11/03/2026: I prefer to come to this bakery rather than the one at the head office because I find that the usual saleswoman (a brunette with long hair) is always polite and very efficient (never any order errors).

30/01/2026: Hello, I bought four éclairs (vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, Nutella) at €4.50 each, trusting their appearance, but we were extremely disappointed by the lack of flavor. They were edible, but far too buttery and tasteless. Sorry, but I prefer to be honest for the sake of others...

13/12/2025: Very disappointed with this Campanile hotel. First, the reception wasn't great. Then I was told my room was in another building just behind the main building. Okay, fine, but the receptionist didn't mention that we had to go down some stairs and then up more, and never once asked for help. With two suitcases each, my wife and I found this very inconvenient. Upon arriving at the building's entrance, there were no automatic doors, just old, heavy doors that wouldn't stay open. And this happened twice because it's a vestibule with two doors in a row! Again, with suitcases, this is really inconvenient. Finally getting to the room after this ordeal of carrying suitcases and holding the door open with one hand to have them passed to us one by one was a disappointment. The bathroom tiles were blackened, the floor didn't look very clean, and the whole room in general was in dire need of a major renovation. During the night, the light from the hallway, which remains on, shines into the room through the door frame, which offers little to no soundproofing. There is absolutely no soundproofing. So, with the light and the noise, we really didn't sleep well. For the price, it's a disgrace. We will definitely never return to this hotel, and you should avoid it as well.

29/12/2025: We usually buy two rather successful raspberry yule logs every year, but this year we had an unpleasant surprise when we went to eat them because they were devoid of raspberries… a curious way to save on raw materials at the expense of the customer!!!

11/12/2025: I'm really not in the habit of leaving reviews, but this is unacceptable. I ordered a Caesar salad for €7.50, and there were three stale lettuce leaves, one tiny piece of chicken, some stale croutons, and a packet of Parmesan cheese (more than the salad itself). It's a disgrace.

20/02/2026: My partner and I had the pleasure of dining there for Valentine's Day, and we had an absolutely perfect time ✨ The atmosphere was warm and inviting. A huge thank you to the waitress, who was radiant and incredibly kind. She offered excellent recommendations throughout the meal. Special mention for the champagne with rose syrup… simply incredible! The crepes were delicious and generously portioned. We will definitely be back.

20/02/2026: Despite the nice service and cute atmosphere, the food unfortunately is unacceptable. The steak I was served had an off taste and was essentially inedible for me. The cheese cubes had a strange plastic-like flavor, and the tomato slices were so hard that we could barely bite into them. I informed the staff at the time. They did offer to replace the steak, but the issue seemed to be the quality of the meat itself, so I declined and finished only what was edible to avoid unnecessary food waste. In addition, a portion of fries we ordered was initially included on the bill despite not being served, which we asked to have removed. The service team was polite, but the overall food quality and consistency were disappointing, and they refused to discount for the uneaten steak. I will definitely be checking reviews more carefully in the future.

22/03/2026: Nice little forest refreshment stand. Plenty of choice for food and/or drinks. Reasonable prices. Pleasant setting. Parking nearby. One drawback: a water fountain would be very welcome so hikers could fill their water bottles or give their dogs water. The establishment doesn't provide any water!

21/03/2026: The toilets are in a terrible state... it's truly shameful.

15/03/2026: The black bouncer is just awful, he talks rudely for no reason, not even polite (I'm well dressed, not drunk and polite), just no respect, "the door is over there or take off your jacket" (first time I've been here).

01/02/2026: The bouncer who lectures you about life by telling you we live in a free country, just to refuse you entry before even seeing you—who do you think you are? A scholar? Judging by how you talk, you've never had an ounce of education. This is a sad establishment that highlights the weakness of this place.
