17/11/2024: Première fois pour ma part que je mangeais dans ce restaurant, très sincèrement on a été très déçu du service, les plats étaient certes très bon mais ça ne fait pas tout. Le service était déjà d'une très long, nous sommes arrivés à 12h30 et nous sommes ressortis du restaurant à presque 15h30... À partir du moment où l'on a demandé une carafe d'eau en guise de boisson, le service qui a suivi était juste du foutage de gueule, nous avons demandés de nous envoyés un des plats en même temps que les entrées, la serveuse a tiré une tronche franchement faut qu'elle change de métier si elle ne supporte pas certaine demande surtout qu'on l'a demandé d'une façon agréable, au final elle a servis tous les plats en même temps et quand elle a déposé les plats, j'ai cru qu'elle allait casser le verre tellement qu'elle a posé l'assiette avec délicatesse... Et quand nous avons demandés les cafés, malheureusement pour vous nous avons le sens de l'observation et nous avions remarqués que toute les personnes qui demandaient leur cafés avaient le droit à une petite meringue, et bien nous nous étions punis apperement car les meringues étaient inexistantes quand le serveur a déposé les cafés, nous avons dû demander à les avoir, en bref le service est à revoir en long en large et en travers. Bien évidemment nous ne viendrons plus vous déranger pour une carafe d'eau et des meringues, car nous n'irons plus dans votre restaurant. Cordialement

08/10/2024: Cuisine raffinée pour un prix raisonnable. Bien servi. Le décor est agréable avec la plage juste en face. Nous avons apprécié venir dîner ici.

03/10/2024: Une cliente prend une commande pour une formation viennoiseries cookies etc Et à ma grande surprise le patron propose à la cliente de la faire véhiculer jusqu au donjon pour son confort Au TOP 10/10 Bravo

21/08/2024: Nous étions adeptes des cookies quand nous passions dans Rouen. Mais le prix ne cesse d’augmenter, 3€ LE cookie ?! Sérieusement ?!

09/11/2025: Extremely disappointed with this restaurant, avoid it at all costs. We were a table of eight and came for mussels and fries. We were only informed after our aperitifs that they were out of mussels and shrimp. This can happen, but it should be indicated on the menu at the entrance or at least told us directly. The same thing happened with dessert. We were told there was only one crème brûlée and one tiramisu left… It's a bit much. I ate salami with burnt ratatouille. At the end, when the bill arrived, I asked for a discount or some kind of compensation… The waitress wouldn't hear of it and stood her ground. In short, avoid this place.

21/08/2025: Very good tobacco for me, with a wide range of choices, very complete. The staff has always been cool to me too (except for the blonde cashier who seemed a little tense one evening, but otherwise very good). I can understand the comments about the customers, but even if you haven't obtained at least 4,000 XP points on the street, come without looking at anyone and everything should go well. PS: Put backwoods on sale, please; it would be really annoying.

It is regrettable to see all these misdeeds the papers maybe you have a bad view in any case it is to regret the former owners on the other hand what saved your establishment is the kindness the competence and the welcome of your staff we already come to have their kindness..it is very sad to see this establishment decline not great to live in filth..good reception of this letter Mrs. Augelo..

15/01/2026: Booked through Booking.com. The establishment is a bit "old-fashioned" and could use a little updating. It's a shame, as the location is ideal. The problem... upon arriving at 5:00 PM, the receptionist told me I was lucky to have found her because she was canceling all her reservations due to a problem. I asked what it was, but she told me that management had asked her to remain discreet... not reassuring. And that, due to this problem, it was impossible to serve breakfast the next morning. Having driven for three hours, I didn't want to look for another place. I quickly realized, while climbing the three flights of stairs, that I was alone in the hotel and that the receptionist had to leave. The next day, I discovered the problem... if that was it. No hot water... so I had to wash my clothes by heating water in the kettle. Then, there I was, looking for breakfast at 7:00 AM in Dieppe. Not very convenient.

23/12/2025: For my part, I find the value for money to be more than excellent. Criticism is easy, art is difficult. Superb welcome, more than affordable price, clean, and the guy at reception is super open and shares the true values ​​of travel... all the best to you.

11/11/2025: Superb stay. Excellent cuisine. Varied buffet breakfast. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The only slight drawback was the slightly dated but adequate room. Everything you need is there. Parking.

09/11/2025: Oh dear, how can I put it? 50 minutes to be served a plate of mussels, 1 hour and 10 minutes to be served a carafe of water that I had requested when ordering. I didn't dare ask for the bill; I went to pay myself.

24/09/2024: An absolute shame! This hotel is completely abandoned to itself. The rooms are in a deplorable state, with non-existent cleanliness. The carpet is full of stains, and the duvet, without a cover, is just as dirty. The toilets are in a deplorable state, like the rest. The roller shutters don't even work properly, not going all the way down. The level of dirt is simply intolerable. It is incomprehensible that such a neglected establishment could have received three stars – it does not even deserve one. Despite an ideal location and immense potential, this hotel is a total disaster. I strongly advise against it, especially given the prices charged. An experience to escape!

21/09/2024: Decent hotel for the price. In fact, the bathroom is not very big, the mixer did not work well and for the TV only the classic channels work, but not the available applications. The room remained correct, in its original state but clean. Unfortunately it was a little cool but the pool was very tempting! Our experience remains rather positive, we were well received by the staff and there is a very beautiful view from the room
