18/09/2025: A spontaneous stop at this restaurant in Moret. A short menu, but full of surprises. Fusion cuisine with global influences, but unpretentious. Pleasant service, lovely terrace. Set menu and daily specials.

03/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The service today was a little slow, but it didn't matter too much for us retirees. The portions were generous and very tasty.

10/05/2026: Very good traditional food, we celebrated our son's birthday and everything was perfect, the owners, the staff, the service and everything was super good, I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

29/07/2026: I went to this bar with my friends and we asked for a glass of water and a tissue because my friend had a nosebleed. Not only did they refuse us, in the middle of a heatwave, but they also refused to give us the tissue because my friend's nose was bleeding.

12/09/2026: The service was pleasant, but that's where the positives end. The kebab was really not good. There was a lot of meat (which wasn't very tasty anyway), and you couldn't taste the vegetables or the sauce. It was more like meat bread, and it was dry... The fries were frozen, so they were bad...

11/09/2026: Frozen kebab ball, friendly welcome but beware of hygiene problems, please wash your hands when you come in from outside, it's not clean at all.

09/08/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at the Logis Hôtel du Sauvage. If you're looking for an overnight stay in La Ferté Gaucher, look no further.

19/07/2026: Excessive price for what was offered. A small triple room at €137, with a small bottle of water for three people... but clean. A constant dripping sound kept us awake all night. Breakfast was €13 per adult and €7 for children, with only a small selection table. Two pieces of bread, no plates, we ate off our placemats... no choice at all considering the price. We paid €200 for one night and three breakfasts in La Ferté-Gaucher, which isn't exactly a seaside resort... The day before our stay, the hotel charged us for the room without warning; we suspected fraud. And all this without any welcome whatsoever: a code sent by SMS, a stapled sheet of paper with our room number and access card. However, the reception staff were there to take the balance payment after breakfast. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. For that price, you can get so much better. And for much less, too.

30/07/2026: I made a reservation for five people for dinner on Wednesday evening. On Wednesday at lunchtime, I called back to add three more people; no problem, the reservation was confirmed. When we arrived at the restaurant, the terrace was empty and the restaurant was closed. Unsure, I called to confirm the location and was told the restaurant was closed for renovations. They had decided to start the work that afternoon. Amazingly organized! I don't have that kind of luck; I can't find service providers with the snap of my fingers. Reason: renovations???? I don't think I'll be going back. Treating customers like fools is unacceptable to me. I hope to receive a frank and coherent response. JUST FOR THE SAKE OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLE. YOU LACK CIVIC KNOWLEDGE.

24/07/2026: The music was a bit loud, but overall very good; the food and service were nice.

03/07/2026: It was a pleasure to rediscover this terrace by the Seine, the only one in the Melun area. While they only offered one dish, the couscous on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026, was simply delicious. I highly recommend it.

13/06/2026: Bar/brasserie/restaurant, but they don't serve lunch. Unpleasant welcome with a waiter who doesn't even look at you...

18/06/2026: The only thing good about this place - doesn't even deserve name Hotel... was the bed! The experience, the rooms and breakfast and unfortunately the staff were horrible! Horrible people ! The rooms have no light. The man in the reception besides of being EXTREMELY rude, had no tag name. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

02/06/2026: We just arrived. The room was too small, the shower is the toilet, no screen or anything. There were only a couple of plastic cups for water, the hairdryer was broken, and the rooms weren't cleaned. I'll keep updating details, but so far it's just okay.

27/08/2026: Great bar, friendly atmosphere, top-notch staff. A great bar that's been around for a very long time. I highly recommend it. Open all year round. Come one, come all, you'll be very well received day and night.

01/09/2026: Avoid ordering a glass of water with coffee; you'll never get it. We waited a pitiful fifteen minutes without a single thing happening.

17/07/2026: I chose a duck confit thinking it was a safe bet. Unfortunately, it was dry, with no sauce or the usual fat. The skin was overcooked and resembled toasted parmesan discs. Perhaps I just had bad luck that day.

11/09/2026: A complete lack of hygiene. I love Subway, but at your place… It's serious.

09/09/2026: The worst Subway ever. They never have all the vegetables, and the staff is so unfriendly and totally negligent. Uber Eats is even worse; you're 100% guaranteed to have items missing or not get what you originally ordered. They just want to close down and get rid of the customer. It's a total rip-off; you pay to be scammed. Run away!!

29/08/2026: Hello, Indeed, the atmosphere of the restaurant, inspired by the film Ratatouille, is definitely there, and the decor is great. But unfortunately, the rest doesn't live up to it. The portions aren't generous, the ingredients, like the fries, aren't fresh, and the ratatouille is tasteless—the canned kind I buy tastes better. 🤔 The feeling remains the same: they're taking money from customers because the prices are high, but the quality isn't there. Very disappointed with this restaurant.

29/08/2026: A very special place, beautifully decorated and with attention to every detail. The food is good, nothing fancy, but if you like the movie, it's a very special place.
