29/05/2026: Arriving from Fécamp for the day, we wanted to eat at Le Six, and we were right to wait as it was full. It was a wonderful discovery! The owner is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and professional, as is the entire team. The service is smooth and always with a smile. Kudos to the chef; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's no wonder they require reservations. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you, and best of luck!

22/05/2026: The restaurant was perfect, no complaints. The opening hours are a bit limited: 7:30 pm for dinner and between 9 and 10 am for breakfast. The room was a bit noisy and not well insulated in hot weather. The hotel is well located.

Every dish had unique flavors and was absolutely delicious! 25/05/2026: We particularly enjoyed the large panoramic dining room, bathed in light, especially in the early evening. The starters were delicious and beautifully presented (the Norman trout gravlax and the squid salad with parsley). We also really liked the sea bream fillet and the scorpionfish fillet, served with our chosen side dishes (vegetables, grilled artichokes). The revisited crème brûlée was very light. The strawberry version was noticeably sweeter.

02/06/2026: We came as a family for Mother's Day on Sunday evening, May 31st. We received VIP treatment; we no longer needed to give our names, as we're now a regular and they know us. We ate very well, as usual: snails, roast beef, escalope, grilled salmon with aioli, and impeccable service from Laurent. A lovely little touch was a rose offered for Mother's Day; even my daughter (22 years old) received a rose, which we appreciated. You really pamper your customers! 01/06/2026: I love this restaurant!! The food, the atmosphere, the service... everything is perfect. I've known it since I was a child, back when Paillette beer was still brewed just a stone's throw from the restaurant. Some waiters and bartenders have left, but the service has remained impeccable. The menu has been slightly modified but is still enticing, with dishes that are just as delicious. I did feel a pang of disappointment, though, to see that the bavette steak with shallots was no longer on the menu... The quality is consistently high, and the prices aren't exorbitant. In short, Taverne Paillette remains a Le Havre institution. A must-try, and a place to return to again and again!!
