++++
