02/09/2024: Second Kyriad Rouen Nord experience, the first time we were greeted by an unfriendly gentleman who did not smile and a lady who systematically cuts herself off wanting to share her life while we are in a hurry at the moment. In the morning pleasant service, meal at midday, the food was good and fast! But when we leave, a key deposit and silence seem like we are disturbing. But second chance, very pleasant, Laeiticia's welcome was very sunny, too bad still no elevator but a young man who helped us carry the suitcases. My wife and I spent a very good night with ceiling ventilation and very quiet which was relaxing. Breakfast was a real treat, quite complete, with 2 young people attentive to our requests! THANKS. The 2 staff are very different during our 2 experiences!!

15/09/2024: Fresh and excellent cuisine.... there were six of us dining there this evening at Sophie's table. The dishes were good and varied: Scallops, sole, veal's head, a steak and two burgers... everything was good, plentiful. We highly recommend and we will come back with our eyes closed.
