If the food served was good, the almost aggressive and unpleasant welcome would, in other circumstances, have probably scared me away from this place. The kind of restaurant that considers that a world without customers, it would be so much better. We left €230 without having any desserts because we were in such a hurry to escape these people.

02/01/2025: Almeno in apparenza, la pulizia non è delle migliori. Le omelette sono arrivate fredde e semi crude, abbiamo chiesto di scaldarle e in effetti erano solo scaldate ma erano sempre semicrude. Le porte del bagno non si chiudevano. L'unica cosa decente è il prezzo.

09/12/2025: Behind the window of the restaurant "Le Fontco" at the ESAT Umane (formerly Adapei), which does excellent work, I am writing to testify about the management of the residential care home after being removed from my position as head of service for spurious and abusive reasons, just like my excellent partner in adapted sports, Olivier G., who, like me, was a whistleblower on serious and repeated instances of workplace mistreatment between 2024 and 2025. These incidents were perpetrated by a management team that used corruption, manipulating emotions and the principle of reciprocity with underhanded deals to consolidate its authority and ensure a code of silence surrounding its practices. This director makes people sick and fires honest, dedicated, and competent individuals to conceal her incompetence in running an institution subsidized by public funds. In early 2024, an employee nearly died due to the tyranny of a toxic staff, and a mistreated resident was abandoned. The institution, after serious negligence and finally two successive department heads mistreated, insulted, and dismissed by a director who sows discord, spreads misinformation, and diverts the Works Council from its obligations by creating workplace suffering through a game of destructive alliances. The labor inspectorate, occupational health services, and the CFDT union leadership were alerted after informing the national management of the Red Cross, which remained deaf to requests for explanations and genuine dialogue, leading to a case being filed with the labor court and a report to the Regional Health Agency (ARS). This is extremely shocking for an NGO that promotes humanist values ​​and exemplary conduct while destroying the health and careers of its staff and its more committed partner network. This testimony aims to inform families who did not understand my sudden departure, nor that of Olivier G., despite my excellent work in adapted sports and the tireless efforts I made in providing medical and educational support, despite my professional exhaustion.

01/08/2024: Repas lors d’un spectacle, aucune organisation, attente de 1h30 pour le plat principal commandé depuis 1 semaine, les desserts jamais arrivés sur la table, par contre ils étaient bien sur la note. Service déplorable. Je n’y retournerai plus lorsqu’il y aura des spectacles. Ils ont vu trop grand, ils en avaient pas les capacités Dommage
