05/01/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. I had just arrived from abroad after a very long trip, and a technical problem with the app ruined my reservation. Having stayed at other hotels in the same group without ever encountering any issues, I was particularly shocked by the disastrous customer service at this hotel. The customer service was completely ineffective. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

30/12/2025: The facilities are a bit cramped for what I expected. Looking at the photos on the hotel's website, they seemed a bit more spacious, even for a hotel in this price range (low-cost). The bathroom was adequate, although small. There were only three bath towels (we were a couple), and no face towels or bath mats for our feet after showering. Upon entering the room, we noticed a slight unpleasant odor, possibly due to poor ventilation in the bathroom, a detail that was resolved after leaving the window open while we went to dinner. The room faced the street, and there was no noise. Comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is very good. For one or two nights, it's an option.

26/12/2025: The place is beautiful. We arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately. But when we ordered water… water that arrived just as we were finishing our meal… they simply left it there and walked away without apologizing. We didn't open it because we were already done, and when the bill came, they charged us for it without further ado. I think these kinds of details leave a bad taste in your mouth and make you not want to return. The food was delicious, it's just a shame about the lack of professionalism.

17/10/2025: We escaped the rain in Germany at the end of September and found this wonderful place and this wonderful restaurant in a beautiful location. The food is excellent, the staff very attentive and accommodating. We felt very comfortable (and so did our little dachshund!). We will be back. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

13/06/2025: A pleasant brasserie for dining in Rouen. The fish and chips are good, although a little light. The chocolate fondant isn't amazing. It gets the job done for a pretty decent price. The menu selection is limited, but it's sufficient. It's more suitable for a drink than a meal, though.

28/09/2024: Very good restaurant with excellent hearty dishes, pleasant and smiling waitresses for good value for money. Remember to book because we didn't but we were lucky to arrive early! It’s a shame that we are so far away (Toulouse) because we would have happily returned!

13/01/2026: It may not look like much, but this hotel is incredible: a super friendly welcome, excellent value for money on the overnight package, a very quiet hotel, clean and spacious enough rooms, secure parking in front of and behind the hotel, smiling, friendly, and attentive staff. Truly perfect for overnight stays during travel and other activities.

17/11/2024: Ouahhh,une crêperie au top sincèrement c et la première fois que je mange une crêpe saisonnière aussi bonne ,avec goût le service et la gentillesse de la jeune serveuse très agréable souriante même le patron qui viens demander si tout va bien. Niveau prix très correct et belle ambiance je recommande très fortement vs ne serez pas déçus
