06/03/2026: We had an excellent lunch. We were lucky to find a table for two without a reservation. Warm welcome, perfect service. The dishes are delicious, made with fresh seafood. I highly recommend it (book in advance).

04/04/2026: We booked a room with two single beds. When we arrived, there was only one double bed (it happens, nothing serious so far...). I reported the problem to reception, and a very kind gentleman tried to resolve the situation. We ended up sleeping with duvets but no sheets or pillowcases on top of the mattress protector!!!... So much for hygiene!!! My daughter has an exam early the next morning, so we decided to stay at the hotel. I had booked an extra night, and I asked for a refund. The person, who clearly doesn't understand empathy in customer service, told me I had to contact her manager by email on Monday... PS: The bathroom door doesn't close because the hinges are bent... In short, avoid this hotel!

14/03/2026: We stumbled upon Lido by chance on a Saturday lunchtime when we were in a hurry. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and went out of their way to serve us promptly! We truly appreciated their kindness, as well as the quality of the food, the friendly atmosphere, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. We highly recommend it!

We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) and thoroughly enjoyed it! The prices are more than reasonable, the atmosphere is warm and intimate, and the dishes are delicious and refined. We will definitely be back!

The food is truly excellent, the portions are generous without compromising on quality. Being a hearty eater, I can say I left completely satisfied 😄 The atmosphere is pleasant, the service impeccable, and the place is clean and well-maintained. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. You can go there without hesitation!

25/01/2026: Nice restaurant...we booked for 2 on a Saturday in January: quiet. Good traditional cuisine with fresh produce and a cozy setting. A pleasant stop in a pretty village a few minutes from Rouen.

27/02/2026: Disappointed 😞 The first basket of bread was stale, reheated from the day before. I asked for fresh bread... I was told it would be reheated in the oven... The second basket was frozen bread, reheated in the oven, still hard inside... Not great for eating smoked salmon, which was served with two (hard) blinis, 2 cm in diameter. The sea bass fillet (as thin as a sheet of paper 😞), a tiny piece of crumble, and no chorizo ​​flavor whatsoever.... The dessert also needs improvement. The waiter mentioned it to the chef... to be continued 😅 In short, I won't be going back. For a €50 per person menu, I'm really disappointed. The menu looks appealing, but the food doesn't live up to it, which is a shame. Best of luck.

22/02/2026: To celebrate my 50th birthday, we booked the entire suite. The room was beautifully decorated, the welcome was warm, the meal delicious, and the staff professional, attentive, responsive, and very pleasant! I highly recommend it if you want to have a wonderful time in a beautiful setting!
