22/09/2024: Refined and well presented cuisine, sober decor and impeccable service make this restaurant a place where you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend. A plus, parking is very easy.

05/09/2024: For a restaurant attached to a five star hotel you should be able to expect more. Very disappointing, service ….you would get better in a training college when the A, B and C team were away! When you see that the fish dish is priced on market price of fish is it wrong to expect a fish? To see a piece of fish the size of my big toe is insulting enough but for it to be dry and over cooked is a failure. The peas were nice! If you offer a menu of internationally recognisable cocktails then make them recognisable, I ordered a Negroni and I’m so glad there were no Italians around to see the disaster that was served! In a town where great restaurants are in abundance it’s not surprising that when standing outside the restaurant it doesn’t even come up on a TripAdvisor search, enough said.

13/12/2024: Les frites sont immangeables, ce sont des frites congelées, certes ! Mais il y a de très bonnes frites surgelées de nos jours, là, je n’en ai jamais mangé plutôt goûté car je ne les ai pas mangé, donc je n’ai jamais mangé des frites aussi mauvaises. Le reste Colin, et carbonata très passable.

Les sourires sont rares Menus sans grande inspiration aux tarifs qui restent correct. Néanmoins légère sur-cuisson de nos poissons . Service : sans plus Expérience moyenne

11/09/2024: Net eenvoudig hotel met simpele keuken. Keurige kamer, schoon. Het restaurant stelt niet veel voor. Bediening niet erg soepel. We vroegen een andere tafel, dat kon niet, want die was bestemd voor 4 personen….. de rest van de avond waren meer dan de helft van de tafels niet bezet….Het eten was redelijk, veel friet.

Excellent surprise for the vegan foie gras! Gorgeous ! 😍 Pleasant exchange throughout the evening. Looking forward to another season!!!! I recommend

02/03/2024: Small restaurant in a hidden corner but nice. If the atmosphere is not crazy, it is not stuffy either. The waiters are cool, the food is very good, without going into the superlatives that I see in other reviews (try a real gourmet one first), innovative but at a high price, in too small quantities and sometimes not very sought after (egg mayo?, even prepared differently we are far from a goat's cheese cream in a banana leaf and saffron). As for the wine, although the menu is quite extensive, the result is not always the best and remains rather expensive.

05/12/2024: The Novotel employees always take care of us, they (re)know us without being intrusive, and the amenities are pleasant and reliable. Convenient opposite the SNCF station

04/12/2024: Functional hotel for people on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. Correct staff except one breakfast person who was quite unfriendly. Varied breakfast and plenty of it.
