18/04/2026: Upon arrival, you immediately notice the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment: tiles, tables, bar, glasses, and even the restrooms. This is essential for us, and it's perfectly upheld here. The €21.90 set menu is very reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity offered, and the homemade fries are excellent ;) The service is well-managed: water, bread… everything is brought without even having to ask, which is very much appreciated. A few minor points for improvement, however: - The whipped cream was of rather poor quality and sold in a store-bought container. A Hugo Spritz served in a glass that wasn't quite the right size. Nothing major, just easily correctable details... Thank you to this establishment for the quality offered; I highly recommend it. 👍

28/03/2026: We came for lunch at this little restaurant and frankly, we'll be back; the staff is very friendly. We had mussels with Maroilles cheese, and they were delicious; we recommend it 100%!

19/05/2026: A restaurant just as you'd wish for. Very friendly service, great food at a fair price, served in a pleasant atmosphere – small but with ample seating. There were two of us for dinner, and we opted for the set menu with accompanying wines. After a regional aperitif, a Pommeau, we enjoyed a starter, sorbet, main course, cheese from the cheese trolley, and dessert. Simply wonderful and highly recommended.

02/05/2026: First visit on Valentine's Day ❤️ a superb discovery, so I recently took my family to check it out and, unsurprisingly, it was flawless. We truly appreciate the place, the quality of the food, and the friendly atmosphere created by the couple who run the restaurant.

21/04/2026: Probably just an off day, at least we hope so. Neither of us felt like it. It was the second and last time, because while the cuisine at Le Ch'ti doesn't claim to be haute cuisine, one expects a little better for a €30 menu (almost, let's not quibble over the cents). The restaurant business is certainly difficult, but still...

26/03/2026: The food is very good, and the owners are very friendly. However, there were some hiccups in the service; unfortunately, the wait to be served was interminable. The owners apologized several times. There were very few tables in the dining room, making it quite noisy.

21/05/2026: A quick detour to Les Hayons on May 13th at lunchtime; we stopped by the restaurant as a family. It was our first visit since the change of ownership, and we received a very warm welcome. We had booked a table well in advance to avoid waiting with children. The welcome was friendly, and the selection and quality of the food were excellent. Good value for money. I highly recommend it! 👍

11/06/2026: The sweet pancakes are amazing. The savory ones are buckwheat, very specific, like lamb pilaf. If you have a friend you don't mind losing, it's best to feed them first. They serve so much alcohol at Irish coffee, it's like I'm going to kill a mammoth. It makes me want to put on a Scottish kilt and go throw a log the size of a local house.

11/06/2026: Top-notch crêperie, one of the most welcoming restaurants 😎. The menu is incredibly comprehensive 😇. For my generation, the restaurant's name reminds me of an Alain Souchon song… 🎶

29/05/2026: We've been eating here for years because of the quality of the food and the cuisine. Then we were faced with a chicken that didn't hold its shape, a free-range chicken with meat hanging off the bones... the fries weren't good either. It's a shame the quality is declining because that's why we came here!

25/02/2026: Passing through the area (February 25, 2026), after visiting the abbey. A very good restaurant, with a delicious, unpretentious, and inexpensive menu (lunchtime set menu). From appetizer to dessert, everything is homemade, even the bread, which is delicious.

20/03/2026: There were five of us, and we ate well. The decor is very unusual, a sort of flea market style, very original. The only downside is that this morning three of us have something like stomach bugs... Perhaps there's a slight hygiene issue? In all this clutter, I wonder how they can possibly clean properly... Is it even up to code? Otherwise, the food is good, and the price is reasonable... I'm updating my review six days later; we're still sick—a nasty case of food poisoning!
