23/05/2026: The spirit of Ratatouille is alive and well in this restaurant! Reservations are recommended, as it gets very popular. We booked a table for early afternoon and were given the time. The service was excellent. The waiter immediately checked for our food allergies and took great care of us throughout the meal. Expect to pay €45 for a starter and main course, which was plenty for us.

23/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Bistro Chez Rémy! The restaurant is beautifully themed and truly feels like you stepped into Ratatouille’s world. The atmosphere, decoration, and attention to detail are amazing, especially the giant plates and cutlery design. Food was very good as well — the steak and fries were excellent, and the overall experience was worth it. One important tip for visitors: even if the Disneyland app shows the restaurant as fully booked, it is still possible to get a table by coming directly to the restaurant and asking the staff. We managed to get seated without a reservation. Highly recommended!

03/07/2026: True to its reputation for being incredibly stingy, this bakery with three outlets is getting absolutely crushed by the bakery next door (plus, the bread is overpriced and not good). Anyway... The incompetent waitress refused to accept our order and asked Sylvain (the owner of this shabby bakery, who looks at us with a cowboy smirk) to check that ordering a set menu for one person when there were two of us wasn't acceptable because, and I quote, "not profitable enough for the business." I've never heard of such a thing in my life—telling a customer to spend more in their shoddy establishment. Even though I'm 24, sometimes it's better to take a good look at yourself in the mirror at your advanced age of 40 or more, right? (Worse than running away).

17/07/2026: I chose a duck confit thinking it was a safe bet. Unfortunately, it was dry, with no sauce or the usual fat. The skin was overcooked and resembled toasted parmesan discs. Perhaps I just had bad luck that day.

23/07/2026: We love Disney and have had a fantastic trip at DLP overall. However, this dining experience was exceptionally bad. The food is mediocre at best and the service is the worst I’ve ever seen at Disney. The servers act like you are bothering them when you ask for water or coffee. Save your money.

23/07/2026: With our little girl being 5 we wanted to make it extra special and book here so she could meet her favourite princess's as it's hard to see them otherwise. We were the 1st in for the dinner slot so was really quiet & chilled atmosphere & we had a lot of interactions with the characters. She met all 3 of her favourites, Cinderella, Aroura & snow white plus mickey. They were all really nice and just how you'd imagined they'd be in person, our daughter absolutely loved it, memories we'll never forget. Read reviews before hand saying the food wasn't great which I feel is a little harsh, it's not the best ever but I thought it was good enough, I enjoyed it. It is expensive but I think worth it for the memories & you do get a 3 course meal. Would 100% recommend this place 👌

08/07/2026: The cashier was very bitter, unsmiling, and not at all pleasant. I don't want to harm the bakery, but you really need to recruit competent people, especially given your location. I think it's a waste of potential because of employees who aren't motivated.

06/07/2026: I've been a regular customer at this bakery for a few years now, and I'm still just as happy with it. Today, I'd like to highlight a sales assistant who's been with us for a few months. Always smiling, helpful, quick, and efficient, she's also very attentive to customers. It's a real pleasure to see her every time I visit; she brings a wonderful atmosphere to the bakery. A big thank you and a special mention to Linda for her professionalism, kindness, and consistently warm welcome.

06/07/2026: A 25-minute wait to (finally) see my dessert arrive: a crème brûlée that was clearly past its expiration date… The staff showed little emotion, no empathy… and don't even get me started on the stale bread served at the table, the lack of mayonnaise, the incredibly long wait times, the oversights… in short, a restaurant not recommended…

29/06/2026: We ordered a glass of white wine as an aperitif. They didn't have any white wine in stock... the waitress went to get a bottle from the restaurant next door and served it to us piping hot, with ice cubes. In short, this is the third time we've been ripped off at this brasserie, and we swear, we won't be back.

15/04/2026: As a loyal customer, I wanted to share my opinion because, despite some positive aspects, my overall experience has been disappointing. The cakes are undeniably delicious, which is why I come back regularly. However, several recurring problems spoil the experience. First, I've been disappointed on several occasions by the personalized lettering on the cakes. Whether it's mistakes, a sloppy presentation, or a result that doesn't match my request at all, it's particularly frustrating, especially for important occasions. Second, I've noticed a lack of consistency in the quality of the products: runny icing, sloppy finishing touches… and even, at one birthday party, a completely burnt puff pastry. This kind of mistake is hardly acceptable for a pastry shop. Another regrettable point is the frequent staff turnover, which gives an impression of disorganization and clearly undermines the consistency of the service. What's most disappointing is the lack of consideration for loyal customers. I went to the store to voice my concerns, but I wasn't taken seriously. I was told to send an email, which I did… and more than six months later, I still haven't received a reply. It's a real shame, because there's potential, but today the lack of follow-up, rigor, and customer service leaves me with a very negative impression. In short: good products in principle, but too many inconsistencies and a failing customer service department. Very disappointed.
